Cheaper If You Walk In - Very Good Hotel”

I reserved the room online prior to my trip. I don't think it was necessary and found out, after I arrived, that the price when you walk-in is different than if you book online (cheaper when you walk in). Over all very nice hotel about 10 or so minutes walking distance from the mall/airport. The bed is HUGE, aircon was quiet, I had an LCD TV (not in all rooms, apparently), and hot water. For 395 baht before taxes, this was a killer deal in my opinion. Staff was very helpful and tidied up the room daily (I stayed 3 nights for a conference). I will stay here again if I go to CM.

This hotel near the airport and central-airport”

I was booking this hotel because my flight arrival in night time and tomorrow morning I have to get the car of Budget carrent near the Natee Place

My own apartment”

I found this hotel in the last minute and it didn't make me disappointed. When I wanted a bit out skirt small calm hotel, Natee was all my criteria. But it is not a hotel, it's an apartment with all furniture and facilities fit to students or new comers.

Great location, Very Cheap, Clean, and Spacious”

the hotel is close to the airport and midway to the prime business area of the province. the price is very cheap for such a place in this location - it is on one of the main roads very near to the super highway. while the hotel's facilities are not as of full service but the rooms are very spacious. i was there many times for work, and am very please with this hotel in terms of its location, easy to commute, its spacious rooms and cleanliness.

Disappointing Experience w/ Managementa”

March 26, 2015. WE LEFT EARLY. Good stay until the manager ripped us off. We were already living in Natee Place. We made a reservation at front desk (March 16) to extend our stay until April 10th. The day our extension was to take effect, the manager told us we could not have the room for the agreed price. We would have to pay 30% more due to high season or move to a lower quality room by 8:00am next day (it was already 11:30pm). This was unexpected. There was no reasoning with them. They pretended they didn't understand what we were saying, even though they did. We packed up and checked out ealry the next morning. Such poor business fueled by greed. If we agree to something, I expect the other party to honor the agreement, as will I. We couldn't support their behavior nor did we feel comfortable with the staff any longer. Upon checkout, they made us wait an unusual amount of time while they went through the room and scanned it for defects and missing items, of which there were none. They brought down a towel and pillow that had a spot of coffee on them and had a discussion about it in the lobby. How bizzare it that? Quite. We will never return, nor do we suggest you support poor business like this. It's a comfortable place, but we just can't condone such rudeness, & greed. We wish you the best in finding a place!

small but ok for short time”

actually, this hotel is just behind B2 airport hotel, so it's easy to recognize. the area is ok , there' are many restaurants and all good taste. free wifi is great service, room is clean but snce this is kinda budget , please do not expect too much , just for a night before taking flight.actually you cannot walk to airport, it's pretty far but you know, if you like walking, you could make it.

Wifi is bad. Price is reasonable. If you are looking for a budget hotel for one or two nights, I think I still recommend you to consider this place. It's not that good but it's not so bad. Problem would be on how you can get out from the hotel to several places. You probably need to rent a car.

You get what you pay for”

We need a place that was within walking distance to the immigration office. Natee Place was about a 15 min walk. The hotel and rooms were outdated and pretty run down, particularly the bathroom which had brown stains on and around all the tiles. Aside from that, the room was manageable as it had clean sheets and towels, A/C, free WiFi and decent TV channels. Because it was such a short stay and we just needed a place to rest our heads before checking in with immigration, it made sense to stay here.

cheap, nice room but far from center”

This hotel is cheap, has free wifi, my rooms is comfortable but the location is not ok. It's far from city center, doesn't have motor/bicycle for rent and hard to access public transport (tuktuk, songthaew). I often have to walk a long way to find public transport.

good location. not so far from the airport. it provides car park. the room is not so bad with basic staffs, tv, air-condition, warm water. anyway, it is not so clean and the bed is too soft causing backache.

not for the faint hearted”

The hotel rooms need a good brush and pot of paint. black mold and stains in the bathroom. Even the floor looks clean everything else could be improved. Pictures are misleading. As i took a shower cockroaches crawl up the sink not a big problem for me but maybe for others

nice room but dogs in lobby......”

pretty nice room with good a/c, did have those very small single beds, but were still comfortable. I was nearly attacked by some vicious dogs in the neighborhood, while I was simply trying to find some places to eat. I paid USD for 3 nights..total.

lucky got corner room have balcony and have window to have a clean look. if you got corner room you must lost hi speed internet

Fijn hotel buiten het centrum”

Geslapen in VIP room. Hele fijne kamer. Hotel zit wel een stuk uit het centrum maar met een scooter is dit geen probleem. Goed werkende WiFi verbinding, wel lastig dat je elke dag om een nieuwe inlogcode moet vragen(1 per apparaat)
