Fantastic Value ”

You may read negative reviews about TUB Mansion, but l suspect these are from people looking for 5 star accommodation at 1 or 2 star prices. It just isn't going to happen (or at least not in my experience). But for me l found the TUB Mansion staff friendly and attentive, the room was clean, the facilities a good standard. I was pleasantly surprised they now have high speed free wi fi internet and not a LAN as was advertised on Agoda. Yes, you have to out on the balcony to use the hand basin out there, but so what? The shower was cold to hot depending on your preference, the TV was new and the screen big enough to view from bed. The fridge is a decent size and the bed was comfortable. They have someone on duty 24 hours. There's no room service or meals but there is a selection of snacks and drinks just outside the office. We were there as it was only 250 metres to the TOP Laser Eye Clinic and eye hospital, but another 200 metres up the road is a Big C Super Centre for shopping and dining, plus lots of other shopping. It's close to the Don Mueng airport. A taxi ride into the city is about 140 Baht. But if you're lookinbg for a clean, comfortable and very affordable place to stay then I'd recommend TUB Mansion. Value for money with central location.”

I am sure that you won't find a value for money hotel other than this. If you are a business traveller, this would be your perfect choice. The hotel is located on the main street but inside. You don't get the traffic bound noise. If you are a traditional Thai food lover, just cross the main road and you will get a nice restaurant with live music. If you are the who would like to multi cuisine food there is Big C within walkable distance and you will get all you want or take a cab to go to the Central Plaza (central jungwatana) for a variety of food and shopping experience. If you really wanted to make your stay within Bangkok cheaper, I would recommend this. If you are travelling from the airport, take the metro and drop at Phaya Thai. Take a cab to go to Victory monument from where you will get sharing cab at very cheap rate. Coming back from this hotel is also very cheap. If you don't mind travelling in a shared taxi, get a taxi just across the street going to Victory monument (anu sawalika) from where the city is connected to all the other places. The owner can speak manageable english. Get their mobile no. to get more assistance. Don's expect much from the hotel as you are paying as your budget is less!!

great place if you need a bed”

if your looking for a hotel in the broadest sense of the word with all kind of extras this is not the place for you. If you need a bed to sleep the night close to Don Muang or Pakret area in Bkk this is the place for your money. Cleaan, efficient and easy to reach.

Clean, secured and comfortable for one night stay”

the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable with good service. i stay here because it is nearby impact arena and easy to go in town because the hotel is at the main street. it is a little hard to find a bus go to downtown. however, there are many vans around but we need to walk about 500 meters from hotel to the bus stop to get the bus or van. there is no wi-fi signal in the room but it is available at the front of hotel.

Affordable stay in Pak Kret ”

Easy to find because on main road. Quite far from Don muang. 7-eleven in 3 minutes walk with fresh coffee 24/7. When we checked in we met a huge cocroach sitting on the curtain. 8cm long, not less. Maybe because trash bin contained garbage from Previous guests. Was scary.

Quaint hotel with friendly staff”

the hotel is above average in terms of facilities (free hot and cold water, good pillows, towels, good aircon) for a budget hotel. tv doesn't have cable channels. there's elevator but no cafeteria for guests. most affordable budget hotel nearest impact convention center.

Well, my stay is good and its fun.. the people are also nice and the people in hotel is very accommodating... It's a good place and accessible to all the transportation. It's near the market and restaurant and affordable . I'll be back again and book in the same hotel.

When i book this hotel for 12 days i thought it was a real hotel but its not realy a hotel it doesn't feel like a hotel. I stay there because i need it to be in this area but 12 days is way to long and way over priced! I could have 2 weeks on a condo half price of the the 12 days in this hotel. So if you need to stay 1 or max 3 days you will be fine but no more then that. Its clean but old not realy a botel. I could not cancel because no refund so i was Stoke there for 12 days.

a budget hotel with great location”

Located on the main road, the hotel is only 15 minutes to Impact Arena by taxi. The room is simply decorated but very clean. Great value

this hotel is near to impact exibition&convention center.it is convinient to take a tax.also it is near to big c supermarket where you can find fast food.so those who want to go to impact exibition&convention center can choose it.

cleaners are not the best ive seen but the staff are great and the rooms are ok, its near pak ret and kho kret both worth a visit, its near a main road so its easy to hail a taxi, the food stalls neaeby serve good thai food and big c is whitin walking distance

walking distance to shopping centre, short taxi ride to airport, and the staff friendly, had to leave a 1000 bht deposit, but had no problem getting it back on checkout.

it's good hotel, easy people and accommodations are great... nice environment no hassle. transportation is accessible. good location. if you are travelling alone it's easy to manage. near the hotel is thai restaurant selling good food and very cheap. you cook then eat what you cook... they can speak english so it;s easy to communicate with them. Kup-on ka....

It was nice, the lady staff were very accommodating and were very friendly looking after us and helping us around. The lady boss is especially great, she took us like friends and were always concern about our stay and our whereabouts.
