Excellent location, very clean, excellent staff”

We have been to bangkok about 10 times, stayed in a few other places both on and off Khaosan, yet find this place the best. The price is fair, rooms are clean and current. The staff is friendly. While we usually don't bother with their breakfast, it is pretty good. Khaosan can get really loud, but we find this hotel to be rather quiet. Rooms have balconies. Hotel is safe. Khaosan Rd itself is a good location because unlike Sukumvit there is good food available at all hours of the day, including cheap and yummy street food. This is key when flying in late or combating jet lag. Granted Khaosan is quite the party scene, but you can choose your level of involvement. The only set back with this hotel is that there is no pool. Nonetheless we have stayed here about 4 times and will stay here on our future trips to BKK

Clean, big rooms”

i have stayed in bangkok 5 times and this hotel is my new favorite. khao san road is always loud, crowded and kind of smelly, but khaosan park resort is a good respite from the buzz. the rooms are simple, but very clean and have tv, a/c and fridge. also, some rooms (maybe all?) have a balcony...huge plus. i will definitely stay there again my next time in bangkok. note, not everyone likes khaosan road, but if you do like the location, then this hotel is hard to beat.

Great location”

We stayed in Khaosan Park Resort for 3 days and it was pretty enjoyable. Hotel is located in the heart of the city - Khaosan Road, so all tourists' attractions are within walking distance. Name of the hotel is quite misleading as it isn't 'resort' per se, rather hotel that resembles dorm or youth hostel, with six floors, clean rooms, balconies overlooking small alleyways and restaurant with continental buffet (and hot food on request). Service is extremely helpful, kind and all of the hotel staff speak English. Overall - very pleasant, 3*** hotel.

Great location, very helpful staff”

I can totally recommend Khaosan Park Hotel. If you want to stay within one of Bangkok's party areas - stay at Khaosan Park Hotel. You step outside the hotel and the party begins, but that doesn't mean that you can't get a good rest at night. Of course you can hear the music from the street, but if you have a room located more at the back of the hotel, you should be fine. Staff is very helpful and rooms are clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

we were sceptical about a 'hotel' on khaosan street as most of it was synonymous with lots of noise and cramped rooms but khaosan park resort was fabulous. its either really new or been re-furbished but we wre really impresed with how clean it was. we specifically asked for a room away from the noise of the street below and so were not subjected to the noise from the ever lively khaosan market. included in our rate was a really good breakfast. the hotel has a laundry that has better rates than the laundromat across the road and the hotel staff are really friendly and very very helpful. thsi hotel is excellent value for money

Clean, good location”

As a solo traveler and the first time in Bangkok, I found the Khaosan a good choice. At the time I was there, the hotel was doing some renovations so I'm not sure what facilities I may have missed out on and this is one of the reasons I gave a "satisfactory" rating - the other reason, no computer for guests to use - would have liked to checked on my flights and emails. Had a good stay, my room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Would recommend and would stay there again.

great location for night life”

very good location because its along Thanon Khaosan, we stayed for 2days and the room was clean,bathroom, a bit small and no towel hangers inside, have small terrace where you can smoke or chat with your partner or friends if you don't feel like going out. very friendly staff, they even helped us write in Thai language the places we want to visit so that its easy for us to communicate with the tuktuk or taxi drivers. the hotel was quiet and peaceful even there are loud music at the neighborhood. overall, khaosan road is for party people, if shopping, the things are quite expensive compare to other shopping centers but we will definitely choose this hotel again. two thumbs up for their service and location.

Located in the heart of Khaosan Road district, there is plenty to see and do outside the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable, reasonably priced, and a generous breakfast is included. WiFi was extra and a bit pricey at for 10 hours. Competitive hotels in the same area had WiFi either included or at a better price but did not include a breakfast.

