best hotel in pattaya”

i visit pattaya twice a year and i have stayed at the top rated hotels. there is no hotel in pattaya that can compete with amari, it’s fabulous and the staff are so friendly and helpful. during our recent visit in july, we booked 2 rooms for 8 nights and for all nights we were upgraded to the ocean tower rooms, trust me, if amari has rooms which are more superior they will upgrade you. the food is great at the essence restaurant. there is also a 5* restaurant called mantra which belongs to amari. it has a variety of good food. amari has two swimming pools which are clean and have a cozy feeling to them. if you stay in amari, you can book a room in the garden wing or the ocean tower, so if you prefer to stay in a room with a thai nature feeling then stay in the garden wing, but if you prefer a room with a sea view then stay at the ocean tower. there are other great hotels in pattaya, but amari is the best as shops are nearby, the beach is right outside, there are great cheap first class restaurants nearby which belong to the hotel. also, there are great places within the hotel for children such as an activities centre especially designed for children from the age of 2- 12. furthermore, there is a business centre with free internet access and they also have a free dvd rental system. this is truly a magnificent place and the only other hotel i can think of which can compete is burj al arab in dubai. i will be back at this paradise resort in december!

thank you agoda and amari for upgrading us to the ocean towers. this hotel was totally amazing!we were overwelmed by the hotels beautiful decor and the exceptional service we recieved. our room had beautiful views over pattaya beach and was a joy to come home to each night. the k/s bed was the most luxurious, comfortable bed we have ever slept in, we didnt want to get out of it each morning however the sumptuous breakfast beckoned us each day. after 6 days we didn't want to leave.i have to mention a very special thank you to surasak the hotels pool manager who with his exceptional service and kindly manner made our stay even more pleasant.( if he and his family ever come to perth aust he has our hospitality here)your more than welcome surasak! over all there would be nothing at all that could be faulted by the amari ocean towers hotel. it was absolutely amazing. we would recommend this hotel to everyone. it is the best hotel in pattaya!! thank you amari

it was a pleasant stay and had a blast during our stay in amari orchid hotel pattaya. the staff is good and the rooms are big enough for comfort stay . the stay we had in this property is unforgettable. the best located hotel with all the modern facilities and yes not to forget the swimming pool. the price tag is also very good, ( last week i was in mussoorie felt i was paying much more if one compare it with hotel amari, pattaya, u get one star rated property in india as compare to amari stay which is 4 star rated property. i promise to stay there whenever i m in pattaya. once again i thank the staff of hotel amari orchid for the warm welcome on our arrival on 14th july 2011.

There was a tiny but of confusion in the beginning of my check in, but we were back on track in no time at all. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay at this Amari Hotel in Pattaya. Only small set back was the location, but I do like to walk so it was not a bother for me. Plenty of access to get on a Baht bus. I really liked this hotel. The room was very comfortable and actually didn't feel like you were in a hotel room. It could have just been my room but I was very happy with it. I saw pleanty of families with kids enjoying there stay. I am single and I would recommend this to the solo traveler. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and go into one of the two giant size pools. The internet photo's may not do these pools justice. The pools are amazing. The swim up bar is a class act. I enjoyed Amari so much that when I left Pattaya and went to Phuket I also stayed at the Amari there as well. (That's a little different.)

Amari is a good choice in Pattaya!”

We had a very pleasent staying at this hotel in the Ocean Tower. The room was modern and fresh. It had a comfortable kingsize bed and a little balcony. There are two great swimmingpools in the hotelarea and one of them had a big jacuzzi. The hotelresturants are good. We had dinner in Mantra resturant and the steakhouse (I have forgotten the name) and both were excellent. The location is just perfect if you want a silent place. Amari is in the north of beachroad far away from "Walking street" which you find in the south end. If you want to take a tour just go out on beachroad and take a tuk-tuk. When you want to jump off just ring on the bell and pay the driver 10 bath. This is the offical taxa in Pattaya if you just going arround from beachroad up to the second road. Some tuk-tuk drivers will try to cheat you. But just give them 10 B/pp and go away. The only problem we had was when we were checking out from the hotel going to the airport. We had booked a car with help from the limosine-service at Amari but the car did not turned up in right time so we nearly missed our flight. But anyway we had a great time and I like this hotel. I will definitely recomend it.

