Been to Bangkok 4 times at 4 different hotels, but this place was the best out of all!”

I wish I could give this place 10 our of 5 stars for their excellence. Words totally cannot describe how much my mom and I were loving this hotel. We wanted somewhere on Soi Langsuan as we stayed on this street on our previous visit, so we are a lot more familiar with the location. What I love most about Cape House Langsuan is that the rooms are SO BRIGHTLY-LIT!!! It makes the whole setting so much more cheerful, cosy and pleasing to the eyes. We even got a room upgrade to the 1 bedroom suite, which was really more than what I would've expected. Upon entering the bedroom, there was a complimentary welcome gift (a teddy bear with a mini card) waiting on the bedside table, which was a really sweet gesture by their management team. Top-notch service, rooms are so clean you don't ever find a spec of dust, plus the food at the breakfast buffet was fantastic. There's also all-day tea time for guests at the 15th floor (executive lounge) with free flow coffee, tea, cakes, pastries and biscuits. It's really peaceful and a good spot to chill out. Smokers can opt to enjoy tea in the smoking lounge, a glass room boasting natural light and is well-ventilated. Two nights weren't enough, and we wish we could stay longer. I highly recommend this place if you want somewhere central, near to the BTS station (Chidlom) with lots of shopping malls around. 7-Eleven is just across the street, with classy massage parlours at a stone's throw away which is rest assured not the dodgy kind. If you wan't authentic Thai food, head over to Madame @ Langsuan which is only a 3 minute walk away from Cape House.

The REjuvenated Cape House Soi Langsuan”

I enjoyed my stay at Cape House, Soi langsuan more than usual this time, as the rooms were given a new lease on life.The earth tones of anthracite and brick on the sofas, and the plush carpetting as well as the continuous friendly service of the staff only made me more happy to have returned to the Cape House. One of the benefits of staying at the Cape House is, its proximity to the two BTS line , one is the Chitlom station close to Central Chitlom , 7 mins away from Cape house, and the other the Rajdamiri statition, close to the 4 seasons hotel,and 7 mins away as well. There are many great restaurants close to the Cape House, as well as supermarkets and 7 Eleven. The Business centre on the 15th floor has a great view , and fantastic snacks to recharge you , just before you head out.I would continue to recommend the Cape House , Soi Langsuan continuoulsy over and over

excellent place, top location”

we stayed for 8 days at the Cape House, after last year being at the Centre Point next door. Centre Point is still closed for renovation, so we choose Cape House mainly because of the location. It is a 5 min. walk to Chit Lom BTS station and 10min. to Central World and all the Shopping and Food around, or 10min. into the other direction to Lumphini Park. Easy to get a cab in front of the hotel, the concierge always very helpfull in getting a metered one and telling the drivers where we need to go. American Breakfast is a good breakfast menue with man western and asian choices. The Appartement very stylish, clean and safe (as we know it from that area in Langsuan) directed to business people to feel comfortable away from home. Well equipped with a complete kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc. Nothing what you would miss. We travelled with our 3years old daughter, she loved it too. I can highly recommend this place. Sure there are cheaper places to find for people they not need such luxury, but why don't spoil yourself a bit? And fot that Cape House is excellent value for the money.

Home away from home”

Frequent travellers to Bkk. Always stayed at Lang Suan area. Passed Cape House a few times and finally agreed on it after we had given up on one unnamed hotel few units down. Called Room Service, I felt the staff knew their job, their role, their product very well. I said little but they filled in the rest. I felt taken care of. Dined at No.43, their award-winning restaurant. We had Cannelloni and Risotto. The taste was delicate and well-balanced. Very very nice indeed. At such a price, it's a steal. The star chef, an Italian, even helped me get my croissant that somehow slided to the back of the warmer cupboard during breakfast. That said a lot about the attention to detail and humility. Room was well-maintained, I was trying hard to look for mistakes, such as chipped-off corners, flaking paint, dirty spots on rugs. Couldn't find one. I understand these were not spanking new, but it showed the extent of the maintenance effort which I would give top marks for earnest and sincerity in their mission to host guests. I am very particular about bad smelling fabrics. The verdict: From bedding to towels, they made an extra effort to not just keep them clean but added fragrant fabric softeners. That is extra costs to them but they see it as compulsory in contributing to enhancing the overall guests' experience. I am very proud of them. Me and my wife are avid shoppers and we needed a place to rest our bodies and mind from navigating the chaotic Bkk traffic. The executive lounge served as a sanctuary and a safe harbour where we had snacks and coffee on the house. The windows were ceiling-to-floor covering half the lounge provided breath-taking view. We found looking forward to go there whenever we need a break. We felt pampered. So satisfied that we forwarded this review to Cape House.