Good Location”

The location is good, just at the end of the Khaosan road which is easy to find. The sign is big enough for us to find it immediately even without doing any survey on map. The room is clean but there's some little noise from the bar/club outside. Almost every hotel at this location has this problem, so it doesn't matter for me since we choose the location. Anyway, the hotel is quite strict for the check out time. We did request for check out late as we visit the Grand Palace in the morning but they strictly told that we need to check out before 12. We came back quite late after Grand Palace and we rushing to bath but they are calling to our room even it's just 12.10pm. Anyway, we manage to check out at 12.15pm, else i don't know if they will impose extra charge for that or not.

lovely clean little hotel, great location”

very neat, clean small hotel. breakfast wasn't included with the agoda deal so cannot say, however there are plenty of options right outside the door. it might be annoying that as soon as you walk out the hotel lobby there will be aggresive sales people, tuktuk drivers etc... but i guess that's expected when you stay on khaosan road.

khaosan park resort is on a really good location on khaosan road. its near to go anywhere in khaosan. my number one priority is cleanliness. even though the toilet was a bit slimy with brown stuff inside the water bowl (but the seat were ok so its all good, still useable), overall the room was clean. small flat screen tv with decent channels, all white bed sheet and quilt. but because i stayed in the small single room, the aircondition fan was blowing right onto my bed so i could feel the chill even when i set it to 26 degree celcius. but overall the place was nice, pretty clean and looked new.

Its right in the heart of lively Khaosan Road. Khaosan is the busiest street but we haven't heard the noise from our room. This is amazing!!! When you go out from the hotel, you are already in the middle of busy street, a lot of things to do, accessible to a lot of things. We enjoyed our stay. They have unlimited fruits for breakfast, and service is great too. Great job!

Great location, friendly staff”

Excellent location - near the Brick Bar, Subway sandwiches, and Burger King end of Khaosan Road. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean room. Much cleaner than similar priced hotels on Khaosan Road.

Great hotel and location”

i went with my very large family to bangkok. at first they were very nervous about the location being that it is directly on khaosan road, which is notorious for loud, drunk partiers, but the hotel was quiet, nice and ended up being the perfect location for exploring the city.

spacious rooms, amazing staff, clean-ish”

my first room had bedbugs, and when i told the staff they were happy to move me and make sure i had a clean room. obviously no hotel wants to have bedbugs, so they went and inspected my old room, etc. working shower, private balcony, overall a nice room!! laundry service was easy and cheap. right on khaosan road so nightlife was easy. never met any other solo travelers in the hotel, however, as there was no common space or bar (but it's right on khaosan where there are tons of friendly backpackers) i tried to book a bus ticket to siem reap (cambodia) from RIS tourist agency right outside the hotel. do not go here. way overpriced, and they messed up my original bus ticket so i waited in the lobby of the hotel for three hours for the bus to pick me up, which it never did. the hotel staff got me breakfast while i waited and let me stay in my room after checkout while they sorted out another bus to get me to cambodia. staff = amazing.

great location,on khaosan road but still could manage to get a decent nights sleep. small but clean room, bathroom is very small would say rates on the expensive side compared to bangkok standards but the staff is great very friendly always a smile on there faces that makes you feel you are welcome would recommend to any one who likes to be in the middle of everything

During our Thailand stay, this hotel is the bomb! The staff's were very nice and they attended our concerns well. If ever I'll be going back to Thailand, Khaosan Park will surely be the one.

Clean hotel with good location”

It was like coming to heaven when arriving Khaosan Park Resort. The room was nice and clean and had a balcony. There was not much noice (although our room was not toward the street). Breakfast was great. We had access to computers with internet in the lobby (for a small fee). I would stay here again.

A very nice comfortable hotel”

I have a good time at Khaosan area. The hotel is close to the happening area like pubs, food outlet and the temples! Is all about walking distance! The only that I don't like is the MRT and BTS is located too far away from the Khaosan road (around 4km away). If you would like to visit other places outside khaosan area, you might have to take the tuk tuk, taxi, public bus or the motorcycle.

we had one night on the khao san road and decided to stay at the khaosan park resort. the room was basic but nice, clean and the location for what we wanted that evening (cheap food and drink) was second to none!
