Great hospitality by the hotel ”

The location of the hotel at Causeway Bay near Tin Hou MTR station is very convenient to go places. Checked into the Hotel on my birthday and the Hotel Manager Angela was very kind to provide me with a free upgrade to a bigger room and was touched that the hotel had also sent me a birthday cake at night. The buffet breakfast spread is good quality and with reasonable selection. Booking through Agoda apps can get better rate and discount too. thanks to Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay. Will stay at the hotel again if i ever return visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended for travellers who looks for genuine review. thanks.

Lovely hotel with great service”

Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay offers a harbour-view room with great view because there is no obstruction. Furthermore, the room is relatively spacious and very clean. The staff are also friendly, attentive and helpful. This hotel is also conveniently located from Tin Hau MTR Station, bus stops and tram stops. The stay at Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay was definitely one of the worthwhile experiences during my trip at Hong Kong!

Great option for Hong Kong luxury at good price”

A very pleasant return to the executive suites at Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay - these suites are the way to go for this hotel, as they offer amazing views of the harbour and Kowloon beyond, overlooking Victoria Park. The size of the suites is fantastic for Hong Kong at the prices usually offered, with all the standard amenities you would wish, and, for the executive floors, a very helpful staff member is always just a call away.

Fantastic location, good level of service, good-sized (family) room”

Stayed 7 nights in April 2016 with family (2 adults 1 child 6 y.o.). Great place, fantastic location just outside of the densest core of downtown Hong Kong (Victoria Park next door is a welcome buffer). Family room was clean, large by HK standards, and had a great view. Lobby is not grand but serves its purpose. All staff were efficient and friendly. Housekeeping was impeccable. Only two complaints: (1) no chairs or loungers on the roof-top pool (at least while I was there) so not a great place to relax; (2) Design of the "family" room has a big flaw-- the (interior) bathroom has a frosted glass wall and very bright lights with no dimming option, so turning on the bathroom light set floods the whole room with light at night. This is inconvenient when you have kids who go to sleep earlier than you want to, and somewhat undercut the value of the family room. Even a small lamp/nightlight in the bathroom would help. This aside, I would stay at Metropark Causeway Bay again without hesitation. I also wish they would offer the family room with breakfast included as an booking option.

COMFORT AND LOCATION”

Metropark Hotel is within 2 minutes from the MTR (underground), which means you are close to everything. Situated right next to Victoria Park and Causeway Bay shopping mecca it is the perfect location for any tourist. Our well equipped room was clean and properly serviced. Breakfast was superb, the hotel provided in house entertainment every night (except Sunday) and the hotel concierge was excellent. Thank you Metorpark Hotel for making our visit to Hong Kong memorable.

A good option while in Hong Kong”

Stayed at Metropark for 3 nights, I and my daughter had a good time. As we checked in we were given initially a room at 17th flr with a partial view of the harbour for which I'm not satisfied. Since I'm confident that I booked and paid for a harbour view room. I raised my case and the staff was polite enough to explain that the other rooms are not yet cleaned up and ready for occupancy.I was asked to take our welcome drinks or go around and be back by 3 PM. Upon our return, the room is already ready and this time with a much better view of the harbour. The hotel is clean,complete with all the necessary toiletries and WHITE towels in 3 diff. sizes were provided as well. Metropark hotel is near to all forms of land transportation ( Tram,MTR & buss) and will cost you only the min. flag down rate to the ferry station if you wish to experience the ferry ride from HK to Kowloon Tsim Sha Tsu) island. It will only cost you only HK$ 2.3 for the tram if you want to visit the causeway area where the shopping centers are. The hotel is also surrounded by small restos and bars which you can try after a day's walk/shopping. You have Seven 11 and Market grocery a few steps from the hotel. The staff can converse and understand English. Their staffs in the conceirge were helpful in providing directions. Breakfast is good enough, but it could have been better if at least they have an alternate set of menu choices. This option will benefit those that will stay 2 or more days. Lastly, you have a good option in incoming and outgoing to the airport from the hotel at a convenient and economical way. If from the airport, just take the express train to HK station fro a HK$ 100 and from there, a free shuttle bus can bring you to Metropark's doorstep and other hotels like Regal,Excelsior & Park Lane and vice versa. As a summary it was a good experience staying at Metropark Hotel Causeway.

Well located hotel”

I really like the metropark causeway bay hotel and have stayed there four times in recent weeks. It is very near to the park and has some space around it. There is free internet of a reasonable standard in every room and a very nice rooftop swimming pool with a gym. Each guest at the metropark causeway bay hotel gets a complimentary drink in the bar, where one can suffer the insane screeching of visiting businessmen, performing the un-aenesthetised open-ear surgery they call 'Kareoke'. At least the room walls are thick enough to mask that!. The Metorpark Causeway bay hotel has a wonderful picture-postcard view of central HK and is ideally situated for the tube to central and the main tram line. I will stay there again!

Efficient modern hotel”

I really like this hotel and will stay there again. The Food is good and the staff are genuinely friendly. The water pressure in the showers is great and there is a fine roof-top pool and gym. You are two minutes walk from the MTR (Metro) and there is a 24 hour shop just outside the front of the hotel. If you want to go for a run or get some space, Victoria Park is almost right outside and just on the other side of the park you can grab a tram to central for $2HK The best and nicest thing of all is the view - over the bay and central, Peak Hill. Surely one of the best located hotels in Hong Kong for this simple reason. I am a already a big fan of the Metropark, Causeway Bay!

