Sarasinee All Suite Butique Hotel”
This is not a hotel you stay in, it is a suite comprising a good double bed, TV, desk with adequate number of power points, good shower room with toilet and wash basin. There is also a sitting room with sofa and TV and adjacent breakfast bar with coffee making facilities and additional appliances and crockery if required. From the kitchen area a door opens onto a small balcony. Observation:- there is a quiet side to the hotel and one side facing the BTS and main road outside. On the roof the roof garden and pool are very pleasant . On the 8th floor there is a small gymnasium.. I was happy to choose the BTS side which sees most of the sun and would stay here again as it is close to a mall, money exchange, restaurants and bars.

Very happy with everything. There was some construction work happening when we stayed but that can't be helped. Room was clean, staff very helpful, wifi better than most places I've stayed, breakfast was good for the price we paid.

Nice hotel with very spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff in good location to explore different parts of Bangkok with BTS trains which are not far away. The only downside: heavy traffic noise - grab your earplugs.

Very nice room (Suite!) Big and well appointed comfortable and feels home Breakfast very nice and not crowded pool on the roof terrace.. there was a crack in the wall which needs fixing (22.Jan 2019)

Good address for stopover in Bangkok ”
Stayed one night in sarasinne hotel. Sfuff is very friendly and rooms are quit big and clean. Hotel is located directly next to a big road.. So it's bit noisy and there are no shops or restaurants around.. Just the hotel restaurant, which offers overpriced food! Rooftop pool and little gym are plus points. For one night absolutely okay 😊

Nice clean hotel, wonderful friendly staff. Large clean rooms, rooftop pool. Best feature is its location, near both river taxi and BTS Skytrain, will definitely stay here next time in Bangkok

The room was clean and very spacious. The Skytrain station is just 5 minutes walk, so city centre can be reached within 15-20 minutes using Skytrain. Also, hotel staff was very helpful who helped us arranging vehicles for our tours with a reasonable price.

All they want is $$$$$ , rude, unprofessional staff! Don’t stay here!’”
When I walked in, front desk staff informed me about a double booking which it was an error with the Agoda, HOWEVER, she covered the price on both papers so I wouldn’t see it and pick the cheaper rate! (I, myself has been in customer service for 15 yrs, would recommend a guest to get the best out of their bucks, just so they feel good about it’ but that’s not the issue and didn’t bother me.. i don’t care to pay extra $1 or $2 anyways, so I let it go.. I traveled with my 5 yrs old from USA, I have 2 friends with me at the time of check in, after we came back from dinner, my brother came to join us.. he was told by your night shift front desk that he has ONE hour to visit and leave!!!! Excuse me?!?!?! Am I in prison with that visitation hour?!?!? So I called down the find out, only I was told that ‘You’re being a BULLY, you paid for an adult and one child, u can’t have people here!!!’ YOU’re joking and out of the line at this point! Where is that written policy? I would like to see that you only allowed X amount of people with X amount of hours to visit???? SHE/He (not sure of a gender) told me ‘can talk to my manager at 9am ‘BULLY’!!!!!! Their Hotel policies and rules to have people watching who comes in and out of my room?!?! He/She even told me.. ‘if my brother stays pass 1 hr, there would be an additional charge’!!! This hotel wants nothing but money, try to cheat u and fool u with unheard of policies so they can charge u more!!! They harassed me, have people watched me and my guests, rude!! Very rude to me and my family. Guys!!! Go to Grand Tower next door, same price but NICER AND friendlier staff.. they wouldn’t cheat you for your extra $2!!! It’s not about the money.. it’s about the principle and the professionalism in your line of work!

Spacious room and friendly staff but boring breakfast, very bad cleaning”
We stayed there 6 days in the beginning of jan 2019, first we were promised to have 2 rooms next to each other but when we arrived we got rooms with different floors. 6 th and 3rd. Our room was not cleaned ( we only asked for refill of water and amenities for first night, not cleaning though but the second night and the nights after we did not get any cleaning at all just refill of water and emptying garbage and the maid keep forgeting to refill shower gel. The night before departure then we finally get cleaning as we asked for it. Found someone pants in the closet and another thing from previous guest. The kid pool was not in use and seems like they do not have good maintainence. Aircon was so dirty. Breakfast was very boring, and even the breakfast staff was nice but they are not good at refilling the food so we Always found food trays empty. The location is pretty good though, five mins walk to BTS and 10 -12 mins walk to Iconsiam.

Will choose another place to stay next time. ”
I stayed 3 nights in Prestge Suite room, which the price is double from the other room type. And quite disappointed in what I have to pay more expensive than the other. The room is not well maintenance. For example, some lightnings are not work in room:- the living room, the chandelier, the shower room, the bedroom ; the so-called Jacuzzi is not working. The room/facilities are not well clean. For example:- the dust on the floor at balcony ; the dust at sofa ; the daily cleaning for room not do the table in the living room and they will do only your request. They provide only one key card with THB 1,000 deposit, more key card they ask for another THB 1,000 deposit per card. The hotel are absolutely not allowed to smoke in the room, even at your own room balcony. If you do, they will fine you THB 2,000. In my opinion this is absurd. Another absurd, they provide the fridge, the stove and microwave oven, but they don't allow you using stove to cook. And the dish and spoon, you have to request. The table set at the balcony in the picture are not found in the room you actual stay. Only one elevator for the entire 9th floor building, sometimes have to wait for so long. The breakfast is just enough for your living in the morning, almost the same stuff for the whole of my stay and too few selections. The staff is OK. But if I have a better place to stay, I will not back to stay.

Rather silly room policy”
Receptionist tried to downgrade our room and tell us it was an upgrade “as the rooms were full”. We showed them the room on Agoda, she changed her mind and the correct rooms were magically available! Staff were friendly and helpful, but the room changing issue shouldn’t happen! No bar, staff or towels at the rooftop pool. Someone should be supervising for safety reasons. Imagine being alone, slipping and banging your head? No crockery or cutlery in the room, even though there was a kitchen unit and microwave! Poor lighting in the bedroom that made it difficult for my wife to do her make up! No hand towels and insufficient body soap! This hotel has a lot of potential with some minor changes being made.

The location was quite a distance from the BTS station due to the road work nearby which would cause a heavy traffic in the afternoon and night. However the staffs there are very friendly and would assist me whenever I need help.
