    Facility and not too clean”

    Asai didn't have any room sevice and shower kit in the bathroom, The bathroom also have some stain in a read. The customer use the department store car park so it quite hard too find and the traffic is really jam. The hotel also didn't told that just support 1 car/room, if you have more than one you must pay 500฿/night by yourself.

For bathroom cleanliness issue, please kindly be ensured that the cleanliness and comfortable are the major things ASAI would like to offer to our guest. So all guest rooms must be well inspected before guest's arrival. Once, you face any issue, please feel free to contact our front desk staff anytime for further action. As ASAI is located on the I'm Chinatown Mall so the car parking provided is the same one with the mall. Thus all the reservations are including only 1 car park lot. If guest need to park the extra car, the guest need to pay directly to the mall by hours or pay the fix cost to hotel. Again, sorry for inconvenience caused Regards, ASAI Bangkok Chinatown Hotel

    Small room but clean ”

    Small room, ok for a few nights if you want to stay to enjoy the good food in yaowarat area. Slightly away (5 min) from the central area where all the good food are but near enough. Suitable for people who prefer a less busier street.

    Excellent location. Helpful staff. Room is clean. Chair is too short for luggage to open. Table is too small to write. Stayed 2 nights. Couldn’t believe no one cleaned the room the following morning.

    Great hotel to stay”

    Highly recommended to stay here, the hotel is new, the room is very clean. The hotel is connected to a mall whereby there are 7/11, Watson, restaurants, massage place etc. A stone throw away to the Chinatown Night market, 5 mins walk to Wat Mongkon MRT. We are very happy staying at this hotel for 6 Nights!

    It’s located at prime location in the heart of Chinatown! The hotel is super new and facilities were sparkling clean. The room type can be a bit small for family or couples thought. It probably most suitable for solo traveler or just a short trip

    Good Location ”

    Clean and convenient hotel. Near to mrt. Easy to get a grab. Hotel lobby is at lvl 4 and is connected to a small plaza. You can find MK restaurant in the plaza and also a 7-11 at the basement 😄

    Overall experience was so excellent! It’s located in the heart of China Town. Love the bar drinks so much but the breakfast can be better! Will definitely go back to stay.
