We loved our stay in Alpenrose Hotel and Gardens. The views from our room was beautiful and it was in a quiet neighborhood so we always got a good night sleep after a long day. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are enough for us and are cozy. There are no elevators but this is already expected cottage type hotels. Tbe location is between Interlaken Ost and Lauterbrunnen so you can comfortably visit both areas. Overall I will recommend it to other travelers. Thank you!
A very nice small hotel with beautiful garden and nice views. 2mins walk to Wilderswil station, which is just 2 stops to Interlaken OST. Thus it is convenient to go to Interlaken city centre in 10 mins. 30 mins to Grindelwald, on the other hand. Neat and clean room with balcony either with views of Jungfrajoch or Harder Klum. Breakfast is nice too. Recommended.
The location is great, even if you bring big luggages, as it is easily accessible from Wilderswil Train Station. Room is large and nice looking, though cupboards are old (we dont use it). We got room at ground floor, so access is great. Staff are friendly. We check in with the help of Rene, and check out with her too, which is great. Breakfast is good enough (love the quiche). We really enjoy having breakfast with view of the garden and the mountains. We can use shared fridge to store food. Overall very satisfied.
We enjoyed our stay in this quaint hotel with decent breakfast and serene view of the jungfraujoch mountain. The jacuzzi experience was an icing on the cake due to the cold weather. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable if you need assistance to visit the attractions. We were relieved that the hotel allowed us to heat up for food (some of the hotels do not provide this service).

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. I think she is the supervisor and she treated us well. Although the room has wooden flooring and it will squeak loudly when we walk, we have to understand its swiss cottage type of houses. The room has good view of garden and a mountain right behind.
