Things I like

Location was awesome. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our kids loved the bathtub and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host was super responsive and very easy to communicate with.

Things I don’t like

We didn’t fully understand the check out process, but the host was quick to let us know what to do.

The apartment felt like a home away from home.”

Things I like

This was one of the best places we've stayed at while on vacation. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals there. The location was great- it was quiet and it took us 5 minutes to walk to the train, 5-15 minutes to the lifts, and it was steps away from restaurants and shops. The hosts were very friendly and responded to our questions quickly.

Things I like

Apartment is in a great central location but in a less busy side street. Very close to shopping and restaurants and just 4-5 mins walk from the train station. No issues checking in or out, very efficient. It is modern, well furnished and super clean. We are VERY picky about cleanliness - the floors were spotless. Kitchen more than well-equipped and bathroom also very clean. Beds were comfortable but we did not like the square down pillows which we found not supportive. There are washers, but just a single dryer in the building but in practice not adequate as people leave their laundry in and do not come back in a timely manner to deal with it. Overall we liked the apartment very much.

Things I don’t like

Not the host's fault but we were surprised to find that from day one there was massive construction of a new building right in front of our apartment's windows and balcony (2nd floor), loud hammering from 7:30 am till 6 pm. On the second day, the apartment downstairs also joined in with its own renovations and our walls were shaking from the drilling beginning early in the morning as well. It appears that at least the construction right in front could take months. I think that we should have been told that this would be taking place so we could exercise our option to cancel especially since we booked with a refundable rate. There is also not much view from the balcony as the next building is literally just metres away. It is looking out directly onto the construction site just metres below or the neighbouring building's windows, also metres away. Do keep blinds up for privacy.

I must say, this is the best apartment we have experienced in Swiss. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, large space, quiet neighborhood, and well-equipped kitchen. The staff replies our questions very quickly. We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Very easy to find when you walk out the station. The trash collection point is nearby.

Things I like

Perfect location. The size of the flat is comfortable. 2 toilets. It's nice that there were board games. Easy to make complete darkness in the bedrooms.

Things I don’t like

It was cold, constant 19-20 degrees. There are thermostats in every room, what doesn't really matter if the temperature doesn't go higher than 20 degrees. Because of this I would rather give 4 points, but I'm trying to think objectively. What I didn't count into my review: The guests have to leave the kitchen clean upon leaving. If someone goes on holiday that's.. The guests have to take out the trash upon leaving. Instructions how to get-in were not sent. One of the doors was super hard to close. There is no coat hanger at the entrance. The towels are red. There's a reason why the sheets and the towels are white in the hotel branch. TV in the bedroom had somehow different channels than in the living room.
