Staff makes me like stay at home”
Not far from BTS Phrom Phong,Staff can solve your question,Free bread,fruit,and instant cafe all you can get at lobby. Room is clean,2 bottles of water supply everyday,clean up is reliable.Lack of Hair Dryer, and no bathtub,but I don't care. :)

Never saw a receptionist from check in to check out. Very tired looking establishment but well located so you can't have everything. Clean enough and boiled eggs for breakfast along with a help yourself to other items you wouldn't normally help yourself to. Overall ok and instantly forgettable.

Really wouldn't stay again. Needs pulling down. Rooms creek. Curtains let light in. Water stopped working. Beds creaky . just not worth the price at all. good location. stayed 2 nights and learned not to do it again. xx

This is NOT a 3 Star Hotel”
The hotel and room was "adequate". But I would want to spend much time in the room. It was small but had good AC and Wifi. There was also a TV but it didn't work. Not at all. Bed was simple but solid and OK. In summary the room was "adequate'. Not bad but a little depressing to stay there.

Great option near Phrom Phong BTS station”
We wanted a location close to Phrom Phong BTS station, since many Japanese restaurants and grocery stores are in that part of Bangkok. We found Suites 31 Sukhumvit to be just 5 minutes' walk from everything we wanted to visit. The hotel has a great "homey" feel, the staff were very helpful, and we appreciated the 24-hour-available snacks in the lobby. There's a great coffee house "Vintage" just next door. All that would have improved the facilities for us would have been a bath tub. We'd definitely choose this site for future visits to Bangkok.

Comfortable and Accessible to everything”
Finding Suites 31 was a bit tricky because you're most likely to pass by the corner hotel named Suites31/S31 Hotel. We actually went in there and the hotel boy pointed us to right place which was just a 2min. walk away. The place was small and cozy. We checked in at 6am and the old guy in the reception apologized as the true receptionist wouldn't be there until 8am. He led us to our room on the 4th floor. It was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and they change the towels everyday. The caretaker (I don't know what she was but she wasn't the receptionist. She was just there all time assisting us) very accommodating about everything. From the food delivery to even ironing our clothes, and getting a cab for us when we checked out. If you're on a budget and would like a decent accommodation near to the market, 7/11, supermarket, public transport, street food (the streetfood near Suites 31 is heavenly!) and mall-- this is the perfect place for you.

Good hotel”
No complaints other the the AC not cooling the room down very well. Seems more like a family-run hotel, which means a less professional service. Complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee available all day, but with the exception of hard-boiled eggs none of the snacks appealed to me. Located a short walk down Sukhumvit 31, which is in between Asok and Phrom Phong BTS stations.

A very good hotel in the centre of Bangkok”
I stayed for a couple of weeks at this hotel and enjoyed myself very much. The hotel is in a great location tucked away in a quiet soi but near to Sukhumvit and Benchasiri Park. There is a self service food area in the reception with fruit coffee and noodles etc..which is good. My room was fine with plenty of space ( I was told I was upgraded to a better room on check-in ) and clean. The staff were very nice and very friendly. I will certainly stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Very homely! ”
The moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt a sense of cleanliness and homeliness, and same goes for our room. We were a group of 3, and the hotel had kindly prepared 3 separate beds for our convenience. The staff were always ready to help, even if it was late at night. We had a good stay and I would stay here again the next time I go to Bangkok! :)

Great little hotel”
Basic but very clean & comfortable, just what we needed for our short 2 night stay in Bangkok. Lovely staff. Good shower. A nice touch that there was some simple free food available (bread, boiled eggs, tea & coffee & the odd chocolate bar etc.) & also slippers in the room. Only a 5 min walk from the nearest tube stop too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best Part of hotel is its location..very adjacent to sukhumvits happening places. Felt more like a homely stay. Free food and water available 24 hours for those quick bites. room was equally satisfactory. Highly recommended.

Clean Spacious Room & Helpful Staff”
Suite Room big enough for 5 people, comfortable bed with pillow & comforters. Fridge filled with drinking water. Super clean toilet with heater. Breakfast and snacks are FREE all day long in lobby which is convenient to grab something lightly before going out to catch a taxi / bus.

Good room on a budget”
While the room was a bit basic looking it was a very decent size with a comfortable bed and en suite shower with funky looking glass sink. It took me a while to find the entrance to the hotel but once inside the staff were very helpful and drew my attention to the complimentary snack and drinks buffet. The room is about 5 minutes walk from BTS Phrom Pong station. All in all a pretty decent room for the price.

Decent budget hotel”
Just booked this place because I needed a cheap hotel to stay at for a few nights during a stopover in BKK. Location is pretty good - just off Sukhumvit and walking distance to Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy, etc. Wifi wasn't working half the time, and the bed is pretty hard. But can't really complain given the price. Staff let me check out late for no extra charge.

Budget hotel with friendly staff”
This hotel is low budget hotel with family room, the room is quite comfortable with 2 bath room. Wifi is free but quite slow and sometimes no line available. The staff is very friendly but only can speak thai and chinese language, for english is very less. The tv cable channel is only in the lobby, in the room we only get local tv channel. Eventhough the price is not include breakfast but the hotel give a lot of snack, instant noddle, fruit, water for free. Very recommended for traveller who looking for family room with affordable price.

it is near asok station where you could take MRT and BTS both, and terminal 21 so it was very convenient. also, the staffs can speak english and soooooo kind. the most important thing was there was an elevator!!! the staffs cleaned the room everyday. it was the perfect hotel execpt the low water pressure.