my first time stay at cape house. i cannot say enough good things. i will be back again. agoda is a wonderful site to book and pricing. i have booked different agoda hotels before and because of the reviews i read, i choose to try this hotel. it is one of the best i have stayed at so far. big suite(by thai standards) room with kitchen wireless high fi. the desk staff speaks good english. very helpful.there was a clothes washer in the kitchen. the restaurant breakfast the day i ate, they had western cusine with good omlettes. french/european cusine and thai breakfast cusine. the food was good. i did not have lunch there but at lunch, there were many non-hotel customers eating. dinning room was full. all the staff were wonderful, even if limited english. it is just off the "busy" area of bangkok. and it is at the bts (skytrain) station 1 1/2 minute walk. central mall (careful not to get lost inside), is right next to bts for shopping. i do not often heap praise where it is not deserved. this hotel does merit a stay with you. to all you men--to have a woman say she liked the hotel and room--good choice-that alone should make you men want to make sure you at least try this hotel for a night..i ended staying here for several days when i thought it would be just one. they will hold your bags if you have a later flight.

Our stay at the Cape House was excellent....location wise you would find it hard to get better in Bangkok, being in a more up market area and close to great shopping, lots of street food available outside of the hotel, a couple of minutes walk to the MRT and one stop from Siam...there is also a small pub a few steps away and an amazing organic grocer and restaurant nearby. If you want to experience a great rooftop bar the Hotel Muse is two doors away... they also have a very good steak house if you are craving some western food. The pool and surrounds were excellent as was the large modern gym...there is also a very good business centre with all day coffee and snacks. The complementary teddy bears in each bedroom was a lovely surprise . The only negative and its a small one is that the rooms are a tad compact although the bathrooms are quite roomy.

The check-in was prompt and fuss free, the porter was polite and very helpful. The studio room that I booked was better than expected as I didn't expect it to be so spacious! It is cosy and very clean. The room is also newer looking than expected. It is not old or worn out like the other service apartments that I have stayed in. The price I paid is also really good through Agoda website. It is located very near Chit Lom BTS, about 3-4mins walk. If you are taking cab to the hotel, it will be really very useful to tell the cab driver that it's very near Chit Lom BTS and it's along Langsuan Rd. Even if he lets you alight near the Chit Lom BTS, you can still walk down Langsuan Rd and find the hotel easily. Near the hotel outside, there are nice pubs and restaurants. The hotel itself also boasts of a nice Italian Restaurant, it is also where the breakfast was provided every morning. The variety is not huge, but is very quality standard food. Nice place to stay if you have kids to bring along. It's located along a nice stretch of road where 2 7-11 shops can be found, and a nice and classy spa & massage parlour beside it. If you walk to the BTS, then you would have no problem finding the Skywalk which connects you to Central World, Siam Paragon and MBK shopping Malls. The room also comes with free Wi-Fi. The hotel staff saw that I have brought along my laptop and automatically gave me the password and UserID for the Wi-Fi connection. Thumbs up for the observation! The hotel has an executive lounge on the 15th floor which is excellent for guests who have checked out and need to wait for flights later in the day. The lounge is classy, cosy and quiet. You can read the wide array of magazines there on the cosy sofas, drink coffe and tea (free flow) and they even provide cookies and cakes! If you need to freshen up, they have bathing facilities there with towels provided. This is so thoughtful for guests! They also have PCs for you to surf net and a small offic

Feels Like Home Away from Home”

