Spacious apartment hotel in busy Sukhumvit”

the fraser suites apartment hotel in bangkok is located in the busy sukhumvit section of the city but on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to the nana bts skytrain station. staff and services were efficient, helpful and friendly. our three room suite was spacious and had all of the required amenities in a modern, urban apartment. because the apartment is set up for long term as well as short term stays, there are loads of storage and closet spaces in the bedroom and bathroom. the bathroom has a large separate shower and deep tub. there is no make-up mirror. the breakfast, which was included, was served on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and city. the array of breakfast choices included asian and western selections with a made to order egg station. we were usually one of the first ones as breakfast and not everything was set up and there were no signs on the food and beverage selections until about 30 minutes after opening. we were offered a card to join fraser's world which is free and affords extra perks for members who stay at any fraser suites hotel. there aren't many great restaurant choices to pick from in the immediate neighborhood. the solitaire president has a great spa in the neighborhood.

Nice room for what you pay. ”

The Fraser Suites is a really nice hotel at the end of soi 11 off of Sukhumvit road. It was my first time staying there and I have to say I was impressed with how awesome my room was. I stayed in room 2803 and it had a great view facing out towards Sukhumvit road. The hotel is located at the quiet end of Soi 11 but within 2 min walk of all the night clubs, restaurants, and bars to go mingle in. The hotel staff at the counter were great and the room cleaning maids were terrific. Put, Thip, and Book were always there to help me and my buddy out when we needed it and Krieng the security guard always got us the best taxi deals. I'm telling you guys it's worth a stay. There were 2 cons to the Fraser Suites that I have to mention in good continence. Even with the cons I'd gladly stay there again but I have to get it out there to be fair. Con#1 The pool is on the smaller side of things. Con#2 The guy running the tour center tried to over charge us 2000baht each for a kick boxing match.

! Flawless Hotel !”

Fraser Suites is simply a flawless Hotel in the heart of Soi 11, Sukhumvit. I've been at Bangkok for 15th times but very unfortunately never been there. Seems, this time my choice is 100% perfect and my family is thoroughly enjoyed their stay. From entrance to room everything is well organized, staffs are really efficient and doorman is excellent. My room no. was 1803 [Deluxe Room] and the view from 18th Floor is fantastic at evening. Trust, this is one of the best serviced apartment cum hotel I've ever stayed. Moreover, chic rooftop bar named 'Above 11' is an added advantage for the guests with a nice restaurant named 'Charcoal'. The view from rooftop bar on 35th floor is something really eye-catching and beautiful. Thanks to all the staffs of Fraser Suites :)

Very nice hotel”

Great hotel and location we stayed twice recently firstly level 27 newly refurbished rooms that are very nice and modern, following week we stayed on level 21 older rooms but still very nice, staff are lovely polite and very helpful Sometimes a little noise (music) but never really disturbed us, breakfast was nice as to is other food on offer in restaurants, shops close for odd bits you may need, cleaning service good and I would highly recommend this hotel, our young son enjoyed the children play area, hotel is a nice safe environment My only gripe (I’m sure Fraser Suites is no different from any hotel in Bangkok) is the taxis refuse to turn on meter for price I know this is the norm in Thailand but illegal it would have been perfect but for allowing this, that said when we return to Bangkok I will certainly use Fraser Suites again very very nice and enjoyable, great staff

Lovely Hotel, Incredible Staff”

Upon arriving at hotel, Hotel bellboy were quick to assist me to unload bags from the taxi and then directing me to the check in counter. Was offered a welcome tea and towels. Staff were warm and smiley which gave a very good impression. Was given a relatively high floor unit 25th floor which revealed a nice view. The room was as large as seen in pictures. Washing powder was given free, there was even a selection of pillows for you to choose. Wifi was fast and signal was excellent. The room was starting to show it's age though as the rain shower head was slightly leaking from the sides and the shower door didnt close fully which wet the bathroom floor. In all though, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, with amenities you would expect from a 5star hotel and a very affordable price. I've seen the guest relations manager walking in the lobby though we never spoke it's reassuring to know that guests will be well taken care of. I will definitely return to stay at Fraser Suites Sukhumvit.

Excellent Quality at Great Location ”

I stayed in a Premier Room which I can only describe as almost having a "home away from home". Fully furnished in a classy design, it was not at all like staying in a classic hotel room; balcony with view over the city skyline, full living room aside a dining corner, equiped kitchen, separate bedroom with second TV and a bathroom with full size bathtub and room to spare. Yet it has also the benefits of a classic hotel with room service, safe and amentities and the typical hotel services. There is a bar/restaurant on the 5th floor which is the same location where the pool is that gives a unique feeling of being in a little corner of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Both Western and Asian menu choices are available and of great quality. Its about a 10 minute walk away from the main Sukhumvit road where the BTS is located but all around is a vast choice of restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping but you can easily get a taxi to take you everywhere (ask the hotel staff to get you one as the taxi they get coming in is recorded...which encourages taxi drivers not to pull any of the usual tricks). Overall very satisfied with my stay at Fraser Suites!

Excellent Hotel and service with a smile....”

This is One of the excellent hotel which we ever visited .the days we spent in this hotel are more memorable ...with excelelnt bed room, Big hall,2 LCD tvs, sofa,very big bath tub and kitchen(though we didnt use it), and what else we want.. this is our first visit to bangkok...after seing that hotel, we thought , we wont go anywhere, we will spend all the time in hotel itself like that we felt..i strongly recommend to all the visitors of bangkok, it is worth staying in fraser suits than any other hotel in bangkok...this hotel is also very near to all restaurants, shopping malls...we liked it verymuch.. onlything which i didnt get satisfied is with breakfast, in that continental breakfast i didnt find any of the indian varieties..

