Things I like
Stunning views of Matterhorn. Note, property is at end of town, so you need to ensure you pick up milk for tea/coffee in the morning before heading to accommodation, as no shops close by.
Things I don’t like
Information on check in process and location only provided after booking. No shuttle service to accommodation, which is ok, but communication up front would be appreciated to set expectations. You also need to pick up keys in town. Again, not a major problem, but would have been good to know before booking and also should be easy enough to allow guests to check in on site, saving one more trip with luggage to find the office to pick up keys.. No starter pack for coffee or milk, nor body wash or small shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Biggest disappointment was the fireplace. Chose the venue as fireplace featured in promotional photos, but when asked how to use fire advised it’s not allowed. Suggest to avoid false advertising and expectations you remove photo from listing or change angle to remove.
