Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft nicht sehr sauber und es roch sehr unangenehm darin. Die Einrichtung war zum Teil kaputt (die Agentur hat aber rasch reagiert nachdem wir die Mängel gemeldet haben, defekte Mikrowelle und Wäscheständer wurden getauscht) und abgewohnt. Auf den Fotos sieht alles sehr viel neuer aus. Für den Preis hatten wir uns mehr erwartet, es gab kaum Ablageflächen, im Bad z.B überhaupt keine, die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet, zu wenig Besteck für 6 Personen. Dichtung bei der Dusche fehlt, so rinnt das Wasser immer nach außen. Die Lage ist an und für sich gut, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Strand einen Spaziergang entfernt. Luna Park ist gleich in der Nähe - leider kann man die Musik auch bis in die Nacht in einem der Schlafzimmer hören (Bass).

Perfekt für den Familenurlaub! 😊Das Appartement war sauber. Alle wichtigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Der Pool war spitze. Die Lage war gut, 10min zu Fuß zum Strand. Ein Grill auf der Terrasse, allerdings gab es keinen wirkliche Vorrichtung für den Grillaufsatz. Mit etwas Improvisation war das aber kein Problem 😉

Die Hellhörigkeit und die harten Matratzen waren ein kleines Manko.

Die Lage war super, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool war ein Traum für die heiße Tage und täglich gesäubert Was uns gestört hat, waren die Nachbarn die sehr laut waren, oft bis 2.00 Uhr Nacht ..

Wir haben am Anfang Missverständnis wegen dem Parkplatz gehabt...Das hat uns geärgert. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr unbequem, und komisch für uns, war das die Betten ohne Bezug waren... Es wurde unds gesagt , wenn wir Bettwäsche haben wollen, sollen wir dafür zahlen..Für die Sommerzeit, ist es echt ungewöhnlich. Für Handtücher das gleiche, aber für uns war das kein Problem. Eine Waschmaschine würde empfehlenswert!

Wir hatte ein 2-stöckiges Apartment im EG mit Terrasse. Der Wohnraum inkl. Küche ist im EG und das Badezimmer und die beiden Schlafräume befinden sich im OG. Von der Terrasse aus sieht man direkt zum Pool. Das ist toll, da man die Kinder immer Blickfeld hat und man quasi fast von der Terrasse aus in den Pool „springen“ kann. Grundsätzlich ist es eine tolle Wohnung. Abstellmöglichkeiten (Kommoden/Kästchen) gibt es nur eine im EG - somit sind die Ablagemöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Auch in den Schlafräumen gibt es keine extra Kommoden. Im Badezimmer hat man auch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten - nur das Waschbecken. Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Besen war leider keiner vorhanden. Das Einzige, das wirklich absolut sauber war, war das Badezimmer - ohne Beanstandungen. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein ganz nette Wohnung. Wir würden es eventuell wieder buchen.

Sauberkeit ist leider immer wieder ein Thema - Wir hatten den Eindruck das nicht einmal durchgekehrt worden ist, geschweige der Boden gewischt worden ist. An der offenen Treppe hingen fremde, lange Haare runter, die definitiv nicht von uns stammten.
