I have stayed in this property on revious trips to pattaya, and find it a well priced, and a great location. It is accross the beach and the hotel has two beautiful pools on propweerty also. Tne hotel staff are very attentive, and the management very good and make sure all needs are met. The price as I have said especially for the location on the beach is well worth the money. The rooms are clean and confortable. You have a very nice breakfast, and there are restaurants on nthe property for afternoon and evening dining. It is also located on beach road and with in walking distance to many other fine restaurants and with in taxi ride of hundreds or restaurants. the spa and firness area well appoined and staff frriendly. I would recommend this property.

I have go pattaya many time, as A-One hotel i try this the first time, i can give a prefect comment for them, i live in superior new wing, very very large room, good sea view, and the best things is the good services guy in the night shift, he is very helpful, also the room is very clean and have a good air conditioner, also the hot water is also not a problem, if i need to say something not good is a little bit far away to walking street, but just about 10batt to there, this hotel i will book next time when i go to Pattaya

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, good service”
We have stayed at this hotel quite a few days when visiting Pattaya. It is in a good location, all baht buses pass the hotel, making transport easy. The hotel is very nice, it is also very clean which is why we are always happy to return. Our disappointment this time was that we felt the hotel did not really cater well for English guests, there were no local papers or any information of the area, trips to do etc in English, everything was in Russian. When we came to use the pool, thre wer no free sun loungers, everyone had a towel on, yet the we're very few people aroun the pool area, this appeared to be the case throughout the daytime when the pool was open, in the past there was never this Kind if issue, I just think its nie to be able to use the pool if you choose. The hotel have opened a small bar just across from the hotel, this was very well priced, staff were very friendly, and the food is also excellent, and well priced.

Large hotel with great location ”
It's located on beach road so if you booked the room on the main wing you will be able to have sea view. The location is great, you can walk along the road for shopping or go to dining place at night. There are several restaurants in the hotel but we didn't try as we want to get more air outside. The breakfast is too crowded so we didn't get a chance to wait in queue for American breakfast. Thank god they have choices we can order at the table so we have some boiled rice, fried rice, etc and that's quick & convenient too. The coffee at breakfast is good quality you can have your own choice for Latte, Cappucino, Espresso, etc. The room itself is with good decoration. A bit old but with the recent renovation so we are very happy with.

Excellent location on Soi 3”
I have stayed here before and this hotel continues to expand it ammenI have stayed here before and this hotel continues to expand it amenities that it offers. It can be a little pricy but then again it is in a great location and the rooms are always clean. The location is across from the beach to where you have access to the amenities related to beach chairs, umbrellas and vendors for beach massages, food and drinks. Also, it located close to many bar gardens and quite a few of the massage parlors that Pattaya is famous for. It is walking distance to Soi 6 where many bars and restaurants are located since it is located between Soi 2 and Soi 3. If you stay longer that a few days and you need Landry service is it located right across the road from the hotel so you do not have to use the expensive hotel services. Overall great location for day time and night time hangout. i

One of the best hotels in Pattaya”
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Pattaya. I have been there many times but this stay was memorable. The hotel is huge. Close to Big C Centre and Pattaya Central Festival Mall. There are two big pools, some good restaurants and very friendly staff. Especially we were a group with kids, they were extra friendly with the kids. There are many good less expensive massage places next to the hotel. You can take a bhatt taxi to walking street which is less than 5 min

What a great looking place”
This was our first choice for our first trip to the seaside city of Pattaya. Our travels put us in Pattaya one day ahead of schedule. So we booked online another Superior type room. But, when we presented the voucher, there were no more rooms of that type available so they upgraded us to a Deluxe,sea view room at no extra cost. The difference in value was over $100 and started our stay with a very good feeling toward the hotel.

A One Hotel, Pattaya”
From the moment I arrived till the time I left I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, and it is always done with a smile. The food was good, espically the breakfast, the selection on offer was massive. My room was spacious, clean and with a fantastic large balcony. All in all my stay at the hotel was awesome, and for me now, there is only one hotel in Pattaya!

Great hotel and friendly staff, the reception staff are very helpful and made my rebooking easy. Located a few minutes from walking street by tuctuc or if you fancy a pleasant walk along beach road it will take you 20 mins. The gym was good enough to have a good work out and is better than the photoes look. One slight down side the room could do with a better shower. All said and done a great hotel which I would recommend highly.

Nice place to stay Pattaya”
The hotel is located across the road from the beach and has a couple of great swimming pools. It is easy to get a good nights sleep as the rooms are quiet and the hotel is just far enough away from the noisy sections of Pattaya. If you want to go to the mall or walking street just jump on the local taxi for 20 baht.

Enjoyed swim at sunset in spacious pool and strenuous workout in well-equipped fitness center Room was comfortable and well-appointed and could even see ocean from balcony Only negative was hectic, crowded check-in and checkout. The view is good just near the Pattaya beach. You can walk on to the beach. In hotel there have two wonderful swim-pool. At night, hotel provide BBQ buffet have some seafood in it.Go to BIG C shopping Mall just 5 minute on foot. If you take a TukTuk to Mike is $10baht for each person. Breakfast provide different kinds of food and freash fruits is very good.

A Relaxing Pleasure”
From the minute you walk into reception you are greeted with a smile and efficiency and it does not stop there. From the bell boy to the cleaning staff all throughout the hotel, everybody is helpful, professional, and pleasant. I live not far from Pattaya and my wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels and I can say with confidence this was by far our favorite. The rooms are modern and clean. The exterior is as clean as the interior. The food is of a high standard and with a varied choice. If you get a chance I would advise you to try here.

Comfortable hotel with lots of nice touches”
We were lucky to get a free upgrade and were treated to a huge room with massive windows looking out over Pattaya bay. Great balcony to catch the rays on. Nice big TV, good bathroom with a power shower and bath. The swimming pools are great and a good place to witness some of the more interesting characters which Pattaya attracts. Overall a great place to stay.

Stayed at the New Wing Building. It's the old building but well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. We so love the location, hotel's entrance is right across the beach. There are 2 pools to enjoy but I hope the location of the pool is in a private area. Although we feel it's clean, there are bits and pieces that they can improve on like the faucet in the bath tub, orangey water came out when we open it. I think it's been a long time since it was used. Also, I feel some of the basic toiletries are missing. Overall, it was a great stay but I would choose the newer building next time.

Everything is good but a bit expensive”
I went here and I stayed at the New wing, superior room. The hotel is in the good location when you travel from Sukumvit Road head to North Pattaya , you can easily find the hotel because the beach is in front of the hotel and its location beginning on Soi 2 North Pattaya. Along North Pattaya Beach have many Restaurants ( Korean ,Thai, Swedish, Dutch , Italian , Middle-east) and Cafe that you can sit and relax . When you travel by public transportation ( around 10baht or 0.4 USD) to near the south pattaya , you will see the "walking Street" ,one of the famous places for Night clubbing.