We were pleasantly surprised with Cape House. It felt like home. We like the fact that there is a living area and a small kitchen with the most useful appliances (bread toaster, microwave, etc)and yes, cooking utensils and a dining table. We also liked the fact that the Executive Room at the 15th floor serves free tea/coffee and light snacks the whole day! Cape House is likewise within comfortable walking distance from Siam Paragon, Central area. There are also quite a number of good eating places in the vicinity. We had a lovely time and will definitely choose Cape House again the next time we are in Bangkok

booked thru agoda.com and stayed at the studio on nov. 19-22.stayed with my daughter in their studio room and room was perfect. they had a separate living room and kitchen with a microwave and ref. staff was all helpful and friendly.room goes with executive lounge perks which serves tea and coffee with pastries, cookies, cakes.breakfast was great too, had plenty of variety and delicious. enough to fill you up for the day..room did not have a balcony for studios but still had a fantastic view..I feel so lucky that i tried cape house, usually stayed in the pratunam are but no regrets, because now, Ill certainly go back here when i'm in bangkok...they have all the facilities to make your stay comfortable. location wise its just 5 minutes walk to the bts sky train, but then if you take a taxi to anywhere its only less than 70 baht. and when you take taxi from the hotel staff takes care that taxi is metered..don't see any reason you will lose when you stay at cape house. its a winner!

A VERY PLEASANT STAY”

It's our first trip to Bangkok and booked through Agoda based on our very pleasant experience booking with them on our trip to Singapore last year. The hotel is exceptionally well-situated, right in the vicinity of Bangkok's mainstream malls and yet the immediate surrounding of Cape House is very tranquil and safe. A short taxi ride to the major malls is around 60Baht, about a $1.20 during off peak hours. Not to mention a short 3-5 minute walk to Chitlom BTS Station which will take you almost anywhere in the city. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. We stayed in the one bedroom suite for 4 days. Two thumbs up for value. All the staff are extremely polite and accommodating. The buffet breakfast on the italian restaurant at the ground floor is superb, although they might need to add more food variety. But its more than enough to fill you up to start you off to your daily activities. You won't regret staying at Cape House. We surely didn't. Its' money well spent!

My family and I chose Cape House because of its reasonable rates and good reviews. We were so glad we opted to stay here! The 1-bedroom suites have a living room, dining room, mini kitchen with stove, fridge and washing machine, a huge bedroom and toilet and bath. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Best of all, each room comes with a free teddy bear! The breakfast buffet (which comes free with the room) has a wide selection of Asian, European and American fare, and even has its own omelet station. Cape House location is also great. Just down the street from the apartment, around a 10-minute walk, is the Chitlom station of the Skytrain which can take you to various locations within Bangkok.

I will never stay anywhere else!”

This is my second stay at Cape House and it reinforced my belief that this is the best place to stay in terms of location! For me especially it ticked all the right boxes - spacious suite with kitchenette, decent buffet breakfast, opposite Diora Langsuan spa which is my go-to spa in Bangkok, near Lemon Farm Organics (at Le portico) and Veganerie (a fantastic vegan bakery in Mercury Ville), Chang's foot spa, and Lumpini park. And a few munutes' walk to Chitlom BTS! So for a vegetarian shopaholic and spa aficionado like myself, it was truly the best place to be!

Perfect refuge in the busy city!”

I stayed 6 nights at Cape House and it was absolutely perfect. I arrived a few hours earlier than check in, my room was not ready yet but was able to go upstairs to the executive lounge and use all the facilities. Water, tea, coffee, juices, fruit and some lunch options/ snacks were all available for my use at no extra cost. The business centre facilities were also great. Handy for printing boarding passes at only 10baht per page. Very cheap compared to other places I have stayed. All the staff would greet you happily and kindly everytime you walked into the hotel. Breakfasts were good too. Mainly Chinese options but also a big fruit buffet, cereal and toast/ pastry station. Eggs were made to order so you knew it was fresh. The location is fabulous, a short walk to Lumphini Park one direction and the other direction it is a very short walk to Chit Lom BTS skytrain station which can take you anywhere you need to go. Take the train to Silom and you can interchange to the other BTS line that takes you the other side of the city. Al the tours that I did I arranged seperate to the hotel but all your companies were able to pick me up from this location. And the rooms. Amazing. I had a studio suite one of the smallest but it has everything you could need. Comfy bed, pillow menu! Luxury to most travellers. Microwave, fridge, safe in room, European toilet, huge shower and kettle. Plus free wifi with great signal. Really couldn't rate this place better - I would absolutely come back here next time I'm in Bangkok!

this was the 4th time i stayed at cape house and has always been the best value for money accommodation when u are in bangkok. it is near by the sky train and also close to shopping area including the central chidlom, gayson and platinum mall. maintenance of room has always been good, reception is very helpful, breakfast spread is great and all day lounge facilities for coffee tea and light snacks. one other best thing, the thai food that u order through room service has always been excellent. a the end you never need to go far for food as everything provided by cape house is excellent. apartment has balcony and this is good for smokers. well done and kudos to the management of cape house.

