Awesome place”

Overall,this guesthouse beats any 5 star hotel service easily! Extra friendly and helpful staff/owner. The only thing is you're gonna either take the motor bike taxi or rent a bike to get to the main area of Pattaya. And i'm sorry that i did not get to thank the staff that attended to me as i was in a hurry.

Lovely hotel and great service with a smile”

the hotel is lovely and owner is very nice, room is clean and well equipped, hot shower / air-condition / free wifi / tv has many international channels / refrigerator / closet / and desk, all works well. hotel also has motorcycle rental, it's very convenient. the location is between jomtien beach and pattaya beach, it's quiet for sleep at night. will come back for sure.

Superb quality for money ”

Totally advised for those who plan to spend their vacation in Pattaya. The guesthouse is located at equal distance from the Jomtien beach and Pattaya city centre. All destinations can be easily reached by motorbike which one can rent right at the guesthouse. The price is moderate, the room is great in terms of cosiness and cleanness. The hosts are very nice people and always ready to help.

Good Value, Friendly Staff”

Noisy street at times but the location is quite good. Good English with staff. Adequate facility for short stay. 24 hour access to pharmacy, shops, 7-11, etc. Decent food nearby. Motor scooters they rent are in good condition. Worthwhile effort to find this place. Agoda map is relatively accurate... location is actually at the corner of Pattaya Tai soi 1 and a small soi. Yellow sign lights up nicely at night... have to keep a sharp eye out for it in the day time. Friendly, healthy cats roaming the lower levels.

Good price, friendly owner”

We only stayed 2 nights. I think this must be the most clean guesthouse of all Pataya. The rooms are big and the bathroom's almost as big as the room itself. Good airco, the only thing I don't like (but that's something they do everywhere) is that the always place the airco so it blows on the bed. I would recommend this guesthouse because it has a friendly owner, who loves her 3 housecats. If you are travelling for long and you miss your cat at home, it's nice that you can give some attention to the housecats here. The only thing missing is a blowdry.

it was a very very very good and if i will be back one more time to pattaya for sure i will be so happy to be ms. Po (sorry if the spelling is wrong) guest ,in the first times you might need a taxi which is located in front of the hotel main door just cross the street and they are very nice and then later when u get used to know how to go to walking street or even the beach is not far away

Great value hotel”

Great value place to stay which is still central to Pattaya within walking distance 15-25 minutes.. Nice couple who manage the hotel and they make you welcome.. The rooms are clean and great showers and yr own small balcony..

Nice little Guesthouse”

the at center guesthouse really offered a nice room for a very reasonable rate. the room was big enough and equipped with tv, ac fridge etc. in general it was very clean and much better than expected for this price.

Good location, late check-in, friendly staff”

quite a pleasant room for my stay and appeared as the photos suggested. this was a clean, neat room which offered air con, tv, fridge and bottled water, although i had to ask for more water as the room was not made up unless requested. there was only a narrow window in my room with a street view, peering through the tangled maze of power cables which seems to be common in many asian countries, it seems. all part of the experience and i wasn't staying here for the view. the bathroom was adequate, although this room was like a sauna as it received the sun, but kept closed off from the main room, this wasn't a problem. the hotel has keycard entry for 24hr access, providing security and for those interested, motorbikes are available for rent at this hotel too, not that i used this facility. breakfast was not provided at this hotel, although buying some supplies from the local 7/11 store was easily done. the staff gave directions for me to walk into pattaya beach and later to get the bus to return to bangkok. their english is adequate. a negative for me was that the bed was hard! otherwise quite acceptable for my stay.

A small lovely place to stay”

The guesthouse offers a taxi-limo to pick up at the bus terminal or anywhere for someone who's not familiar with the area and don't wanna take a risk at first place. The hotel staffs are nice and very helpful. The price is very reasonable.

Continually Improving”

Another great stay for us... Working weekend away from the city. The AT. Center taxi/van service goes door to door... that's convenient. Have visited this guest house many times over the years... their operation continues to improve (now with western breakfast) and we will continue to stay here.

Very nice”

it was hard for taxi drivers to find, they overcharge you at baht for a 5 minute ride to hotel from bus station. when we checked in, staff was very nice, also good english speaking. everything is new, clean and comfortable. very quiet and peaceful. only 5 min to grocery, laundry across the street, beach 10 minutes away. the hotel rents newer model moto scooters for baht per day. my favorite hotel in thailand, cheap rooms, friendly staff, clean and convenient, we will stay again!

One of the best in Pattaya”

I enjoyed staying at the Guesthouse. The woman who owns it was very friendly and helped with everything. She also rents out bikes which is really good as it is located 5 min away from the main area. I preferred staying here as it was quiet and away from the nightlife. Once you have a bike you can easily get around and the room is very clean and to a good standard. I would recommend this place

it is a bit out of the way. especially for the first timers to pattaya. the motobike rentals are not new as mentioned in a review but are in good condition. the room is small with a make shift desk. but the bed and sheets were very comfortable. very. nice flat screen on the wall. bathroom was good size but the shower head was a joke and the sink is in the way of the door. all in all, just ok, but you can find a much larger, better facilities, even pool for the same price. great if the price is like $14.00 and no more. again, staff was great.

its was a great stay for a great price, the lady of the hotel was very helpfull and the rooms are very clean if you stay there take a moterbike and you are in five minutes in downtown.
