总共在酒店呆了五分钟。酒店外面 整条街都是站街的女的。酒店门口也聚集了 违法的行为。屋内味道很重。墙壁和床单都很脏。我问了前台能否退钱，告知 我是从App定的 退不了。当天晚上我给客服打了电话 但并没有人接。11点多我临时找的周边酒店。在很信任的平台 没想到 有如此经历。我希望 贵平台能给出合理的解释。也希望能够将此订单费用退还。也可以跟酒店一位男士核实 我没有入住，直接退房的事实。该类酒店 真的太拉低平台档次。
