Overall, the staff had a great attitude, and whenever I made a request, they responded pleasantly, making for a lovely experience. I thought the all-inclusive meals might be tough if they didn't match my preferences for five days, but they exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking, but the Italian and curry à la carte lunches and dinners, along with the burgers and pizzas at the downstairs restaurant, were delicious. The white and red wines, beer, and juices were all free, and the fresh juices were tasty! The all-inclusive option was truly appreciated for a family trip. There was no trash in the sea, and right by the hotel’s pier, there were already a variety of colorful fish swimming around. We even saw harmless sharks, so unless you want to see turtles, you don't really need to go on a snorkeling tour; the snorkeling right in front of the hotel is fantastic! The water clarity is amazing! By the way, they did not provide fins, so it’s better to bring your own. Marine shoes are also essential. For children who can’t snorkel, there isn’t much to do in the water, but you can take a boat taxi to Long Beach, where you can enjoy the powdery sand and shallow waters. You can walk quite a distance into the sea, and there's no trash. As for the facilities, the buildings are integrated with nature, which means there are a lot of stairs. It’s quite convoluted, and your thighs will definitely feel it. It would be impossible as you age. They clean often, but there were areas where moss was growing on the concrete, the paint looked amateur, and they had laid inexpensive artificial turf, which was quite disappointing. The door to the room looked like something from a construction site, which was disappointing. I had almost given up hope on the room until I opened the door, only to find a surprisingly calming atmosphere inside. The bed linens were crisp and clean, and the shower, while the water flow was a bit weaker, had a steady supply of hot water, making it comfortable. The television was equipped for Netflix and had a remote that served as a mouse, which was very convenient. Considering the price included all meals, the cleanliness of the bed, and that it’s the best snorkeling spot, I overwhelmingly recommend this place.
