NIce place /Studio, close to BTS / Chatuchak”
I stay at Piyavan Tower Apartments for 3 days and everything was good. Convenient and comfortable big clean rooms with basic amenities and with fully equiped kitchen. It's old apartments but maintained neatly. Staff very helpful, pool and workout available at 9th floor but not tested :-) The hotel is in front of Ari bts with easy access to any part of Bangkok. Chatuchak week-end market is also close by. Cross the road and you have Villa Market shopping and restaurants mall. I particularly recommend HOBBS brewery for the large choice of Belgian beers.... I would stay again. Travel tip: Eating places and fruit sellers all near the hotel. Roadside food stalls are in front of the hotel catering all Thai food.

2 night stopover in Bangkok”
Finding the entrance was not so easy but as it was right next to the Ari BTS ststion we knew where to look. There was plenty of space and friendly guards in the parking garage. A bit confusing was that the floor numbers in the parking dis not match the ones in the elevator. Piyavan reception is on the 9th floor and a friendly lady gave us out keys. 2 one bedroom condos with a smal kitchen served the purpose. A friendly touch up and it will be perfect. For a traveller in to Bangkok this is an excellent location ad you can leave the car and catch the BTS just outside the door. All in all. The Piyavan Tower Serviced Apartement is a good choice when visiting Bangkok. By the way the Chatuchak market and park is also just around the corner

Great place to stay, apartment-style”
I booked a studio but was given a one-bedroom apartment which was huge. it's right at the BTS Ari station so it's easy to get for taxi drivers. Took only 20 minutes from Don Muang. The hotel is actually part of an office tower and you have to share the lifts with office workers. The reception is on the 9th floor as are the gym, indoor pool and massage room. It has no restaurant but just outside is a little lane with local street food. Step outside and your on the BTS Ari station, which is two stops from Chatuchak Weekend Mart northbound or the Siam district if you head towards Bearing. Would recommend this place not only for Chatuchak but other shopping areas since the BTS is just outside.

We had a beautiful stay at the Piyavan Towers, the place is very strategically located and makes it very convenient for any traveller checking in. The Bts Skyline service is just a hop away. The staff and services are excellent.

an older place, but great value for money”
After traveling for a month in Thailand it was sweet having a place at a good price with a large separate bedroom, a living room and kitchen. The location could not have been better. Literally right at the Ari BTS station and surrounded by a lot of good street vendors. Also a nice grocery store across the street with a great selection of import foods (Villa Market). The facilities had an indoor pool, but tiles were slippery so need to be careful with kids getting in and out. The workout room was exceptional for any hotel (better than any 4 star hotel we have stayed in). The staff mostly don't speak ANY english, but are super friendly and helpful. In staying here just remember its a serviced apartment not a hotel, so don't expect the same room cleaning services and such. If you keep that in mind, it's an excellent value for the money and a wonderful place to stay.

Always feel at home here”
This is one of our favorite locations to stay when in Bangkok. So far we have stayed here 3 times now. The skytrain (BTS) station "Ari" is immediately in front of the exit, so the apartment is conveniently located. The "rooms" are apartments, so there's plenty of space. The apartments are a bit old, but it is clean and everything works. You can get your clothes washed very quickly (same day) for an affordable price. The gym is great, there's even an indoor pool. All the staff is friendly and helpful, but beware that it helps to be able to speak some Thai as their knowledge of English is limited.

When we go to Bangkok, this is currently our go to hotel. Location is excellent, very close to a sky train, just step out of the hotel and walk 20 meters to the stairs. Staff is super friendly, but you have to be aware that you probably have to be able to speak Thai as English is not known by all staff members. The hotel is actually very clean, but I did not give all 5 stars because the rooms are slightly old and dated. Not a problem for us, but I can imagine it might be for other travellers.

stayed for 8 days, rooms comfortable, clean and with fully equiped kitchen. staff very helpful, pool and workout available at 9th floor. the hotel is infornt of ari bts train and easy to access from the hotel to any part of bangkok. phiyathai hospital 2 is at walking distance and chaktak market is also close by. good hotel and would stay again

Clean, Basic Fooms, Close to BTS Ari”
We stayed here for the proximity to the Ari BTS station, which is right next to the hotel. Other good points are the area itself which has a great vibe and a good array of dining venues, street food to good restaurants. The rooms are well maintained but perhaps a bit basic by standard holidaying expectations. They are more like long-let serviced apartments and have the basic needs covered ; kitchenette, TV, clean bathroom, good shower, comfy beds. There is a pool but it too is no frills. There was a gym but I didn't check it out closely. The price here is a touch high for what you get but we were happy with the location and the food choices right outside.

Great location, but language barrier for some tour”
My wife is Thai. Our condo was currently rented so we stayed here. It's a perfect location, but this buidling is mixed use, corporate and a few floors are rented to guests. I was told the owner is a Thai family, thus the way business is conducted is sort of old school. Check-in is on the 9th floor, but this is not a hotel with a clear reception. It is office administration who brings out the folder from your agoda reservation and gives you the keys. The staff does not speak english well, so it might be challenging if you have needs other than just getting keys to your room. The location is perfect: BTS Aree at your doorstep with great food options ina 2 block radius. I do not suggest this place for travellers who may require some other type of assistance looking for restaurant suggestions, booking tours or if some other emergency comes up because the language barrier will be an issue.

Well located, simple and clean apartment”
This is a well maintained but very basic aparthotel. The location is the top selling point being situated right next to the Ari stop on the city's skytrain system. The Ari area in general is excellent for food/cafes and the little side alley leading to the hotel's entrance is lined with great, tasty and cheap street food. Recommended. The apartments have a little kitchen area with all you need to self cater and clean, decent-sized rooms.

Stayed for one night. Great location, right next to the BTS station. So can go anywhere. Also some great street food areas around the apartment. This is an apartment, not hotel. We check the room rates at the apartment, turns out it's cheaper to book direct.

Good location Ari BTS,restaurants,street food,7-11 convenience store,La Villa Market(small shopping mall with shop,greyhound cafe,secret recipe restaurant,starbucks coffee,fuji restaurant etc) There is microwave oven for the 1-bedroom unit,easy to get taxi to airport and near to Don Mueang International Airport.

Arrival would be a bit daunting for inexperienced traveller - no reception - mixed use building ( offices and accommodation ) non English speaking staff but friendly enough. Easy access to bts - a good point because generally 3 taxis asked before one will take you tour their than a mile away ( standard practise for thai taxi driver ) use grab taxi or all thai taxi app) This place was fine for me but my daughter was looking for a bit more comfort and service !