Terrific views from Ocean Tower”

The Amari Orchid is located to the north of Pattaya in a quiet area. The Ocean Tower block has some excellent views over Pattaya and out to sea. The rooms are large, well equipped maintained to a high standard. The Amari has a number of restauants and each one of them are a "must visit" during your stay. In addition the Amari hold regular events and during my stay hosted an Octoberfest with German beer, entertainment and an excellent BBQ with arange of food to accommodate everyones tastes. The pool areas are well maintained with fresh towels available throughout the day. The pool day serve snacks with meals available to order.

amari orchid pattaya is an excellent hotel. the location on the north side of pattaya makes is easy to access and to get around to other areas of pattaya. i recommend the ocean view rooms, the views are worth the extra $. the room is beautifully styled throughout, modern and clean. the open plan combing the bath just behind the bed head of the king size bed, and the 2 generous wash basins means no waiting. the various pillow choices just shows the attention to customer comfort. the small balcony is ample, cute and serves the purpose. the stylish glass office desk and large screen entertainment systems are just fabulous.

Stay at Amari Hotel Pattaya”

Stay at Amari is awesome. I stayed in Junior suite of Ocean Tower at Amari Hotel Pattaya. All facilities were 5 star. If anyone ever goes to Pattaya stay at Amari. My suite was beach facing at 6th floor, hotel wasn't busy so it was very easy to get beach facing. Only thing about hotel is, it is at end of beach, so you need to walk more to get in the middle of the beach road.

I enjoyed my stay at Amari Orchid Hotel Pattaya, it was very relaxing. The staff were very freindly and helpful. I think my favorite part of the Hotel was the resturant, It had great food & freinly staff. The location was good, It within walking distance to shopping, bars, the beach and many resturants. I had a great time and enjoyed my stay at Amari Orchid Hotel/ Garden Wing, Pattaya.

Fabubous Hotel in Pattaya”

I have stayed in the Ocean Deluxe Wing for 4 days and I wish I could stay longer. The room is so nice, large (49sqm) facing the ocean. It is absolutely a nice 5 stars hotel, especially i got the deal of upgrade from Garden Wing Deluxe to Ocean Deluxe. Breakfast is tasty and with lot of choices. Pools are wonderful as well, a free form and 1 lap room which is, I guess, at least 30m. Location is not at the center of Pattaya Beach, but B10/person will be enough to get you to the center within 5-10mins. Big C, is within walking distance, even Tesco on the other side. As the bathroom is open, it will be a problem for non-couple travellers. I will recommend this hotel for those who look for enjoyable, comfortable stay in Pattaya.

we had a very pleasant stay at Amari Orchid Hotel Pattaya. the hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff very helpful and friendly, all at a very reasonable price. the location on beach road is perfect and our daughter loved the pool and gardens. we would recommend to anybody and will probably stay there again the next time we are in thailand

5 star hotel in North Pattaya”

Amari hotel definitely is in the league of luxury when comparing it with other hotels. Located on North Pattaya, the entrance is on Pattaya's beach road, and is close to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. The facilities have outdoor swimming pool for kids of all ages and a car park area for customers staying. We stayed at the Ocean View Deluxe which was an amazing room with both a shower and a bathtub for a hot soak. The restroom sink has 2 sinks him and her, however, complimentary toiletries such as a bar of soap and shampoo were given only 1 set even though we stayed there as a party of 2. The balcony rest area had only 1 chair available so it was not possible for us both to sit outside. The balcony was dusty as well. Breakfast was slightly disappointing as they separate breakfast times into 3 time periods, however the time period of 8-9:30 am was full so we had to select 11am-12 pm. However, the food was quite cold when eating the bacon and sauteed potatoes. You can order tea from tge café however be sure to indicate which tea you want otherwise they will brew basic tea for you. However, overall experience was quite ok, although if prices were a bit more cheaper and staff were a bit more focused on customer experience by ensuring everything is per the clients expectations, then I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Amari Orchid”

