Very good guesthouse”

Wonderful guesthouse with big and very clean room with interesting decor, equipped with tea/coffee-making appliances and a fridge. Big bathroom. Excellent view on Big Buddha and a quiet green space with a lot of birds singing in the morning. The enormous Karon beach with its ocean waves is within walking distance, plenty of restaurants, shops and massage parlours around. Very nice and helpful owners, providing very thourough daily cleaning. Strongly recommended.

I had a wonderful time in Phuket and I enjoyed my room with balcony. The staff is very good, nice and they accommodate you for your needs. Thank you very much. I'll come back and I recommend your guesthouse to everybody.

Very Helpful Staff”

We staying at this hotel originally for 6 nights. We requested a groundfloor room and we received this. There was no noise from the nearby building work in the room we stayed in. The Elephant cafe is in front of the Hotel and serves excellent food. The room was cleaned daily and kept very clean. Unfotunately during our stay my husband was taken ill and fainted in the bedroom causing injuries to his face. The staff called an ambulance and looked after us until we were safely in the Ambulance. My husband was in the ICU in Phuket Hospital for 6 Days. The staff were so helpful, caring and considerate that I stayed longer at this Hotel until, he was out of ICU and I could stay at the hospital. Overall I found the Hotel Clean and tidy and the staff excellent, including the staff at the Elephant Cafe, During a very traumatic and difficult time.

Clean room, excellent English from the girl at the reception, even a curtain in the bathroom to prevent from flooding the whole floor every time you take a shower, great! I loved it and will go again if I'm back to Karon beach :-)

Great quiet guesthouse ”

The rooms are clean the staff are really helpful and polite. The location is set back from the main road so can be a little difficult to find but that means it’s really quiet and peaceful. Less than 10 minutes walk to Karon beach and the busier bars. Great restaurant next door and near to Tesco Lotus and 7eleven. I would happily stay here again. Great little budget hotel.

Great guesthouse in Karon”

We ended up staying here for a week after originally booking a couple of nights. This guesthouse was great - located about 5 minutes walk from the main busy part of the town which was close enough to enjoy it all without it being noisy at night. The room was big and well equipped and cleaned every day.

Nice Hotel”

nice hotel, was only here for one night but the room was great. short walk karon beach and main street with many restaurants. 10-15min tuktuk to patong beach & kata beach.

Comfortable and clean rooms ”

We had a pleasant stay - room was comfortable and clean with fridge, kettle, aircon and everything else we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Good WiFi. The location is ok. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and the happenings of Karon, but definitely doable. Unfortunately, there was no staff to receive us and the waiters from the restaurant let us into the room. During our whole stay we never saw anyone at reception. Also to note: the room in the picture is not the room you get!

The location is good, 10minutes walking distance near the beach, hotel is clean and quiet. the restaurants nearby we tried several and food are nice. 7-11, family store around 5 minutes by walk. good price for the location

Nice & cheap guesthouse”

At first, this guesthouse seems to be a bit far from the beach but it shouldn't be an issue if you plan to rent a motorbike. Staff is real nice, rooms are very clean, fully equipped and fully functionnal (hot water, boiler with coffee and tea available, hair dryer). The balcony is nice to have too. I put the lowest mark for food cause there are no breakfast but there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants & bars close to the hotel. Very good value for the money.

good location, helpful stuff. All room issues were resolved. The cheapest place around. For a solo traveler is ok, but would not get there with a girl. 2 days sink did not drain before it got fixed. The room had a smell when I got in. The wifi signal does not get across all room, just 1 meter from the entrance. Room service - every other day.

Far from beach”

Room was clean and basic with good shower and bathroom. Location is quite far from beach though and hard to find. It's hidden down a side alley that's full of flies from neighboring restaurant kitchen. Staff were kind and helpful. Be careful if you take ground floor room as there's a smoking patio right outside the window and you will be forced to close curtains all the time for any privacy. I was given this room but changed upon seeing people right outside my room. This hotel is fine for a night or two because price is relatively cheap.

Good for a short stay”

We only stayed here for a short stay. The location was good, a short walk down to the sea front, and with several restaurants nearby. The room was clean however seemed to have some problems with damp, and this meant there was a very strong smell of damp/mould in the room- after just 3 nights this has left all of our clothes smelling badly. As I am particularly sensitive to damp and suffer from chest problems relating to this I am pleased we only had a short stay here. This may not be the case in all rooms.

Very nice!”

Very nice stay! We did not expect the room to be so modern and nice. The room and the hotel facilities were always clean, friendly staff and quiet surroundings. Check in and out was super fast and effortless even though we checked in at 5am. Other rooms also have own balcony and bigger size. We were very happy with the common balcony infront of our door. No bad smell or animals!

Staff were friendly, helpful. The place has everything you would need. Would definitely go back
