Very friendly hotel with nice big room and balcony”

it's remote from the touristy area but you can rent a motor bike from there and go around phuket island easily, the place is very up to date with security card to get in at night, we received a warm welcome from the owner and it's familly, after all a nice place to stay if you don't like the crowded thailand but prefer the real thai life.

Good value family run hotel”

This hotel is a nice family run business. We thought the room was excellent value for Phuket, the rooms are big and very clean with comfortable beds and hot water. There is also a a small restaurant across the street offering cheap, tasty Thai food. The only downside to the hotel is the location. Our taxi driver from the airport did not know where it was and took a long time to find it. The next morning we had great difficulty getting a taxi to the port, there are very few taxis in town (which also means the fares are very expensive) and the hotel is not central so there was no passing traffic. The owners of the hotel are lovely but I think they need to start offering their guests a shuttle service into town at a cheaper rate than the local taxis, that would remove any negative aspect to the hotel.

Can't beat the price”

A great place to relax. Other places have you paying more to have less. Just a 10 minute walk to the main street where there are plenty of local restaurants and stores (2 24hr stores) that have everything you need. Cleaning service and fresh towels every day. Hot shower, big in-room fridge, very good AC, big bed, quite a few English channels on TV... with 2 nonstop movie channels, the friendliest staff I've ever met, a local shop right next to the hotel for snacks and beer; you won't be able to find a better place for that price.

Amazing staff comfortable rooms”

great family run hotel for an excellent price. they helped us with everything we needed. the restaurant across the road is good food stall treats and thereis a mart near by. the only down is the distance from town. you can walk but it is about 4 km to the center and taxis are pricey. i would recommend it even with the distance as the beds and comfort for the cost make up for it!

Quiet hotel with wonderful staff”

a very quiet hotel outside of phuket town. it's a bit remote but the staff is wonderful. really helpfull and polite. and very cheap.

Expensive if you don't have transport”

Don't consider staying here unless you have your own transportation. We booked this hotel for 2 nights with the understanding it was in Phuket Town. It is not in the town, in fact it was very difficult to find a taxi driver who knew where it was even with the address. It is located about 6 km from town with no public transportation options. there is a small Thai food stand across the street but no English spoken or English menu. We left after one night (very hungry) and the owners charged us 200 baht to drive us in to town and did not refund the second night. A very expensive stay for us.

i stayed there again, & now they have a thai food place 7 steps across the street. they have various shrimp, pork, chicken and vegetable dishes all around baht. ($1.30us) very convenient. the staff treated me like an old friend when i stayed.

Great "bit outside" Mansion”

If you dont mind the location is a bit outside you will get a great value for your money as well a very kind and helpful management.

Trop isolé à notre goût : pas de bus, pas de tuk-tuk, pas de restaurant à proximité.."Internet dans lieux publics" en fait uniquement à la reception de l'hôtel, qui est aussi le salon des loueurs La chambre louée par Agoda était en Rez-de-chaussée, fenêtre sur rue passante. Precision utile : grand frigo + évier dans la chambre Petit détail contrariant : erreur de date à la réservation sur Agoda, correction faite dans le quart d'heure, nuit pas remboursée! Détail satisfaisant : très honnêtes car ont bien gardé plusieurs jours affaires oubliées dans la chambre

Le meilleur des hotels que nous ayons eu durant nos 15 jours en thailande à un prix defiant toute concurrence.Personel (une familee thai) super gentil et accueillant!Grande chambre confortable et propre.Hotel securisé.Wifi ds la chambre. Le seul petit inconvenient c'est qu'il est un peu retiré du centre de phuket town, environ 2km, le mieux etant de louer une moto Si nous devons retourner a phuket town ce sera sans hesitation ds cet hotel!Dailleurs nous y sommes retournés avant la fin de notre sejour!

Super Unterkunft für wenig Geld”

Wir haben im Baan Palad 1 Nacht gebucht und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr groß und sauber. Zum Rasada Pier sind es knapp 15 minuten und den Transfer, bzw. die Tickets nach Koh Phi Phi haben wir im Hotel bei Bob gebucht, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Waren nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp. War perfekt, da nicht weit vom Flughafen als auch von der Fährstation entfernt. Wir hatten uns von dem sehr freundlichen Besitzer fahren lassen

Gepflegtes Zimmer und netter Service ”

Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt. Wenn man zum Zimmer geht ist man ein bisschen geschockt weil dort viele streunende Hunde herumlaufen. Das "Hotel" hat keine wirklich gute Lage liegt eher am Stadtrand. Keine Taxis in der nähe. Aber die Familie ist nett und die Zimmer sind sauber. Für das Hotel spricht eindeutig der günstige Preis. Alles in allem war es ein gutes Hotel für eine Nacht aber nicht länger

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis”

Wenn ich jemals wieder in Phuket sein sollte werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder im Baan Palad buchen, obwohl man schon ein eigenes Fahrzeug haben sollte. Selten habe ich in Thailand ein so gepflegtes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit einem auesserst freundlichem, englischsprachigem Management fuer diesen Preis gefunden.
