Great place”

Love this place. Real relaxing, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Pool table, Swimming pool, and Gym are great. Definitely will stay here when visiting Bangkok.

Lovely, clean accomodation”

Can't understand why this place scores low ratings - it is a serviced apartment, not a hotel so doesn't have 24 hour reception, however, the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly and there is 24 hour security, just make your arrangements in advance. Full apartment with seperate bedroom, kitchen has microwave, kettle etc. Beautiful outdoor pool and a/c gym, lots of friendly local eateries and markets. It is about 20 mins walk to Phra Khanong BTS and there are no tourists around, maybe that puts people off, but it suits us just fine. We have extended our stay twice.

Adequate, roomy”

Can't be judged as a hotel as this is a condo block (actually two blocks next to each other) with a part-time reception. We had a two-bedroom suite and that's way better than squeezing into a hotel twin room. What you don't get in this condo block is good service, good cleaning and 24h reception. Our room had cobwebs, stained curtains and blankets, soap sud stains around the showers, water leak from behind one of the loos (reported the leak but it was not repaired). Fixtures and fittings were all a bit worn out and grubby but not really dirty. Suite smelled of powerful deodoriser. On the plus side it has a small sitting area with a two-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, tables, chairs and some cutlery. Four small bottles of water free each day. Each room has a good air con unit and also one in the lounge area. One TV in each bedroom but reception and image were awful. Wifi OK most of the time. Area was quiet, both blocks have car parks. 2000TB cash deposit, repaid.

Great place”

We loved it - it is well off the beaten track, may not suit everyone as it is in a very local area with no tourists, which suits us, Lots of local eateries and a small 7/11 and Tesco Lotus very close by. Apartments are lovely and very reasonable, great pool.

Too far from the main road”

Literally, it's an too much isolated place from main road. There's one 7-eleven and lotus express around it. The condition of room is superb!

very new, far from main road inside a small street”

well it is a very new condominium. not a hotel or service apartment. when i check in at 9pm there is no one at the reception except the security guard who call the manager living upstair to come down to pass me the keycard. person-in-charge was sick so no password and user ID for WIFI. it is very deep in the street.

Pictures aren't accurate”

I was looking forward to a bright, clean apartment. Instead, I was met with a dirty dark room. When I asked why there was so much difference, I was told "those pictures are for advertising". It is a bit far from everything, so if you're doing touristy things stay somewhere else. I wouldn't stay again. It's waay overpriced.

check in de courtoisie , hotel neanmons situe un peu en retrait et necessite un moyen de transport . en ce qui nous concerne a 200 m nous avons pris des motos taxi ,chambre geande et petit sejour . salle de bains correcte , rapport qualite prix acceptable

部屋が広くゆったり過ごせた。”

近くにコンビニがあり便利だった。 プラカノン駅まで少し距離があるけど、夜も静かで落ち着ける。 タクシーもすぐ拾えるし、ワットポーやチャットチャックウィークエンドマーケットぐらいだと200バーツ超えずに行けた。 近所にバー(生ビール 75バーツ)やマッサージ(フット1時間150バーツ)散髪屋(男性カット80バーツ)もあり、格安で楽しめた。 部屋に大きな冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯わかしポットがあったので、ビールやちょっとした食料をストックして、小腹が減った時も便利でした。 コインランドリーがあったけど、ホテルのリネンなどを洗ってるので、思うように使えなかった。(1回50バーツ) 手洗いで外に干しても2時間くらいで乾くのでちょっとしたものは困らなかった。 ホテルの出入り口がオートロックで、入るときはキーについているプレートをかざすと開くけれど、外に出るときはどうしたら開くか聞いていなかったのでしばらく外出できなかった。 プールのシャワールームやトイレもキレイに掃除してあり快適でした。ただプールサイドは滑りやすいので気をつけないと危ないと思いました。 とても快適な10日間を過ごせました。

清潔で連泊でも毎日掃除してくれます”

冷蔵庫もレンジも全てがほぼ新品のような綺麗さ。部屋の設備も十分ですべて清潔感があります。4泊しましたが、毎日しっかり掃除をしてくれていました。 プラカノン駅からは歩くと20分ほど、タクシーで40バーツくらい。場所を知らない運転手さんが多いので、道を自分で説明する、もしくは地図アプリを見せれば安心です。 立地以外は本当に最高でした。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。
