Fantastic people, clean rooms and best layout thus far! ”

The room itself was laid out in a way that was very accommodating. The shower is separate from the toilet within the bathroom so the water from the shower isn't a puddle the toilet when you use it. The staff were extremely helpful and really nice. Will stay at this chain again. The only thing us the location is kind of out there but if you don't mind walking 25 minutes there is the great markets and restaurants by Phuket Old Town. There is a couple restaurants right by the hotel that we even found options as vegetarians for, but not with the same quality as the market. Decent nonetheless. There is also a 711 about 5 minutes walking by those restaurants. Thank you again!!

Quiet and spacious feel”

price is good. tv and ac worked well. only a couple on staff speak english and hence limited ability to help. they are helpful nonetheless. i walked a lot. on my last day i learned from an older couple that pink striped buses take you almost anywhere in town for baht 10. a visit to tourist office will be helpful. there are buses to beaches all over the island for b 50 or less. check the timing however, as 5 pm is the last bus that leaves from the beach to phuket town. i chose because of fellow traveller made the comment that in 15 min everything is accessible.

Lovely hotel but bit out the way”

I only stayed at this hotel one night after breaking my foot on the over night bid from Bangkok. The owner was lovely & took me to hospital. The room was nice & big but the hotel was a bit far and no taxi drivers knew of it.

Ok hotel. Staff is really nice, location is bit off but you can get buss for 15 bath close by or rent bike for 250. The air conditioning kept breaking and we were made to change to the room where air con didn't work at all and toilet was leaking. It was last night so we didn't see point to complain. Room is big and like pictures and will get cleaned every day.

Lovely out of the "tourist zone" place”

great place. no english spoken but adds to the adventure. not near much but if walking is ok then a 20-25 min. walk gets you to many places.

Lorsque nous avons récupéré la première chambre, le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas Ils ont donc été très réactifs et nous on change de chambre Dans la 2e, le chauffe eau était cassé et nous n avions que de l eau brûlante.. ils sont donc venus le lendemain pour le changer (le temps d en avoir un nouveau) Le frigo est à régler à côté mais par contre celui le fonctionne pas la journée puisque si la clefs n est pas dans le boitier il n y a pas d d'électricité dans la chambre.. donc on paye un frigo pour la nuit seulement... En conclusion chanvre très propre et spacieuse, equipe très réactive et agréable mais équipements limites..
