This hotel is well worth it! It was the perfect location for someone wanting to be close to everything. The attached mall and MTR made for simple travel arrangements and grabbing a while bite of need be. The rooms were amazing over 20 days I stayed at the Cordis for 12 days as the other days I traveled outside of Hong Kong. Originally I only had the first 7 days booked to see if I wanted to stay somewhere else. Needless to say there was no where else I wanted to stay. The rooms were very clean, the smell for the entire hotel was fresh and inviting. The employees were extremely pleasant and very helpful at all avenues. Food at the hotel was not bad either. Breakfast was moderately priced as with lunch and dinner. Amenities offered were perfect and over all I have zero complaints with the Cordis Hong Kong.

Best value for money in a central location with great accessibility ”

Cordis never fails to deliver exceptional service. This is our go-to hotel whenever we travel to Hong Kong annually. Front counter staff (especially the check-in crew) are always very attentive to our needs (exchanging money etc) and often go the extra mile such as giving recommendations for food, bubble tea and sightseeing. Special mention to Candy who delights in her friendly personality and great service. Our requests for extra pillows, bath salts and toiletries were prepared ahead of our arrival even though it was booked through Agoda and not directly through Cordis. Housekeeping staff responded to our needs very promptly when we commented that the room had a lingering smoke odour. They promptly delivered an air purifier. The concierge also responded very promptly when we needed help with our luggages upon checking out. Overall, the service standards in this hotel are exceptional and clearly one of the best that we have experienced in Asia. We will be back soon.

Great stay with Cordis Hotel and fantastic service by Mark Baje. I felt more than home Hospitality- Absolutely great service by Mark and the team. Loads of little surprises throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Club Lounge- Biggest tip: Club access is a must! Felt extremely lucky to have booked a Studio Room with Club Access. Wonderful and cozy rooms in the lounge with breathtaking view. Friendly and attentive staffs. All day free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (sparkling water, different types of beer and wine, different types of coffee and teas). Extremely tasty snacks and finger food. Afternoon tea, cocktail reception and sweet treats during certain hours of the day. Walking around the 36 floor as if it’s your own home is literally more than what you expect from your stay. Try to look for the keyword ‘club’ in the reviews, I’m definitely not the only one recommending it. Room- Perfect view with automatic curtains, marble decorated bathroom, king sized bed and cozy couches. It’s definitely a dream room and dream bathroom in Hong Kong

Excellent hotel in Monkong”

Location is very good near a big Shopping Center Langham Palace and subway station Monkong. Also you can reach easy Ladies Market and Night Market. Our rooms were in the Club level and we have access to Lounge floor. It was very good choice for us. There you can eat yours breakfast and many times during a day different kind of meals. One day of the week you can also get tastefully food from Hotel' s Michelin starred restaurant. Also the all personal are so friendly and they are really interested to help you how you can spend your days in Hong Kong. We got very good tips to things to do, thank you for that. Room is bigger than in the most of hotels in Hong Kong. Our staying in the Cordis were best in our earlier travels in Hong Kong. We'll come back.

Fantastic Hotel at the Heart of Mong Kok”

The hotel was rebranded as Cordis a year ago. Although I cannot compare the old Langham Hotel to the new Cordis, this hotel was fantastic in all aspects. The location is blvery strategic. Access to MTR Mong Kok Station is on the Basement 2. The enormous Langham Place Mall is next door where you can get everything you want. There a lot of dining options from the mall and nearby streets. Popular attractions such as Night Market, Ladies Market, and other flee markets are all walking distance. Service is very good. All our requests were granted in no time at all. No need to follow up. Rooms are very well appointed and clean. Rooms are a bit small for an upscale hotel but the mirror and floor to ceiling wall overlooking the beautiful Hong Kong skyline made up for this.

Langham Park Hotel Hong Kong”

We stayed at the langham place hotel in Hong Kong for two nights in November 2009. It was well located next to a large shopping Mall where a good selection of Restaurants could be found in the food hall that served a good breakfast and evening meals at a reasonavle price. The hotel was within a few minutes walk of the MTR which was well priced, clean and ran on time. We had the experience of travelling in the rush hour when the trains were jammed packed but there were no problems getting on or off. People actually got off the train to let us off! The room we had looked out towards the harbour and we had wonderful night views of Hong Kong. The room was well serviced and had a good selection of toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. The mini bar was well stocked although expensive. We used the hotel transfer service when arriving and leaving Hong Kong and found it efficient and prompt. We were dropped off first and picked up last which suited us fine. The journey to the airport takes about 30 minutes but allow at least an hour because of the traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed Hong Kong and would use the Langham Place Hotel again.

