Surprised. Stay here!”
We stayed here because we had to visit Bangkok Hospital. Surprisingly, Green Bells was convenient to Central Plaza. Took the boat at the pier across the street. Convenient. Grocery store next door. No taxi refused us when returning to the hotel. Had some issues and the staff went out of their way to help us out. If you like Japanese food, good place for a nice bento box breakfast. All around good experience. (However, if you want a big room, our room was small.)

Japanese-centric Hotel in Ekkamai”
while the rooms at green bells are a bit small (especially the bathrooms), they are well kept, comfortable, and clean. the first thing you'll notice is how much effort they've put into accommodating japanese guests with japanese text on everything, japanese dvds available for your viewing pleasure, and even a japanese speaking concierge, although that doesn't mean they're not hospitable and welcoming to all (they are!). there's also a quaint little swimming pool in the courtyard that's great to relax around. the green bells takes care to make sure you're not hungry during your stay. they gave us the option of a japanese evening meal or kabobs (for one) sent to our room free of charge. we opted for the japanese meal, which consisted of some karaage and bonito rice balls. for breakfast, you can either go for the japanese style bento box or an american breakfast, with your standard eggs and breakfast meat.

Moments in thailand”
It was great staying at the green bells residences. They maintain cleanliness not only on the reception but also to the pool area and rooms as well. One thing i noticed about the staffs, they cant speak in english and likewise, that is why its hard for us to communicate with them. But, above all. The green bells residences will definitely be recommended. Thankyou!

Understated & Delightful Surprise of a Hotel ...”
I completely enjoyed the sense of quiet and relaxation the hotel presented. I was close to everything, except the noise of the city. This was a very enjoyable place. Kind folks and nice upscale surroundings. Overall - a well done, and pleasant stay .. thanks Green Bells.

Half way there AND half way back”
We only had two days in Bangkok before we flew out and it was just the beginning of the Military coup. We needed somewhere that had fast access to transit and that would let us get back to the airport really fast if we needed to. Green Bells was perfect for this. We were just minutes from the Airport link which allowed us super fast access to the BTS and to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was really great and super helpful!

Economical, great location and clean.”
Both of the Green Bells hotels are great. Good, clean, well located and affordable. Not so much for holidaymakers perhaps, but ideal for business, solo travellers and stop overs for fliers. The rooms and furniture are comfortable and have what you need and the staff are very pleasant. The larger executive suites are very nice and smart.

5D4N Stay”
this hotel is really valued for money. booked mine at the eleventh hour at $35 per night. it's really good for those who purely want to party at the usual RCA. 3mins from the hotel, there's a 24hr foodland, but that's pretty much it. heading out to sukhumvit area will require taxi/motorcycle which usual cost $80B and above. the staff are brilliant, room is clean, aircon a little noisy but bearable. got the standard double room which was spacious enough. the toilet is really small (and i mean really extremely small). other than that, great place to stay.

Perfect small hotel”
i stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks due to the fact my husband was taken ill on holiday. i chose it for the location as it was very close to bangkok hospital where my husbands was a patient. the staff were vey helpful and always met you with a smile. lovely swimming pool and lounge area. a 24 hour supermarket was just a few minuets away which was useful and there is a small restaurant located in the store who sell lovely thai food. only draw back for me was the breakfast chloice-japanese or american! it would have been good just to have a bowl of cereal or fresh fruit instead of chips and salad on your breakfast plate!

simple, convenient, clean, nice service”
this hotel is very convenient to get to. although the taxi driver had some difficulty to find it, i feel it was the driver problem, because the hotel is right beside the main road. the room i had is delux, not as big as i expected (actualy is very small), but very clean, the bed is big enough. the hotel provide free supper before 11:00pm, i didn't ask for it because i eat too much at siam center that night. the japanese style breakfast is very good and free. the price is not as economical compared to some other tourist sites, i think because of it's location.

Good location, Clean room and nice staffs”
Not so far from BTS(around 500-800 m), hotel is a little bit old but overall is ok. At first I had a little problems, my room wasn’t ready yet when I was checking in but they gave me an upgrade room instead, very nice! The housekeepers was very nice also. The price is reasonable. It wasn’t what I expected, it even better.

Excellent value, Nice stay ......”
I really needed a hotel near to Bangkok Hospital, and these guys were super close. The hotel is in the city, on a fairly well travelled main road, but I never heard the traffic. Very restful and relaxing. I stay here often, they never fail to please.

Not in the Sukhumvit Area ”
All things being considered and the fact that this hotel is in Thailand, it's an okay place to stay. That is assuming you don't care about being in a good location. Agoda lists it as being in Sukhumvit and it most definitely is not. However, it is close to one of the many rail systems in Bangkok (and by close I mean a 15 min walk or 5 min and 60 Bat cab ride). It's a hotel meant for Japanese business people and being so, the rooms are very tiny and compact. You can't stretch out in the shower and if you're too tall like my husband you have to bend down to get the water on your head. But still the location and smallness can be over looked because it was, after a 2 week vacation (and almost 7 different hotels) the cleanest place we stayed. I must say again, only because if someone had told me I wouldn't have picked this hotel, this place is not near anything. And it's not in the Sukhumvit but if that doesn't matter to you and all you want is a clean, quiet place to stay while in Bangkok them this is the place for you.

Very, very disappointed with the free internet”
I booked for the stay for 26-28 April. I don't understand why my credit card was declined (Booking No. 205389357). Anyway, I had to follow my accommodation plan as I had to vacate Baron Zotel booked and stayed on the same credit card. The tall receptionist at the Green Bells, I later found out to be the manager, said my room is being cleaned and made me wait with my luggage and all at the crummy lobby for almost an hour. Finally I was directed to my walk-up room on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for American). The room was oven-hot and it appeared to be vacant all this while. I think Green Bells enforces the check-in time of 2.00 p.m. to add to the misery of their guests. Anywhere, the internet during this stay was intermittent and very slow. When I complained to the manager and explained that Green Bells that had not improved on the internet since my last stay in February, she did not like what I said and adopted the customers be damned attitude. Must I say more?

Good for the price”
I passed busy time when I went to Bangkok. So, I was in the hotel mainly during the night. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. The room seemed little small. No good restaurant in walking distance.

Nice room, very noisy from traffic”
My stay was not so good due to the traffic noise from the nearby highway and street. I chose for convenience to Bangkok Hospital. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the hospital. Taxi ride would be about 10 due to heavy traffic. Staff english skills were very high level. Room was small but nice and very clean. Good bed and pillows, bathroom very small but okay. Internet good with good speed. Breakfast choice was either Japanese breakfast or American Breakfast. The ABF had everything you could imagine, including french fries and cole slaw. Orange juice tasted fresh squeezed. Key recommendation: Do not stay on floors 4 or 5, or you will not sleep due to all day and all night traffic

location is a little far from Sukhumvit but it is easy to access by taxi. Food is perfect, it is very delicious with sufficient volume. I will stay again for next.

great location but small room”
we were in the hotel for 2 nights. It is located not far from Bangkok Medical Center, at which we can walk around 15-20mns. There is a supermarket and restuarant near by which open 24hours. The room is nice, clean but very small especially the bath room and at which fat people can hardly move. The facilities in the room are not very modern and not logically equiped. The sink is near the bed and we can't watch the TV from our bed.
