we were surprised of the location, minutes to the local bus, the owner are most accommodating, help were there can, in English, tour booking at the premises, super clean rooms, evening entertaining with the locals coming for talks, breakfast, lunch and diner direct next door, very cheap and good food, bier always cold, good working air condition, super value for money. we would book that hotel again.

Great little villa at the back of Kata beach”

we stayed a week as a group for Kings Cup. Like being ina small thai community. Everyone was very helpful. Great sized rooms as well.

nice hotel 10 minute walk from the beach ”

The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpfull. Its a 10 miuntes walk from the beach but you get rewarded with a quiet night rest and no noisy bars. Small shop is attached to the hotel very easy.

Lovely spacious bungalows in great location”

After my recent stay at dreamy villa bungalow I couldn't recommend it more. The owners were always very friendly and were there to help with any queries or questions that we had. The room was far bigger than I had expected with a separate seating area inside and out. The room had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel and the owners also ran a local shop which was equipped with any essentials needed. The location isn't the best as it does take about 15-20mins to walk to the town but it's an easy walk or short taxi ride; me and my girlfriend walked in every time and didn't find it an issue.

Very clean and nice budget hotel”

The hotel was actually a little better than expected for the price. It is off the main beach area, but was nice and quiet to return to and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. There are good restaurants, laundry and massage shops all the way to the beach. The bathroom was clean and the room was large with both bed and lounging area. It has a convenient store attached, so it was easy to get things when needed.

Ok hotel,ok location”

Dreamy Villa bungalows are very basic, budget (attached) bungalows - that's not to say that they are not comfortable - just don't expect to find many mod cons! Situated around a 10/15 minute walk away from the main beach/shopping area, along a road with no pavement/walk way (not the best walk at night, if you have small children, or mobility issues) this guesthouse offers cheap and cheerful accomodation in a pricey area, that caters largely to Swedish families. The main room of our bungalow was large with a reasonably comfortable double bed at one end, and a seating area at the other. The aircon was great, really powerful and the seating area had an additional ceiling fan, so keeping cool wasn't a problem. The room also had an ok wardrobe,chest of drawers, fridge & tv with the standard Thai hotel tv package (mixture of international channels). Free bottled water and clean towels were given daily, and the bungalow was cleaned to a good standard. The bathroom didn't have much of a shower to speak of - it was basically a cold water only hose above the toilet, but it served its purpose. The best thing about this guesthouse, was the super friendly husband and wife owner, who were always very cheerful and accomodating.

Avantages : bungalow avec petit salon beaucoup d’espace, bonne tv avec YouTube. Inconvénients : personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, nous avons dû demander l’eau chaque jour le 3ème jour ils ont dit non sans explications. Vous êtes à 1km de la plage et des centres d’ intérêt scooter indispensable. A côté de la route donc bruyant.

Route trop dangereuse sans trottoirs ”

Le gérant nous a reçu pour nous amener dans un autre hôtel en prétextant qu'il n'avait plus de bungalow de libre. Nous voulions louer un bungalow et nous sommes retrouvé dans un hôtel de 5 étages, certe confortable. Si vous avez des enfants, ne surtout pas prendre cette hôtel car les routes sont très très dangereuses, pas de trottoirs pour se rendre au centre ville ou a la plage. De plus, les routes sont très etroites. Je ne noterais que ce que j'ai pu juger, pour le reste je mettrais juste la moyenne

Для тех кто на байке, Прекрасное расположение , тихо спокойно. Пешком до моря не ходили , но думаю минут 15. Очень большие номера , отличный вай фай. Очень милые хозяева.

Домики на дороге от каты к верхней, расположены не прям на дороге так что тихо, комнаты большие метров по 35, есть крыльцо со стульями. бассейна нет. в целом неплохо, несколько ночей пожить. интернет фиговый, очень плохо ловит.

Отель минутах в 15 пешком до пляжа вдоль дороги, так что намного удобнее передвигаться на мотобайке. Нам понравилось проживание- тихо, спокойно спать, пляж хороший. В номере нет сейфа, только ящик в шкафу на ключе, но в комнатах убирается хозяйка, так что мы не волновались.

В этом отеле понравился большой номер состоящий из двух зон: зона сна и зона отдыха. В реале красивее чем на фото. Есть и кондиционер, и вентилятор, холодильник, сушилка для одежды нас очень порадовала. Всем советую, НО ходить пешком далековато, только тотобайк! Близлежащие кафе просто отвратительны, рядом кафе 2 шефа можно кушать там или ближе к пляжу. До 7-11 тоже надо потопать, хотя при отеле есть магазинчик и там все тоже самое, цены такие же.

Allt var uruselt. Dålig säng,kuddar som betong. 4 fläktar som stod och gick hela tiden. Sängen var som att ligga på en träplanka.Myror inomhus hela tiden.Inget tryck i duschen så tvätta var uteslutet. Gjorde jag bara 1 ggr/vecka.osv.Pengarna vi betalade för boendet skulle varit 1/4 del. Sämsta boendet jag haft på 5 år i Thailand.
