my 4night stay ibis phuket patong hotel was a pleasant one..the staff was polite n always smiling, im surprised dat i was able to check in earlier than the 2pm slot,room was clean n tidy,gd plc for honeymoon n its walking distance to shopping n particularly de patong beach.breakfast was gd too...many thnks to ibis staff n management..gd work...keep it up...will recommend my friends to dis hotel n will surely be back to check in dis hotel in near future....:)

Five-star hotel service!”

Just about 5 mins walk to the beach, perfect location!The staff is very very friendly and helpful as this was my first time to Phuket (since we had no idea about anything or to do). This is brand new hotel, just opened 5 months ago...very clean...the room...swimming pool...I think it's the best hotel in Patong area, even though it's only 2 star hotel! But surely 5 star service! Oh, you just walk and turn right from hotel, you could find anything...food, laundry only THB 50 per kilo, 24 hours mini market, many more...everything is good! The room, location, friendly & helpful staff. Perfect! Very satisfied with Ibis Patong Hotel and Agoda! There's no invisible/hidden rate and good services!

Great Bedroom and strategic location”

Had a really good deal in Ibis Phuket Patong from Agoda.com Location is near the beach... But a bit far from Bangla / Jungceylon.. However, it is ok for me... Room is very big, got 1 King bedroom and 1 bunk bed, which is very suitable for family vacation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Phuket Patong...

Great value, great staff, handy but quiet location”

Most enjoyable stay at Ibis! easy check in/ check out, staff were friendly and very helpful, great english, pool area was fantastic, very relaxing. Didn't eat alot at the hotel as there were alot of restuarants around the area but the 2 times we did the food was great. Only down fall rooms are a little small but seriously how much time do you spend in the room hot water was a bit all over the place but cold showers work over there as it's hot and when the house maids attend your room they turn the electricity off I understand their trying to conserve energy but not great for the fridge. Over all we had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Ibis Phuket Patong Hotel for our enjoyable relaxing stay. :-)

Love it..love it..love it..”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Patong..it's a two star hotel, but feels like so much more! The food at the hotel's "Taste" restaurant is good and very reasonably priced..make use of the bicycles for hire, as its a great way to get around patong. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the hotel, but with a bike it's just ONE minute, and you get to cover so much more..the hotel provides a helmet and a lock too, so you can travel safely and leave the bike securely locked when you decide to stop somewhere. We stopped for a yummy lunch at La Boucherie and for a lovely Thai massage at The Oriental (both places are easy to locate on a map, or just ask the friendly receptionists at the hotel how to get there). Next time we come to Phuket, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again..

I find ibis phuket patong hotel very cosy and clean. we are very satisfied with our 3 night stay. the last day we even watch live football match at the bar area on projector screen which is very good for football fans! staffs are very helpful with directions and always smiling ! last but not least its value for money ! cheers!

Clean and comfortable hotel with good location ”

It was a nice stay at Ibis Patong Hotel. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the beach and the street market which sell everything interesting. Food, souvenirs, shirts. The room is not too spacious, but comfortable enough for 2 persons. The bed was a bit hard, but still can give you a proper sleep. Bathroom is ok. They provide soap+shampoo in one tank, new shower caps and rowels everyday. If you don't bring the amenities, you can get them at the 7-eleven across the street. Quite tired to walk to the Jungceylon Mall and Bangla street, about 15mins walk. But if you prefer to go by tuktuk, beware of the price the driver gives you. I went there when the Thailand was in the turmoil time, but I didn't find anything harmful at Patong, nor any location at Phuket.

Comfortable Stay”

The nine nights i stayed at IBIS PATONG were a real relaxation. Friendly staff, Clean room (though small),Nice and Variable cuisine offering gourmet dishes and exotic drinks at moderate prices .The pool was nice except for some youngsters drinking beer,exchanging jokes and shouting . I would definitely return to Ibis next time I am in Phuket.