Great service”

We really enjoyed our stayt at Cordis Hong Kong. The staffs were really friendly (they would smile and greet us every time we meet them). The location was great as it was right above Mong Kok MTR station and there are food right around the corner. The best part was the Handy (a portable phone) that the hotel provided for us to bring around as wifi and for calling. It has really made our travelling in Hong Kong really accessible and easy.

Decided to book Langham Place at the last minute because I could not stand the living conditions of another apartment we had booked, and was glad to make that choice. This was the 2nd stay and the last stay was one year ago. Things have not changed much - great location, well connected to MTR station, abundance of shopping places within and without the building, lots of dining options outside the hotel (gives little reason to dine in the hotel in fact). Room - As before, clean and well maintained, large bed, sufficiently large size considering this is hong kong, nice and big bathroom. Only minor negative is that there are signs of ageing that can be observed if you look closely, but these should not cause much discomfort. Service - Staff is helpful as expected, courteous, professional and friendly. A note for families with strollers (but note that this has nothing to do with the hotel) - it has been mentioned elsewhere that hong kong is not exactly a stroller friendly place, and that is quite true. While it is possible to push a stroller from the hotel to MTR station and back, do note that there are obstacles along the way and you will have to carry the stroller down a flight of steps. Strollers are not welcome on escalators (but you can do so if there are no barriers placed before the escalators). Lifts are often packed, and while there are signs that priority should be given to handicapped and strollers, nobody seems to bother about that. Having said these, it is possible to use a stroller in Hong Kong but be prepared to spend more time finding the elusive lifts and/ or escalators without barriers and also to carry the stroller if need be.

I stayed at this place with 3 of my girlfriends. Even though we did not request for a connecting room, we were given one at the reception during check-in and it was also on a rather high floor - 20th. The service staff at the counter was very helpful, we went back repeatedly over the next 3 days to request for directions to eateries in the Mongkok area and they always kept a warm smile on their faces. Facilities of this hotel are top-notch. Their swimming pool on the 42nd floor was heated and had a underwater sound system that was very clear, much more than the one above water! So it was very soothing to swim in a heated pool with music! Hotel guests also had access to the spa toilet, which had the usual steam room, hot tub and sauna room which is nice. The rooms were relatively big for Hong Kong standard and it was well-furnished. Iphone/Ipod docking stations, Ipad for rental at the business center for a deposit which came with free wifi, iron and ironing board, full set of toiletries including like a disposable shaver and shaving gel above the usual amenities in a standard hotel room. Location was ideal, Langham Place shopping mall was just a stone's throw away with a connecting bridge so no problems with bad weather! Mongkok MTR station too. The famous Ladies street was within walking distance and other famous restaurants were nearby.

We reached the hotel around 8 in the morning, room was not ready but we were offered breakfast in the club lounge. It didn't take long, we got our room keys even before finishing our breakfasts and when we entered the room our luggage were already there. Very efficient. We are very happy with everything from check in to check out. Very friendly and helpful club lounge staffs, good choice of food selections. Outstanding housekeeping service (Ely) they clean the room twice a day. One evening we were in the room, the housekeeper knocked on the door to check if we need anything in the room. Perfect location, easy access to shopping mall, eateries, shops and mtr station. My only regret was we stayed only for 4 nights (spent 2 days at Disney) so we didn't have much time to spend at the lounge and also Langham place mall which has so much to offer. I have already started planning for the next holiday with a stopover in Hong Kong. Surely, I will choose Cordis again.

I was really impressed with the Cordis - the reviews don't lie! The rooms were well appointed. The beds were super comfy. There were some nice extra touches, such as universal power adaptors to use during your stay and velcro cord ties provided by cleaning staff, who used them to wrap the cords of any devices left lying around. The free use of a Handy mobile phone for the duration of the stay was great - we took advantage of the free data to use Google maps to navigate our way around town, and free local & international calls (to select destinations). One thing to note is that the bathroom is separated from the main bedroom by a glass wall, but there is a blind that can be pulled down to cover it. The hotel adjoins the Langham Place shopping mall, and the Mongkok MTR station is easily accessed from its lower level. If you do have mobility issues, just be aware that there is still a bit of walking needed to get to the train. I would definitely stay at the Cordis again.

