Great value and location”
While it’s not a beach front hotel, it’s an easy enough stroll down to Kata beach. Location is also ideal for dive trips that are leaving from Chalong Pier. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Room is a little old fashioned but spacious and comfortable. Quite a lot of food options close by as well, I enjoyed my stay there.

I love everything about this hotel except the location. You have to walk a long way to the beach. But if you want to relax by the pool or don’t mind catching a cab to get anywhere it a great place to stay. The massage spa is very convenient and the ladies are wonderful. The front desk staff are extremely helpful with any questions you may have about Phuket. I recommend you have a sunset dinner at the SIS while you stay!

Nice resort very good location . Thai staff very good , Breakfast good served in openair dining room have to ask for bacon . Pool access room nice but very large drop into pool from bottom step quite hard getting in and out . A lot of Russian guests and staff who aren't very helpful or happy would stay at the right price again due to location

No power! ”
When I arrived, my building didn't have any power. I reported the outage to housekeeping, but, an hour later, when I inquired at the front desk, housekeeping had never reported it to them. On the final day, I was informed that the power at the resort would be turned off from 9 am to 5 pm. I'd only reserved the room for that night in order to have a room during the day; I was leaving at 8 pm that evening for the airport. The front desk wasn't able to make any accommodation for me, I clouding canceling the room.

Breakfast disappointing”
My only concern about the hotel was the breakfast which was poor, tables were not clean wiped down with a dirty cloth and the cutlery I had to clean myself, food was not covered and was open to the flies, cold food i.e the eggs were cooked and left to go cold this included fried and scrambled the tea and coffee were in my opinion not drinkable. Staff seemed to be miserable and took time to respond to any requests. To the Manager it would not take much to put things right.

Too far / not children-friendly”
The hotel is seperated from the sea with a wall, that takes 15 minutes to walk around. The room was in the furtherest corner of hotel. Takes quite some walking just to exit the hotel. Very annoying. Besides, the hotel is dangerous for kids: the bath is big and slippery. My 3-year-old daughter slipped once and hit her head at the toilet seat. The lift has a sanitizer dispenser, that when pressed shoots the sanitizer directly to kids faces. My daughter got a shot in her eye, when trying to use it. :(

Group of friends traveling together”
We spent 9 nights at the Sea Breeze with a group of 9 Aussies. We stayed on Scoopon so the deal was great, these are some of my opinions on the property, pros and cons.... Pro's Big rooms Excellent connecting rooms Nice pools Adequate gym Reasonable room service Heart of Kata so close to everything Adequate buffet brekkie Regular Happy Hour Friendly staff although spoke very little English Great Pool Bar Aussie Movie channel Helpful Staff Resort overall was very easy going Cons Not many really...but main one is very hard bed. Shower is in the bathtub with curtain..hard to get out Terrible toilet paper Poor English with some staff made things challenging Snail paced elevator Only one room key offered We had a blast at this place, the fun we had far exceeded the hiccups, I would say a definite 3.5 star resort.

Really a big room in Kata Sea Breeze! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Thai massage was enjoyable. Swimming pool looked nice, but the water quality could be improved! Recommend this resort!

good location , good break fast , peaceful hotel ”
we enjoyed two night at kata sea breeze. got swimming pool view. with good location in city centre of kata , easily to walk to every corner of kata area and close to the beach by 10min walking. break fast is fine, all enjoyed and seem only us are thai. the rest are foreigners who enjoyed kata sea breeze car park is available while others hotel surrounded is busy and no parking privately. we will come again !

Value for money on Kata beach”
Kata Sea Breeze has an excellent location on Kata beach, one of the nicest sandy beaches in Phuket and the hotel is excellent value for its 3 stars, close to beach and with many good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The large well equipped rooms leave you plenty of space to unpack your suitcases.

the pool is just lovely. pool access rooms are the best as you can just step out into the perfect water which is perfect temperature. we have stayed at this hotel several times and would not dream of staying anywhere else in kata. the food in the restaurant is also very good and the surrounding shopping is a walk away. great massage places also in the vicinity. kata beach is lovely and vast but for a treat go to kata noi where the clientele is a bit more upmarket and the beach simply perfect.

My favourite part of the hotel is the room in Kata sea breeze. Try asking for a ground floor round as it is conveniently connected to the pool. I would recommend Kata Sea Breeze for families to stay as it is 5 minutes to the beach. For young people who want to shop & enjoy activities such as jet ski, it would be a better choice to stay in Karon / Patong beach where everything is conveniently located by walking. A note: From Kata Sea Breeze to Phuket town is a 30mins drive. While, journey from Kata Sea Breeze to Karon or Patong beach is a 15mins drive.

Large Room with Nice Pool View”
My overall stay of 5 days 4 night in Kata Sea Breeze is average. It has a large room with cold enough air condition and a nice swimming pool as well a helpful staff. But the double bed its not a real double as it was join up together with 2 single bed.....haha.... Whereas in the room has a seating area with sofa and pillow. The pillow on the sofa its smelly with the smell of urine..yucks..it can be improve and everything will be more perfect.

Great value for money”
We stayed here for our first night in Phuket and our last. It was excellent value for money. Our first night our room was basic but clean but had a view of the car park. We then travelled around Thailand and came back here for our last night. Our room the second time was nicer with a much better view. We paid slightly more and stayed in better hotels but this one had nothing wrong with it. The staff were friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad. It's right in the heart of Kata and about a 5 min walk to the beach.

During holidays with Kata Sea Brreze”
They didn't give to chose tab for single beds or double beds when I booked.When I check in, they give 2 single beds for couples and its not good for us and they say I didn't choose double beds and in this time I can't show them because no wifi but they tried to attach two single beds together thanks for that.Location is easy to walk to kata beach which more beautiful than patong beach. In food, ant is running in pineapple Fry rice and Tom yang soup and that's why I didn't give high rate for food although other taste is good.So many nice pool and it's good for all ppl to swim. When I visited to Bali,they never ask us to wait for room checking before we leave and all are very friendly and warmly.Overall my opinion ,recommended to stay there because you can walk to Kata beach and it's near to go patong to enjoy night life.pool is fantastic and view is nice,relax and nice hotel although they rated 3 Stars themselves in my feelings they are underrated.