Executive Parlour is excellent deal”

The Metropark Causeway Bay is my favourite getaway hotel in Hong Kong. While not in the traditional tourist areas of Central, Wanchai or Kowloon, the price and quality are a great combination and beat most others in the prime areas - HK's remarkable public transportation options (trams, taxis, MTR and buses are all in the immediate vicinity of the hotel) make the location a non-issue. Many popular small dining options are in immediate vicinity - Vietnamese right around the corner, or many options on Electric Road.

Executive Suites with Incomparable Views”

This was a pleasant return to the executive suites at Metropark Causeway Bay - executive suites are the way to go here, offering amazing views of the harbour and Kowloon beyond, overlooking Victoria Park. The size of the suites is fantastic for Hong Kong, hotel is a bit out of Central/Causeway Bay chaos and traffic, but still easily accessible by all of Hong Kong's great transit. For the executive floors, a very helpful staff member is always just a call away.

Great Lovely Staff”

We spent three nights in Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay ,we had good time due to great lovely staff , and position too ,it is very easy excess to Metro station MTR ( Tin Hau station) just in front of the hotel,cross the road,plus if you came by train from HongKong airport to Hongkong train station just hop on to the free shuttle bus to step door of this hotel.in the same time this hotel has a free shuttle bus to main spots of Hongkong. our room was harbour view ,clean nice only internet in the room free but slow. Supermarket call (wellcome) few steps from the hotel Overall everything was great

Great Service at sensible priced hotel”

An old hand at Hong Kong hotels, as I am a frequent visitor, and have been for the last 12 years. This is my first stay in the Metropark hotel, and I am pretty sure it will not be the last. The service from the staff is exceptional, all of them seemed really happy in their work, and eager to please. The Hotel offers a great location, a ten minute walk across the park, will bring you to the shopping centre of Causeway Bay. A $HK30 taxi trip will get you to the naughty nightlife of Wan Chai and for approximately you can get to Kowloon, depending on time of day. The Metro (underground) station is also just around the corner and its simple to use and very cheap. the rooms are pretty standard, most HK hotel rooms tend to be on the small size and a standard room at the Metropark is no different. Our room was facing a residential tower block, but my parents room was facing the park and harbour, which was much nicer. We were room only but right next door is a great little cafe serving great coffee and food at very reasonable prices.

1st time staying at Metropark causeway bay. Very convenient from mtr Tin Hou A2 exit (Google says A1, you will still pass by A2 exit). Stunning rooftop infinity pool with great view! Hotel staffs and bell boys are all very friendly. Got a complimentary birthday cake delivered too (although it was late becos I wasn't in the room). Hotel room was just a little smaller than expected but it has all that I need. (eg, power socket near the mirror so I can style my hair, charger plug beside the bed so I can charged my phone beside me..) Showering water tension was strong enough that i enjoyed showering everyday! Overall it was a wonderful experience at an affordable price. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful room with a nice view”

We have stayed at other Metropark Hotels in Hong Kong previously, we were happy with them but this Causeway Bay hotel is the best by far. The MTR station is just 5 minutes' walk away and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; they listened and answered our requests very quickly. The room was clean and the view at night was amazing.

Great Hotel in Hong Kong!”

This was the 2nd year in a row that I visited Hong Kong and the 2nd year in a row that I stayed at the Metropark Causeway Bay. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Hong Kong. Excellent staff and proximity of the hotel to MTR subway, restaurants, and shopping. See you again next year!!

Great Stay at Metropark Causeway Bay”

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed at family room.It is clean & spacious. In HK, space is always a problem. But at Metropark Causeway Bay. We have a great room for a 3 person stay. We also have a great view of the harbour, because this hotel is located beside a sports park, there is no tall buildings beside this hotel. So therefore, our view from the room is far fetch. Even the swimming pool have a great view. The price is also reasonable. Staffs are very helpful & courteous, especially those guys at G Floor. Will definately recommend to anyone. Would like to thank Carmen for reverting to our emails. Good jobs guys, do keep it up.

Good Choice-Metropark Causeway Bay”

Overall value for money experience. This is my 2nd time staying in Metropark Causeway Bay Hotel. Give me the same great experience as the 1st time. Located 5 mins walk from Tian Hou MTR station (one station after causeway bay), this hotel give you a close to city but not overly crowding feel. Good selection of TV channel to watch, so won't be bored even if you decided to stay in the room. They've got good/strong shower heads too. I will definitely stay there during subsequent visits to HK.

A very nice hotel with great location”

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite from the moment I stepped into the hotel. On top of that, they are also very efficient and always carried out their duties with a smile. Once, I had requested for 2 extra pillows at 3am in the morning and it arrived within 5 mins. The receptionists are also very knowledgable about details on tourists attractions in Hong Kong. When I had asked for directions on how to get to Ocean Park using public transport, the receptionist there gave me exact details, such as which station to stop at, and what bus to take thereafter. In addition, Metropark Hotel is superbly located. It is just opposite Tin Hau MTR station exit B, and there is also food and convenience stores located 20 steps away from the entrance of the hotel. An enjoyable stay I had at this hotel!

value for money”

i've already stayed at the metropark mongkok, metropark wanchai & now the metropark causeway bay. of the three, i like metropark wanchai the most when it comes to the room size, bed & bathroom size. but metropark causeway bay is also ok, given the very reasonable price metropark hotels charge its guests. both hotels are near a tram stop & mtr station. both hotels are near a wellcome & 24-hour convenience stores. both hotels have decent eateries around & are relatively near the hk station for boarding the airport express.

The hotel is 10-15 min walk to Mrt station exit. There is a shuttle bus drop Hong Kong station that stops directly at the hotel entrance, making it a convenient way when travel using Airport Express train to Hong Kong station. STaff at counter and concierge are very helpful and approachable. helped us call a taxi to airport during the taxi change shift period. Room was rather spacious compared to some other metropark hotels in kowloon. overall thanks for the great hospitality!