It was 7 years ago when I stayed in this beautiful hotel; it was known as the Langham Place Hotel. I understand fr the staff it was rebranded to Cordis a couple of years ago. Fell in love with this hotel 7 years ago; and is the same old feeling 7 years later today. Cordis is conveniently located at bustling and popular district - Mongkok; with adjoining bridge at Level-G to the Langham Place Shopping Center. It is a 5-8 mins walk to Mongkok MTR station and all the small local eateries & cafes. To go to the MTR station - You can choose to walk on the busy street on a cool breezy evening or via the basement of the shopping place on a wet stormy day. I booked a deluxe plus room; the room is pretty with its wide usage of tempered glasses and mirrors. The bedsheets are clean and of high thread count; the bed is of moderate firm and Cordis have a complimentary wide selection of pillows based on our individual preference. They even have pillow selections for the mummies to be.

My friend and I stayed in one of the studio rooms with floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of Hong Kong. The hotel staff are exceptional and are genuinely thrilled to be able to make your stay an enjoyable experience. The room seemed in much better condition than most hotels I've stayed in, and the rooftop pool/spa was clean and fun. I can highly recommend the Cordis, and I have every intention of staying there again if I ever return to Hong Kong.

First know that there are two Langham hotels in Hong Kong, The Langham Hong Kong in the heart of the bustling and upscale Tsimshatsui district and the Langham Place in Mongkok further from the center city in a somewhat gritty predominately lower class Chinese residential and market area. The hotel itself is an extremely nice and modern high rise and meets the high standards of the Langham chain. Two Michelin Star Chinese restaurant in hotel was excellent. It is also located and connected to an upscale mall and a metro stop providing close by dining, shopping and transportation. But the neighborhood outside the mall is a bit gritty and not all that interesting unless you want to peruse small Chinese shops for hardware or cooking utensils or local fresh food markets. Overall we enjoyed our experience but some travelers may prefer a more upscale location.

this hotel is excellent if you love the hustle and bustle that hong kong offers. mongkok is a very busy, very crowded area, and on weekends it can be hard to move around if you have small kids or strollers. the hotel is above a shopping mall, there's a high-end supermarket in the basement which is really convenient, and the moment you step out you're surrounded by shops and eateries. service is impeccable, the staff is unobtrusive but always ready to help. rooms are clean and rather big for hong kong standards. great value for the price you're paying!!

I have been to Hong Kong many times & stayed at various hotels. Langham Mongkok is one of the best hotel. Located conveniently in Mongkok, connected to a huge shopping mall & MTR station. Lots of local & international restaurants around the area. The room is spacious for Hong Kong hotel standard. The room is clean & well maintained. The bed is large & comfy. The roof top pool is not to be missed. All in all a perfect hotel to stay. I'll definitely stay at Langham Mongkok again.

Superb Hotel with great location”

the location of this hotel is so superbly great and convenient. it's located just right above mongkok mtr and the shopping center is directly linked to the hotel. you will be able to find anything inside the mall and "女人街" is just across. ladies will find everything you need within minutes. the swimming pool is one that not to be missed. music can be heard as you swim and although it looked very business like, the hotel is actually a great place for a relaxing holiday. the nice view of mongkok is just in your room. essential place plus comes as a package that includes a free iphone. you will be able to use this iphone to make local calls or to navigate around hong kong for free and if you misplaced or mishandled it, a fee of is chargeable. i really have no complaints about the service right from the minute i check in to the second i checked out. it is really a very pleasurable stay there.

An oasis of comfort and order”

Cordis was a great place to land for the first time in Hong Kong - Mong Kok, actually. Dense humidity and humanity outside the doors and on the streets nearby make for a stark contrast with the serene calm inside the Cordis. May sure you add the club room access. The only disorder on the inside of the fortress of calm were some of the kids of fellow tourists who were sometimes testing the limits of their capacity to annoy.
