Overall good to stay”
this hotel is cheap, but got what the most of hotel have. Reception staff (lady work day shift, i forget to ask her name) able to speak english and very helpful. Attendance are very helpful too, they will help to open lobby entrance door whenever entering. the way to my room 216 was cool, feels like i owned a Terrace house and there is carpark right outside my room. At night look quite scary because outside is totally dark with a few light bulb was on. (can imagine from the 'Incidious' movie). One main thing i like about this hotel is, the electricity is bypass. Everytime when come back from outside, the room is well maintain as cold to relax. here are the bad things Wifi not working well, TV is old big square version, very blur and not clear. hotel business card is useless. because Taxi driver cant read English, having difficulty to come back hotel. if this few points able to follow up, i think this hotel can be rate as 5 stars.

Very good”
A nice older hotel, all on the ground floor. Spacious room with front sitting area. A small pool, with shallow area for our 5 year old. The staff were pleasant and always helpful. A quiet area, good access to taxi.

Siam Society Hotel Bangkok ”
i liked siam society hotel a lot with pretty moody atmosphere. during our stay, we used 3 hotels but this was the best for me. i liked bath tub a lot. but we could not have breakfast because it starts from 7am when we had to head for somewhere around BKK by that time. probably good for people who wants to have relaxing days. you need to carry several type of map with phone number of the hotel. phone number and mobile number of the hotel we had helped us a lot all the time when we take taxi. without number, you might have to pay way more to find the hotel for taxi. you can always catch taxi from hotel.

Definitely not an airport hotel”
This is definitely not an airport hotel. We booked this as we had a one night stopover in Bangkok and needed somewhere close to the airport. The "Siam" in "Siam Society" got our taxi driver confused as he headed to the Siam area and Society hotel. It took us over an hour and a half to find the hotel. If you stay here make sure you have clear instructions to give your taxi driver! The following morning it took us 45 mins to get to the airport so make sure you leave yourself enough time. Saying this, the rooms were fantastic for the price if you don't mind a taxi ride.

Party animal in transit”
I just had 12 hours in Bangkok. I wanted to check out Club Massiv which is only about 20 minutes from Don Muang Airport. So, I looked for a hotel near the club. I saw several, but I chose Siam Society. It was a good, good night. Cheers

Unique unto itself.”
The Siam society is special in the way it is designed with private entrances and car ports, and also large in-suite jacuzzis, in a series of very , very uniquely different rooms surrounding the swimming pool. Fronted by the reception lounge that leads to the restaurant - with an alfresco section - is well renovated. The charming hostess/proprietor and receptionists speak English. The privacy offered by the location is offset by the difficulty for taxi drivers new to the area, but a call back, allowing to cabbie to get directions from reception always does the trick.

Nice for seclusion, not nice for tourism”
We had business meetings in the area so stayed here because it was close to where we needed to be. It is not close to many major tourist locations, so if you plan to be out and about figure on spending time in a taxi or train or both. The price was average for hotels in Bangkok, but these rooms are perhaps a bit more deluxe than the average hotel. All rooms include a jacuzzi bathtub, and some of them also include private pools, etc. You could never find rooms like these for half the price in the US. For Thai residents the price drops drastically, but that is pretty standard in Thailand. Our room was very quiet. We had a room that was not in the main building, so there was absolutely no noise. It was also very dark, which was nice for sleeping in or afternoon napping, but not so nice for doing makeup. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but it was pretty standard for "American breakfast" in Thailand. Eggs, toast, sausages, fruit, salad, and random Thai dishes. I read many people complaining about the runny eggs, but the staff offered to cook mine longer and took care of that issue. Also, breakfast was from 7-10.30, so we didn't have to be up early to eat. If you are looking for a place to hole up and stay a couple days to be alone, this is a great place. If you want a hotel in the heart of the Bangkok action, I would say to look elsewhere.

great hotel, very stylish”
We were greeted by the friendly staff who were all awake even at 2am when our taxi driver finally found the place. Quick check-in, although not so quick check-out (so give yourself around 10mins to do that). Also, we were taken to our room on a cute electric tuk-tuk and taken our luggage in the room (make sure to tip the nice guy, 20 THB should do). Hotel service included wake up call. Amenities included garage, nice Jacuzzi, big TV, fen and other standards. Very well equipped room and very stylish. Would like to stay there longer. Alas, had tight schedule in Bangkok. Print multiple maps and get a phone number of the hotel lobby to coordinate your directions with the ever-lost taxi drivers.

Siam Society Spa and Resort Hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel three time now and each time I have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the value. It is a bit out of the center of Bangkok but this means that it is not as busy around. Each of the cheaper deluxe rooms has a spa bath and is spacious. It is a very relaxing place and is close to an excellent, modern shopping complex that is a part of an upmarket housing estate, where there is a large supermarket, bookshop/stationery shop, many restaurant, coffee shops. It is easy to get into the city although depends on the traffic but is more difficult to get back as drivers don't always know where it is. But I have always got back safely and inexpensively. My recommendation it is a winner.

Great place to relax”
This hotel is a nice place for couples or families with older children to stay and relax. You are close to everything in Bangkok should you wish to travel but the hotel secluded enough to make you feel you are far removed from the city. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Along the road in front of the hotel there are many places to eat and drink, and all very good. Also, there are a few small shops nearby where you can buy almost anything you need. Or walk 15 min to a large shopping center.

Siam Society Hotel”
My friend and I arrived at the hotel quite late at night - around 2.30am The staffs were very friendly The breakfast buffet was satisfying After breakfast we went for swimming, then enjoyed jacuzzi in our bathroom. The hotel was a bargain for its cost!! Highly recommended if you're staying only for a night. But not for long duration, because it is located quite far from the center of bangkok.

Siam society Hotel and Resort Bangkok”
I would stay at this hotel again. Not sure if I was staying in bangkok for a long period of time as it is far from downtown, But it is only 150baht for a taxi to get there. You will always need the address, as well as a map in Thai language to show the taxi drivers. It is around 200 baht from the airport by taxi.

Quiet and Far from City”
The hotel is 40 mins (or even longer during traffic jams) away from Don Mueang International Airport, thus its kinda hard to get there as not all taxi go there. It is a vintage but standard western hotel with room service, meal menu, bell boy service and taxi service. Pictures are for illustration purposes only, actual room may differ from the pictures. Room is very big but toilet is a bit too small. The place to have a good rest but not recommended if you are looking for a lively place.

a very nice small hotel and a pleasure to stay there the staff could not do enough for you the room was clean and spacious for us every thing worked perfectly the breackfast was good also there was a good selection of food and all of the staff were very nice the only thing that could have spoilt the trip was the tuk tuk drivers all try to con the ferangs by over charging but once you find this out the meter taxi is very good unless you go on a short trip they refuse you for short trips when they are parked outside large hotels

One night in Bangkok”
We had the resort address written in English and Thai, a location map printed from the internet, and the phone number. A call to the hotel was needed to get specific directions to locate the hotel. If you can afford it, try up-grading to one of the theme rooms. The kick boxing room is popular. Also there is a VIP, tuk-tuk, and boat room. They look like fun.

Peace In Paradise”
My guests and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was most friendly and helpful, and we had wonderful massages right there at the hotel. The pool area was very nice and the entire hotel was very neat and clean. The only problem was finding the hotel; and thus it would be wise to carry a location map and the phone number, which was quite difficult to find in the on-line sites. I would not hesitate to return to the hotel. Peace and smiles from Thailand.
