A Rare Find”

Excellent Value. Very friendly, welcoming staff, and receptive owner and staff. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Excellent location - close to all the activities and action, and quiet at the same time. I highly recommend this accommodation, and if I ever go back to Phuket, I would stay no where else, but at Deva Suites Patong Hotel.

Great location and staff”

Bell at the front desk helped track down my bag that was lost by tiger air. She called multiple times a day and her hello was really appreciated. The room we booked had cold AC, was cleaned daily, and had a mini bar, tv and balcony. Location is excellent, only 5 minute walk to Bangla road. We had the full Monty breakfast at the hotel which was reasonably priced for a place as expensive as Patong. While we didn't love patong (check out karon or kata beach) our stay at deva suites was great. We will be staying here again before we fly to Bangkok.

Staff, Location, Price, Room, Service”

We arrived hotel around 9.30am but the staff allowed us to check in to our room. Even the hotel is not new but the bed is very comfortable (as 4 star hotel) and overall we are very satisfied with our stay. It's just about 1 minute walking to convenient store and pharmacy. About 8 minutes walk to Bangla Street which is very happening street from night until 6am. There's a store selling tourist package in front of Family Mart convenient store. The package offered at low fare. Deva Suites Patong our definitely choice for our future visit!

Perfect hotel for this price”

I stayed with my sister at this hotel from 5-11 Feb 2020 , it was perfect because hotel was clean, location was great because it was so close to everything : patong beach, night clubs, to big shopping mall Souk, to night bazaar. And the most important staff was so helpful in everything for example if you want to join to some tours ask hotel staff or especially ask from hotel owner he usually Being there he will find best price for tour. For example we want to travel to phi phi after patong for staying there for 4 nights outside agencies said to us 800 or 500 bat for each person but he find for us 350 bat for person transfer include. And my advice to you dear Traveller if you travel to phi phi buy a round trip because from phi phi it's expensive we paid from phi phi 500 usd transfer to airport include.

located in a quiet street but 5 min from shopping mall and local market. many restaurants around, convenient store a door step. hotel offers towels and mats for the beach free of charge. You can enjoy breakfast at the hotel, drinks and pool table for very decent price. staff is very friendly and owners likewise. I would recommend this hidden Perl to any one looking to have a nice time in Patong and Phuket :) Cheers!

Centrally Located Hotel, Super Friendly Staff, Unbeatable Price”

If you are looking for almost a luxurious stay with a budget price, this is the place to be. Very spacious clean rooms, If you like showers, it has best Shower pressure ever !! Bar, restaurant and pool table at the lobby. Quiet rooms but still an easy and nice stroll to Vibrant Patong!! Hotel offers beach towels and mats. It helps in renting motorbikes, booking taxis, and excursions ... New owners dedicated on making this hotel the best ! I will highly recommend it to solo travellers, friends or families.

Very spacious room, very clean, quiet but great location: 5 min to Main Shopping Mall and Thai night market. 7 min to Vibrant Bangla Rd and Patong beach. New owners are very friendly and willing to help as much as possible, so feel free to talk to them directly if staff at counter can't help ;) Water, coffee and tea were daily provided in my room. Also beach towels and mats are free to use... I booked for 7 nights, I've extended to 19 ! :) Price/Quality Simply unbeatable in the whole Island of Phuket !!

Stayed @ Sansabai Patong hotel for 4 night ( same management with Diamond BSH ). Great location hotel, easy to go shopping at Jungceylon Mall, seafood lunch @ fresh market & fun at nightlife entertainment if you wish to go. Room was clean and conformtable, value as my pay, but only the bath door of my room can't close tightly. We're enjoyed the swimming pool facilities which located at the top of hotel,good view. Special thanks to hotel staff-Ratchanee who can spoke english and gave us a lot travel tips, very helpful lady. Disappointed to go snorkelling @ Maya & Coral island. Water was not clear, no fishes, nothing to see.

diamond beach suite is really a great hotel. good rates per night and its location is really good as it was very near a fresh market where visitors can get good street food at night and near junceylon mall. it is also very near to bangla road where the night life in phuket is. just a 5 to 10 minutes walk to these places. overall, my group and i really enjoyed the stay in phuket diamond beach suite hotel!