Everytime we come to Pattaya, we choose to stay at the Amari Orchid because we like the old-charm of the low-rise Garden Wing, which is the part of the old Orchid Hotel that's been renovated and therefore has lots of trees and a homely feel that we love. However, this time we were upgraded to the Ocean Tower on our first night, and find the rooms there very specious. Unfortunately for us, though, there was a big group of people on their company outing, who had their outdoor activities (think sports and a very loud cheering squad) right on the hotel lawn next to the swimming pool, which spoiled the peaceful ambience. While grateful for our upgrade on the first night, on the second night we had to pack our things and move back to the Garden Wing, which was a bit of a hassle for us, but a welcome move as we prefer the quite charm of this old wing. The staff are helpful and friendly as always. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Pattaya.

Great Location”

This Hotel is at the end of Pattaya Bay 4km from walking street which is a fantastic location. It has a great pool, good bars great happy hours and fantastic restaurants especially Mantra by far the best Restaurant in Pattaya, it has a dress code though. The room are a bit small but has everything, its worth paying the extra for a balcony as its the same size as the room. All in all I was very impressed with Amari hotels, the reception staff were very helpful when the airport closed.

Excellent all round facilities near Beach Road”

Our stay in the Amari was part of an eighteen day trip around the south east coast region from Bangkok down to Sattahip. Three nights starting in Pattaya Amari Orchid with superb rooms, delightful pool areas and easy access to shows, shops and sea-front activities helped us "chill" after the flight to Thailand. Contained inside the routes circulated by Pattaya's famous Baht-bus public transport cheap access is available to all main shopping and entertainments. The main bus terminal to Bangkok and alsewhere is only 1/4 mile short walk for transport out of town. The rooms are excellent and equipped with all the basics. A choice of venues for eating is also nearby.

Great Resort Style Hotel ”

Check in was easy and the staff was extremely friendly. I have stayed at many hotels in Pattaya and one of the most important features for me is the "bed". Most are really really hard, however the Amari had one of the best beds in the area which is a huge positive. They have three pools which are awesome, the main pool is huge and has a swim up bar, the next pool is a huge lap pool for swimmers and the last pool is a large jacuzzi style pool with lots of jets. I would say the food is excellent at the restaurants here as well! The only small downside and I would guess since its right off the beach is the small mosquitos that get into the room. All in all I would definitely stay here for the money that I paid, really good value!

Just came from 7 days stay in Amari in Pattaya. very good location, very good hotel at all. we stay'd on 7th floor. this hotel has everything you are looking for in a 4+ star Hotel. But only thing we disslike was the over prices food and drinks, we never buy the minibar items and one time we order roomservice, quite exspensive for my point. but just walk few meters from the hotel and you have many restaurants to pick. Also this kind of hotel should have breakfast included for all rooms!!..

2 nights stay in Amari Orchid tower and resrort”

There is a min bar in the lap pool that attracted me most. Every employees are friendly and delicated to serve you anytime upon your request. Room is very clean without a dirt. I highly recommend you to put your heart down if you want to bring kids or elder to enjoy vacation in Pattaya by booking Amari hotel. Location is also very nice, you access to walking street by 5 mins taxi drive and enjoy the quietness at night time for a good rest. The ocean tower makes you feel you are right beside the beach. try it for your next trip. You will prove all i say is true and absolutely right. thanks

excellent hotel, ”

Very good location,, you can get away from the bars etc etc etc, but be close enough for a night out. The staff are great,, spotless hotel,, Tower wing is by far better than Garden wing,, although thats basic but clean,, the tower is modern and they often do deals where you get upgrade to tower anyway. Its woth the extra i assure you. I stayed in the Dusit, The Marriot and on both occasions i left early and booked the Amari Tower,, those 2 are dated, very expensive and staff are not the best trained. This is actually the best in Pattaya. The Manager here is English, and obviously on the ball,, his staff from all areas are attending to every detail.. A great place to stay.

Good Quality Hotel, excellent service”

Staying at an Amari Hotel is always a pleasant experience. You can expect very well-appointed rooms and truly exceptional service from the staff to the managers. This hotel also has a very nice location in Pattaya. The pool is large and clean ... They have two big ones whichever will match your preference. We've stayed here several times and we won't hesitate staying here again on our next visit to pattaya.