Well located & professionally managed hotel ”

I have been back to the Fraser Suites, Sukhumvit 4 times this year after an initial visit in March. The hotels great location, competitive rates, friendly staff and well managed operations make staying there a pleasure and set you up for a comfertable stay in Bangkok A couple of areas for management to consider would be a) extending wireless services to the lobby, b) creating a rewards program for frequent travelers and c) increasing the late night dining options. Will defnitely continue staying at this hotel on forthcoming visits.

Staying at the Fraser Suites, Bangkok”

I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality, comfort and cleanliness of the Fraser Suites. It is more pricey than other suites in Bangkok and I was expecting it to be better - but this was far better than I expected. The rooms are large and very comfortable and great views too! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I needed to swap breakfast days and it was done - no problem! Checkout was so quick I did not get a chance to wait! Can't speak too highly of it. If you are prepared to pay a little more for something a lot better - this is it! Fraser Suites - Bangkok.

highly recommened Serviced Apartment”

i stayed at the fraser suites sukhumvit serviced apartment for 2 nights and was quite happy about the place. the one bed room suites was big and well fitted out. the staff were all lovely. the best thing was the location which in sukhumvit soi 11 which was in the middle of everything. bkk hot places : oskars bar, q bar, bed supper club... are just 3 mins walk. def will stay there again next time i visit bkk.

A delight”

As I've already indicated, the best thing about Fraser Suites are the staff, without exception, they are warm, welcoming and professional - particularly the manageress at breakfast. The rooms are light, spacious and well-equipped and kept immaculately clean. Oh, and the rooftop bar is a must. My only criticism - there had to be one - was that some of the bedding had been patched or even had the odd small hole. At this level, this is slightly disappointing. Nevertheless, I fully recommend Fraser Suites and will stay here again when I'm next in Bangkok.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fraser Suites. It was our 3rd stay and Hotel management has recognised us. We felt really home away home. My kids were enjoying at kids zone (small though) and at swimming pool mostly. Location and facilities wise this is one of the best hotel that have stayed at Sukhumvit area. I'm a long-time fan of the Fraser Suites Sukhumvit Serviced Apartment experience, and will keep coming back as long as they maintain their friendly and attentive service (first name basis! very impressive!), great suites for very reasonable prices, and in a great spot. One hint: skip the frequent stayer loyalty plan, it's nonsense and not worth carrying around another number...

Great all purpose and convenient hotel”

This is the third time we've stayed at Fraser Suites. We've been very happy each time. It's far enough off Sukhumvit to be a bit quieter but close enough to walk to the BTS station - but the complimentary tuk tuk comes in very handy on teh hot days. The staff are very friendly and go to great lengths for you. I left a jacket on the plane and they managed to track it down (on a public holiday) and gave me the option of getting it sent to the hotel or picking it up at the airport on our departure from Bangkok. Only bad thing - the coffee at breakfast is not great. You can order (and pay for) 'proper' coffees but you need to know to ask.

Nice stay at Fraser Suites”

My husband and I stayed at the Fraser Suites for 3 nights at the end of February. We checked in to the hotel earlier than the check-in time and were told that our room wasn't ready yet - understandable as we were early. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel and went to have lunch. By the time we returned, our room was ready. The room itself was really large and comfortable. We had a laundry machine in our room, which was really nice! Breakfast was good - the breakfast room was beautiful and relaxing, with many choices to eat. We tried the restaurant on the rooftop - it wasn't anything special. The location of the hotel is good - it's in the center of things in Bangkok. However, walking to/from the main road was difficult as the sidewalks were non-existent and there was a lot of vehicle traffic. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel”

Fraser Suites is one of the good hotels in Bangkok,very friendly staff, nice breakfast and specious rooms, it use to be quite and peaceful but during our last two stays I noticed that style of hotel guests has changed floors are becoming smelly due to guests cooking in the rooms, kids running around and pressing rooms bills I think this is due to attracting tourist groups on lower room rate which will effect the hotel in long run , this was my 5th stay at this hotel we hope that the management will look at these issues before its too late

Delightful stay”

We holidayed in Bangkok recently for 4 nights and chose Frasser Suites for our stay. We were charmed from day 1 with the service, staff attitude, facilities like lounge room, play area for kids, awesome restaurant - Charcoal and wonderful views. In fact the staff went extra mile to give us an early check in at 10 am even though standard check in was at 2pm. Kudos to the staff for everything. Anytime we visit Bangkok again we are definitely staying in Fraser Suites only. Simply Charmed by the experience!

Wow - Fabulous with fantastic rooms”

Arrived at the Fraser Suites to find out we had been upgraded. The suite we had was amazing - flat screen tv's, lounge area, massive bed, large luxurious bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen (great for my daughter who had her baby with her). I have stayed in Bangkok before in another very god hotel, but these suites far exceeded our expectations. They are also perfectly located to explore Bangkok and the Skytrain is only a few minutes walk.

there are many hotels and small Inns along this Soi 11 in Sukhumvit, but tucked away around a corner is one of the greatest surprises I've experienced. Fraser Suites is without a doubt a home away from home. Amenities, security, and in-suite facilities that put any other on the soi to shame are all a part of the Fraser Suites experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet, great view”

My stay here (and it was my first stay in this place) was simply awesome! Staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and immaculately kept, bed is super comfortable, view is simply fantastic, hotel is quiet. For an even more fantastic view, you should have a drink at their rooftop bar Above Eleven. I was also upgraded (thanks Frasers!). Although the hotel is a little far from the main Sukhumvit Road, there's a motorcycle taxi station right outside the hotel. There are also two convenience stores, three massage places and a few roadside food stalls right within the immediate vicinity of Frasers. Beyond that you have the usual restaurants and bars. You won't feel alone. Will definitely return here to stay!