Great place to stay”

I enjoyed every part of the 1 bedroom apartment. The staff were friendly and helped me with every request. my Rooms were clean and kept clean every day. Everything in this hotel and apartments was good. Loved the cape house bear I received on arrival. Food in restaurant was great. pool clean and good, spa and sonar also great. I had no problems with this hotel or with the staff and I stayed for 5 days. Anything I wanted was given with in minuets of my asking for it. I am happy with this apartment and I would recommend it to any one wanting to visit Bangkok. Price was also good, in fact better then hotels. This is a 5 star place to stay

Fantastic Value Serviced Apartment in Bangkok”

Cape House is in an excellent, secure location in Soi Logsuan...just minutes' walking distance from Chidlom BTS and Central Shopping Centre. There are many good restaurants in the area, as well as a Villa Supermarket and 711 just down the street, Our studio apartment was delightful and more than big enough for two people. The staff were extremely well-organused and we loved their welcome gift of "Mr Cape House" - a cute teddy bear. Having travellled for several hours to get there, it was lovely to be attended to so thoughtfully and promptly - ice-cold beers in our room within ten minutes, followed later by scrumptious pizza and salad. Unfortunately, we had only booked for one night but we will certainly check there for availability first the next time we're going to be in Bangkok. The parting gift (a calendar) was a nice touch.

Amazing hotel, fantastic location, incredible find”

I have just returned from staying at the Cape House. I booked 4 one bedroom apartments for my family. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms were divine. Everything you could wish for at the end of a holiday. The hotel was surrounded by Thailand-priced services ie massage parlours, hair salons, supermarket, tailors etc, as opposed to the overpriced services that are normally located within hotels. The new Terminal 21 Shopping is only three stops away on the train or 150-200Baht taxi ride away. I communicated consistently with the hotel before our arrival. They responded quickly and positively to all emails. I was so impressed when we first arrived and staff had our paperwork and keys out and organised into rooms ready for us to sign and then collapse into bed after a long flight. What amazing organisation! I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to travellers.

Exceptional”

Second time at the Cape House Bangkok. Lovely stay. Staff are very helpful, hotel is super clean and I had the best tomato basil soup there with freshly made rosemary focaccia bread by room service very late at night, it was just fantastic. Lots of nice cafes and proper massage salons around. Location is central and just a 5 minute walk to the BTS. Also easily connects to Central World and Siam Paragon/Square on the skywalk from the BTS. Highly recommend.

Always a great place to stay”

I have been staying in Cape House for years on my regular short visits travelling through Bangkok, with a growing child, and we love it every time. It is not Thai tourist style, but good quality elegance with superb services and facilities. The apartments are very useful, especially if you are travelling with children, as they give a full kitchen if you want to prepare just a snack or a meal, a proper dining table for eating in, and a full lounge for relaxing. It is convenient for central shopping areas and the Skytrain for getting around Bangkok further. The pool is such a refresher and also gives the chance to watch the changing Bangkok skyline. As for the guest lounge, it has always felt like a luxury to be able to pop in and enjoy a free coffee and snack in such lovely surroundings. The wonderfully helpful staff remember us even after years between visits, and I think that such continuity in staff working there must show something positive about the business itself. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bangkok.

cape house is a great hotel. i work in the region and travel to bangkok frequently. it seems like everyone in my circle knows about the cape house and tries to stay there whenever possible. it is ideally located near the sky train, lots of restaurants, shopping, and a huge public park which is great for walking. the apartments are very well appointed and comfortable. the staff are very professional and service oriented. a terrific place to stay to enjoy bangkok!
