    Overall, an amazing experience staying here with no regrets. If some minor details were corrected, could easily be a 10&”

    Gorgeous and tranquil location on the quiet side of Wengen. Couldn’t have asked for a better setting. Balcony facing down into Lauterbrunnen Valley. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spend a week in. Fully stocked kitchen. Home looks better than pictures listed.
    Things I don’t like
    No hair dryer available upon arrival - had to request from office. Unclear instructions regarding trash disposal (bin was locked and keys were hidden away in drawer). Stingy with supply of trash bags and toilet paper/paper towels. Trash bags were available upon request but we had to buy our own paper products. Carpet and couches could use cleaning. Only 1 towel per guest the whole week. No toiletries.

    Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the centre of the village with all the facilities. Extremely clean and spacious , the beds were really comfortable and the showers great! Easy to check in and out. Stunning views from the balcony .

    Absolutely perfect getaway with breathtaking views”

    Things I like
    location was beautiful, close to shops, hiking trails and other activities. breathtaking views guaranteed.
    Things I don’t like
    communication was extremely confusing. I received a half of dozen emails from property management company and none was straight to the point how to get the key or where to meet. unfortunately all of them was also in German which made it even more confusing. After getting to the appointment which was locked (of course) I made a call to the property management who said that I need to go back to town (about half a mile back to town and up to a very steep hill) and pick up the key. nobody was meeting us at the property. less communication and straight to the point instructions in English would have been very helpful, especially when traveling with yang kids and lots of luggage in town with no cars!

    Lovely apartment only a short walk from the centre of town Apartment was much bigger than expected with goods sized bedrooms and clean well appointed bathrooms Kitchen was well stocked with appliances - we cooked most nights and lacked nothing to prepare meals The balcony was a good size and the view from it was fantastic
