Receptionists were very friendly and the location of the hotel is very near to Nimmanhemin Rd where you could enjoy the night life. If you fly to Chiang Mai, the hotel is very near to the airport. There is a free service offered by the hotel to pick you from the airport which I really love it. Next time, if I do some business in Chiang Mai, I will stay here for sure. The hotel locates in a good place. Easy to go around Chiang Mai City. The hotel building is new and rooms are clean, well decorated. The rooms have balconies for somking person. Breakfast is Okay with Thaistyle food. Tour package tickets can be bought at the hotel and the price is fair. Motorcycle can be rented for 300Bath/24hr. If you can drive, it is very easy to drive motorcycle yourself. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel with good service”

The hotel is conveniently located in the Nimmanhae area of Chiang Mai, which has many restaurants, bars, and stores. The hotel is only about 10-15 minute drive from the airport which makes it easy getting to and from the airport. It is also only about 5-10 drive from the Old City and about 15 minute drive from the Night Market area making it conveniently located for those wishing to explore those areas of the city. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were in excellent condition. They were very clean and well kept. The WiFi was good too and did not have any problems trying to use the internet. The only disappointment with the room was that the water pressure for the bath/shower was fairly weak and the bathtub was a bit small for a tall person like myself( I am six feet tall), but besides that the room was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any issue you may have or helping you get to where you wish to go. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Chiang Mai.

Good value for your money”

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and well kept. When I booked my stay, I opted for the free breakfast. They had a good selection but everything was always cold. There are convenience stores and small local cafes within in a few minutes walking distance from the place. A larger shopping mall about a 15-minute walk from the Hotel. I would have to say, that I would stay there again if and when I go back to Chiang Mai.

Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I personally like the interior styling of the hotel, especially the room. Best location you can find in Nimmanhaemin, surrounded by rows of sois of restaurants and local food, as well as nightclubs (Warm-up Cafe is just at the end of the other side of the soi!) I would greatly recommend to anyone visitng Chiang Mai!

Perfect Location / has Parking area”

there are 2 buildings, new and old. i booked via agoda.com and got the room on 6th floor. to open the door, u needed to use keycard. the toilet was quite small. the elevator was very new. service is good, but not professional yet. there's a small coffee-shop in hotel area, and seven-eleven was just opposite to the hotel. by the way, the hotel was located at the end of nimman soi17.

It's an average hotel in a good area of Chiang Mai”

It's an ok place, nothing outstanding, but clean, the staff are efficient without being either friendly or stand-offish, so it's a kind of a gray hotel really, slightly characterless, the outside is ok, but bland, the inside is ok, but bland, there's a restaurant and bar area which seemed to be popular on the ground floor which I didn't use because there's just so much competition in the area. It's ok, but I was on a one night stay with an early flight the next morning so this place was ok in that it's close but not too close to the airport, but whenever else I stay in Chiang Mai I much prefer to stay close to Tha Pae Gate or the Night Market area, both of which offer a very good assortment of options. But if you have business around the Nimman, or a quick turnaround on flights, this is ok without being outstanding.

A very well designed hotel, modern and stylish”

Affordable price, big room, clean and roomy bathroom, big and comfortable bed. I loved the elevator, nice design, fast. Stuff was very nice, receptionist helpfull. If you can, choose room with view to Doi Suthep. What I am missing is swimming pool and sauna, but... Next time in Chiang Mai this is my choice.

Ideal location”

If you are spending time in the trendy Nimman neighborhood The Victoria is the ideal location . Walking distance to the many coffee shops , restaurants , bars , Malls and exercise park . I'll be back !

okay for short stay”

Victoria Nimman Hotel in downtown Chiang Mai is a short 5-minute drive from Central Kad Suan Kaew Department Store. Providing free Wi-Fi, it also has a 24-hour front desk and free parking. It is 10 minutes' drive from Sunday Walking Street.

Got more than expected”

I booked this hotel just because it easy to come back if we get drunk but when we got in the room, we're surprised! The room was nice, clean, had a small cute balcony with a great view! The hotel's next to the Nimman road so it's really easy to find somethings fun to do, lots of bars and nice restaurants around there.

Conveniently located hotel, but bed is very hard”

Given the location, it was a nice place to stay. Rooms with one large bed face the side with the street and a bar with live music some nights so it's a bit noisy, but maybe only on lower floors. Rooms with twin beds face their courtyard on the other side and would likely be quieter. Everything was extremely clean in the room, but slightly run down (paint chipped here and there on some furniture) and the bed was as hard as the floor. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay so that our whole group could stay at the same hotel and still be in the area of Nimman, which is great for restaurants, shops, bars, etc.

Pleasant, value for money”

I arrived on the first day of the crazy water splashing festival. Staff was giggling happy and maybe not so focused but this is after all Songkran (I have lived in Chiang Mai for a couple of years so I understand). Check-in was fast enough and simple. The room was spacious with windows into the yard where there was a bar. The music played a bit loud until 10PM, but anyway, it is Songkran. Beds were a bit hard even for me who is used to hard mattresses and apreaciate them after many years in Asia. Breakfast is perfectly okay (remember it is not a big Tourist hotel) with a nice buffet with both Asian and Western choices. The interior was interesring in a kind of faux Victorian romantic style in the lobby and restaurant. It is a good location if you want to enjoy the entertainment on Nimmanhaemin with restaurants, bars and night clubs. It is the area of choice for the natives, and a good place to have fun without the girlie bars in the tourist areas around Night Bazaar. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
