Отличный выбор, что бы провести пару дней в Себу.
Расположение, комфортные большие номера с балконом, дружелюбный персонал

Отель новый, конца 2012 года постройки. Отличный выбор, если есть необходимость поселиться в районе Манго сквер. До Айала молла 15 мин. пешком или 50 песо на такси. Рядом Робинсон молл.
Номера большие, чистые, комфортные.
Таксисты не знают расположение отеля, карта обязательна.

Everything about the hotel was great except for the following:
My stay was pleasant until checkout when the hotel tried to charge me for the consumption of two non-existent chocolate bars. It was taking so long for the front desk to resolve the issue I almost paid so I could head to the airport to catch my flight to Manila. While the hotel finally cleared the charges after 10 minutes, it was very frustrating as it could have been easily avoided because I had previously informed the hotel about the discrepancy of what is stocked in the mini bar and their check list.
Upon check-in I notified the front desk of the discrepancy between what was stocked in the room mini bar and their stock check list with prices. I was told by house-keeping staff that the hotel knows what is stocked in the mini bar and the number of each item. I replied “How about the hotel guest?” to which I received a blank stare. I ended the conversation by suggesting that they revise the checklist to accurately reflect what is stocked whereas I received another blank stare.
Be advised that the deluxe rooms are small. I believe it measures about 24 square meters.
The Wi Fi is not functional in the room.
Finally, the swivel bar to the door blocks the opening of the room closet. As a result, the small dresser housed in the closet can’t be used because the drawers are blocked by the closet door.

Nice But Water Pressure Problem
Clean and accessible to shopping and restaurants and fast foods outlets

My serious issue is the water pressure problems at my room which is a junior suite at sixth floor. The hot water also does not work well. EXCEPT FOR THAT everything is nice.