Very Recommended Hotel”

we have a very pleasant stay at diamond beach suite hotel. it's a small hotel in the good location (5 minutes walking to jungceylon and bangla road, 10 minutes to patong beach). a very friendly staff, i feel so comfortable here. they clean my room everyday, though the room not too big but everything in there is new and clean. it's really worth the price. they should provide breakfast instead of just tea and coffe.

Great hotel with great service staff”

I was staying there with 4 of my friends in 2 rooms. The rooms are not too small in size and they are very very clean. The in-room safe is a big plus point too. This is a simple hotel and if you do not have high standards, do consider this hotel. The service staff don't really speak good English but they do their very best in helping us in whatever ways they can and that impresses me a lot. Another plus point is that they always carry out their duties with a smile on their face. Their guest relation manager is a great person to talk too and always giving us the best places to head towards. The location of the hotel is good as it's near Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Bangala Road where the nightlife activities are. Patong beach is just slightly further from Bangala Road and only a short walk (10mins) from the hotel. Location is very good as well. Overall, a very pleasant and happy stay for me and my friends. We would definitely recommended this hotel to others.

Extreamly great staff,always polite,frienly and very helpful.I have forgotten my medicine box there they brought it to me by a motoclycle all the way from Patong to Phuket town in 15 minutes to catch my leaving bus.I couldn't thank them enough. The rooms are clean the prices are great,they have motocycle renting with very good prices.Great choice if you are not looking for a fancy,hi-class hotel.

The beach, mall and bangla street was about 5-10mins walk away from the hotel, but still located far away from the noise of the place. The hotel itself surprised us for the price we paid, it was very clean and there was maid service everyday. However tooth brushes not provided, but they had cable tv, free drinking water! Requested for airport transfer but realised they don't provide it only after waiting in the airport for 15mins, but you can catch a minibus for just 180baht each to the hotel. Also the owner was very nice, when we extended our stay, he agreed to give us the same price we paid on agoda. Overall would definitely come back here if I'm visiting phuket again.

Nice Hotel In Phuet near Patong Beach”

i was there for 3nights at deluxe room. when arrived, i saw a small hotel but still with nice interior and building. the staffs were SO nice. rooms are nice, comfy, and big space. so cheap hotel. we dont need 5stars hotel while we could get 3stars hotel but sooo comfy. so near with bangla road and patong beach, near with Mall and central of phuket. recommended! :D

Lovely ”

The room we got at this hotel was modern, spacious and smelt lovely - the are some awful smells on the streets of Thailand so this was a bonus. The staff here were so lovely - there must have only been 3-4 staff members. The hotel was very quiet, rarely heard or saw other guests but sometimes it's nice to have some peace and quiet. The location was good it was 10-15 mins walk from patong beach and about 10 minutes to the famous Bangla road ( you have to walk down Bangla road to get to the beach so you won't miss it) . If you are looking for food then go to the main road and walk left for about 3-5 minuets and you will find a small street market with the famous street vendors. We loved the local food and tried to eat there as much as possible although there are still some lovely restaurants near by.

I really satisfy with this hotel. The price is cheap, and the Boss and the staff are very friendly. Although i just stayed for one night, but they serve me good. Besides,the aircondition is powerful enough and toilet and room are very clean. Very quite. Only 5 minutes walk to bangla road and patong beach. I will come back again. Thanks

Great location, good value”

This hotel was a great deal for me and my friend on vacation. It was a little difficult to find they also don't have their phone number listed on agoda so calling them isn't possible. I did finally get the number on their card but I can't find it now to post on here. It's about a 3 minute walk to the boxing arena and a 5-6 minute walk to Bangla Rd for the nightlife. I easily got to Patong Beach in under 10 minutes. My friend also hurt his head and had to go to the hospital one night, it's about a 5-6 minute walk from the hotel. Tons of restaurants nearby as well, no food at this place. For what we paid I thought it was a relatively fair deal. Shopping, boxing, nightlife, food and a bonus is that it's really close to the hospital. If you're looking for a more nightlife oriented vacation I'd reccomend this place. More quiet? Then I'd steer clear....I'd steer clear of Patong in general though if you want a quiet retreat, go to the other side of the island; Patong can really wear you out if you let it.

Basic Hotel, good location.”

Basic hotel with a few amenities. Room was clean, but a little small. AC was good and cold. Hot water was good and hot. Good location near shopping and dining. A little bit of a walk to get to Patong Beach, but not too bad. The manager, Sam, was a big help. He can help with tours and getting around. He even took me out to dinner one night. Good place to stay if you plan to be gone most of the time anyway.
