Great Hotel for the money”

it was a great stay here at North Lands here is the summary: Pros: the restaurant downstairs is amazing!! good food Bazar around the corner, room was decent but take superior one and not standard, standard was run down with old AC and old fridge. Superior was great! Great location, pretty sweet staff but no extras, good wifi cons: no garden, no extra greenary, no elevator and 3 floors if that is a problem for ya, sometimes hear the street or other rooms AC, so so noise level for downtown. Also mostly older people and couples and everyone does there thing + no hang out area. if you want to meet others and chill there, this is not the place. otherwise we loved it and stayed here 11 days. *** I cannot emphasize enough how good the restaurant downstairs was, large portions, always extra from the heart and very decent prices!! Don't let the decor fool you, best pancakes!!

Great stay ”

Nice basic room with AC and fridge. Balcony outside of the room (#310). Great restaurant downstairs. Rented a scooter for 200b per day and explored on our own. 10-15 minute walk from the awesome night market, 5 min from the Main Street in the old city. Lots of yummy restaurants and markets nearby. Basic room, but clean and had no issues. Too bad there was no safe. Friendly staff. Great value for the money.

Good hotel, cheap restaraunt, fine service”

Good base in Chiang Mai just off MoonMuang Soi 7. Rental bikes offered along with trips and treks. Best thing for me was the cheap and cheerful breakfast (American breakfast, juice & cappuccino for just 79thb) Clean room and friendly staff to assist you on your way.

Good location but bad wifi”

Nice budget hotel in a good location in the old city but internet doesn't work in the rooms, you need to stay on the lobby and even there wifi is not good. Triple room was ok but has leaking water in bathroom. Staff is friendly and lady at the restaurant downstairs is very nice and cooks good breakfast.

Good value for money”

We ordered a triple room, apparently double room with extra bed. Overall good condition. Facility is old but okay. AC is noisy. Good location. There is a restaurant near the hostel. Very convenient. Staff good.

Good for the price”

Not luxury living but a comfortable room for cheap in the part of the old city with lots of great food options from the local foods market a block away to the salad restaurant across the street. The air con actually worked too well! Luckily the nights were cool enough not to need it.

Great guesthouse”

Great guesthouse in the old town area. Good location, comfortable and reasonable. Would definitely stay again and recommend. We extended three additional nights. Staff was very helpful and kind. Very fast and good laundry. Comfortable beds.

Good Hotel For Price”

We enjoyed almost everything about staying here, except for the ants. After we found ants (no bedbugs!) we were able to receive new sheets. However, they insist on occupying the corner of the bathroom. The beds, sheets, towels, etc. are old but clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.

Budget room with good setup”

Smaller basic room with window to open hallway. Had fan and AC, mini fridge. Bed was hard, but received water bottles, soap, toilet paper everyday; fresh towels after a couple days even though we didn't request room service. Friendly staff with limited English. Restaurant downstairs. Close to sights, bit of a walk to Saturday market though. Bathroom was clean and basic. We were comfortable here.

its low budget room and feels like it. bigger mattress on bottom and smaller on top..its weird ! very old and small tv , a bit noisy ,but its cheap price and well located. perfect when you spend the day and nigth out, you dont really want to chillout in this room !

Good stay what you expect a from a good 2* hotel. Watch out for the bathroom floor tiles which are slippery when wet.

No smoking”

Room is cleaned daily. There is no smoking. I have stayed here many times and will stay again

Nice hotel, helpful, great location”

Very good! The staff were friendly and the food was excellent and very cheap. We hired moped for 4 days which was the best we had in 5 months in south east asia. We booked on agoda for 3 days but stayed 3 more so i defenatly advise a stay here

Owners were really friendly and helpful. Close walk to the markets. Comfortable room with aircon.

Noisy”

Great location... other than the rooms that were right next to the road! One bed was crazy hard. The other one was better, but still hard. Terrible pillows. The worst part was the traffic noise. It just echoed in the room.
