Pros: Really spacious room, ample space for us to have dinner at a dining table, chill and watch tv, laze around, open our luggages at the same time. Rooms were squeaking clean!!! Lovely. Rooms were made up everyday and towels were replaced. Love the ambience of the lighting. Love the luggage storing service after check out. Security guard uncle was really friendly too. Suggestion to management: can have some plates, bowls and utensils in the room, and washing detergent and sponge. Suggestion for guests: bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

Quite place with big rooms”
I would say it is a great hotel to stay due to location and big, clean rooms. We had a big fridge to keep drinks and food. There are no plates in the kitchenette, only a big clean fridge and a basin, but since I read previous reviews, I prepared myself. I think I found the best place for myself for shorter term stays in Bangkok, although I tried many places. There is also a security camera system, so was not scared of locks and lack of safe box.

Superbly located excellent Hotel”
We stay here often....water taxi within 150 meters.....MBK and BTS around 400 meters away.....fresh fruit sellers and an abundance of restaurants all in close proximity.....this hotel has it all.....Friendly Staff.....huge rooms....cleanliness superb.....unbelievably good value for money....without a doubt....We'll be booking again in Jan 2020....

Exceptional”
Walking distance to MBK. Got a very nice massage parlour in few minutes walk (3 mins). Grab is very easy to get. Night market is also nearby (but need Grab to go). Room is super spacious, with own kitchenette (very large Hitachi fridge), sink, drawers etc (no cooking allowed but it is fine). Super comfortable. Really loved the stay here. No complaints. Highly recommended as value for money!

Quiet and good service”
First time travelling to bangkok and service is same as those comment. I reach past midnight and guard on duty help us carry the luggage to the lobby. Customer service also very clear and was done in 5 mins. 500 baht deposit for key. No safe box and is safe enough as once you hang do not disturb sign no one will enter which i know some hpuse keeping will still enter even with these sign. Hotel alocate me near lift and corner room so that my toddler wont disturb other room guest. Room is big and enough space for my toddler to run about. She love the bath room with bath tub which she can 'swim' in it. Will book this hotel again if i return for holiday again.

I live in BKK. I just wanted to find a place for deep sleeping. The room is spacious and very clean. The bed is above the average for King size bed in this price range room. I recommend it for both short and long stay.

friendly staff, very helpful, affordable price, near to all (walking distance) they have computer and printer for the tickets. they have Luggage Weighing Scales and they allow your luggage to stay and kept in time of check-out so you can look around at the mall freely while waiting the flight time. :) thanks for that!

I love this place. The room is spacious and the environment is so peaceful and quiet. Love the sound of many birds on the property. The spacious room made us feel at home. The location is in the middle of everything. We love that it is only a short walk to MBK and Lumpini Park. Will stay again.

Our favourite hotel in Bangkok. ”
We have stayed here many times over several years. The rooms are big, The large fridge and counter space is especially nice for making snacks and breakfast with fruits and other supplies from nearby supermarkets (Tesco and Tops). Easy access to canal boat and BTS.

Near MBK mall, walk 5 mins to MBK mall and BTS National Stadium station. The cleanliness is good and staff is friendly. On our last day we checked out and had to leave our bags at the lobby and the staff help us to store and lock our baggage safely. Cons: Walls are thin so I can hear people talking at the corridor but this problem only occurs when we wanna sleep in but can't because people are noisy. The hotel is near a polluted river so people with sensitive nose might have trouble with the smell

I want to start by commending the great staff, especially Wichita. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. His insights on travel and siteseeing was great. Now on to the hotel. Situated one long block north of MBK mall and the Siam mall complex, getting there was a breeze. The BTS train at national Stadium was in front of the mbk/Siam malls. Do travel via trains as traffic is a mess. The hotel offers a small dinning room and front desk sitting area. The rooms are spacious with wood floors. A small bar area with sink, refrigerator and electric water pot. Bathroom with tub. Our room had a small deck, not sure if others do. Back side of hotel is next to river where you can catch boat ride. If we head back to Bangkok again, I will book here.

A great hideout”
Though it's quite dark inside, but I found out it's such a good place for resting after walking around the crazy city of Bangkok. In 1980's style, and surrounded with art spaces and shopping areas, I can find whatever I looked for after work easily

Easy access and friendly staff”
Easily to walk from BTS station, boat pier and shopping centre. All staff are friendly and kind . The room is big and have enough space to open 3 luggage. We loved this hotel !