My stay at IBIS Phuket”

I stayed at the Hotel IBIS Phuket for two weeks in August 2009 and enjoyned every minute that I was there. The staff were very frindly and helpful the Snack food and drinks at the bar were tasty and well priced. The pool was a little on the small side but Patong beach is not far away about five minutes walk. If you do not want to eat at the hotel there are plenty of other options available to test every bodys taste buds these are located just a stroll in all directions of the hotel. I recommend staying at the IBIS and think that my stay was value for money.

great Hotel”

we loved your hotel Ibis very much. we will always look for Ibis when we travel from now on so we can have good service like we had with you in Phuket. We think that three stars is too little for this hotel, for us are this hotel is a four stars hotel. But we wonder why the breakfast was so expensive. 294 baht is very much money in Thailand. we eat dinner for 2 persons in a restaurant for that money.thats why we didnt eat breakfast in Ibis hotel.But everything els was excellent so we are very happy with you. Thank you!!!

My 4D3N stays @ Ibis Patong (Phuket)”

This is my 1st time staying at Ibis Patong although this is my 4th visit to Phuket. As compare , i quite like the vicinity of the hotel and the overall facilities. Although it may not comparable to those 5 star hotel facilities but generally it does have all the basic necessities. If you want to stay away from the hustling and bustling Patong nightlife. I recommend this is the place. The next time i go back to Phuket again, i'm very sure that 90% i'll go back to Ibis Patong .

A good hotel with excellent service”

Ibis Phuket Patong is centrally located with friendly staffs speaking a fluent amount of english language to tourists. Good food and shopping are all just around the hotel and even the 24 hours convenience store is just a stone throw away. Overall a good stay and will come back should I visit Phuket again.

Lovely hotel and great service.”

The hotel lobby is kept clean and tidy with comfortable sofas. The receptionists gave great service with a smile. They greeted us wherever we were whatever time it is. The location of this hotel is at the fringe of Patong beach, it's only around 200m walk. It's near to amenities, attractions and away from the bustling nightlife if u want to get a good night's rest. Overall, the hotel has surpass my expectations. We would like to thank all the staff from ibis phuket Patong hotel for a lovely stay.

we stayed in phuket as a inbetween stay from other islands we visited. we found our one night at the ibis to be lovely. it was a modern hotel which we preferred so no insects and very clean. the room was cosy but good for the price we paid. defintely worth booking with agoda instead of directly with the hotel.the pool was nice and great value for money at the restaurant - we had a lovely dinner.good check-in and check-out with nice staff. honestly there was nothing to complain about.

Good Value Hotel”

Again i have to say that one of the greatest value of Ibis Patong is that it is very strategically located but not crowded (as many hotels in Patong area are). We had also looked for clean family hotel (This was important to us as we heard alot about many people went back from Phuket with sex diseases) and Ibis was really a great answer. At first, we had booked only for 1 night and had decided to move to other hotel if Ibis was not the right choice. But after experiencing 1 night and searched for other hotel of the same value......we decided to extend our stay at Ibis Patong. No such hotels were as clean as Ibis. The hotel's pool was also great, a salty and warm pool that was cool, calm and quiet (it looks like and oasis between building). We highly recommend Ibis for married couples and families.

Lovely and Friendly service with cheap room rates”

It was my honey moon trip. The room rate is very cheap and very clean and tidy. Very strategic location, peaceful environment, no noise, can hear the beach waves.. It make us very peace of mind. Just behind the graceland hotel. In front hotel got money changer, tour agency, mini market and bike rental services. Very near to Thai massage shops. 15minutes far away from bangla road and jungceylon mall(if walk). But there is good thing also that u can far away from night clubs noisy. A lot of restaurants is located about 10/15 minutes from the ibis hotel.. But there is food stalls near ibis which we didn't try. There is a stall name of friendly stall/restaurant the food was great.. U may try as well... From Ibis keep ur right and u'll able to see many seafood stalls.. such as kusuma... Ibis Patong is clean and a great hotel to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rates was very reasonable for a great hotel like this. If I ever to travel to Phuket, I would definitely stay in this hotel and would recommend my friends to do so.

Great Location, reasonably priced”

The Ibis Patong is a clean, comfortable, efficient budget hotel. It's located just off the main Patong road, so you have easy access to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It's also pretty close to the beach (about 100 meters away) so the location is pretty much the best thing about it. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained. We only ate at the hotel once, but we wish we had more often as the restaurant had a wide variety of cuisines and was reasonably priced. Patong is a great beach, good for swimming and for a few watersports (Parasailing, Jetskiing etc) or just lazing around. Overall a comfortable stay and a good experience. Just don't use the phones even for local calls, as their call charges are exorbitant.
