Great hotel close to the beach ”

Must Sea is a good, clean, quiet hotel. Only 5 min walk to the beach and lots of good food close by, especially the night market. Great place to stay at Kata

A little California in Thailand”

Stayed here for a few days,. I should have booked for the whole week. Price was great, place is clean, quiet and right on the main drag. You can walk to Kata beach or Karon beach. Located next to the night market. No need for a scooter if you plan to stay in the area as everything is in walking distance. Reminded me of back home Santa Cruz California. Roof top terrace with lounge chairs, seating and small swimming pools. Staff is friendly and you can also rent scooters direct from the hotel, if needed. There is a super small bar lounge across from the reception desk to grab a drink. There is no restaurant onsite, but plenty as soon as you walk out the door. There is also a 7/11 a few doors down. There is three to four flights of stairs, no elevator. There is a dumbwaiter to bring your luggage up.

Budget hotel at a mid-range price”

Central location, situated in the busy town and surrounded by construction those looking for beachside accommodation will be disappointed but handy for access to town shops and restaurants. Overpriced for what you get but this is Phuket where prices are at least double the average for Thailand. Staff friendly and welcoming and on-hand 24/7 should you need anything. Breakfast is limited and a bit of a let down. Cooked food allowed to go cold and customers must ask for eggs to be microwaved - unless you prefer cold fried eggs. The nightly BBQ may have been good value but the over loud techno and R&B music makes sitting in the "plaza" unbearable - never understood why staff think that customers are happy to eat to such music at such high volume - a simple tweek here and the ambiance would improve ten fold and maybe customers would eat here? Rooms are comfy, if a little small - we booked a superior sea view but were given a mountain view and the room was at best a standard double.

Nice Hotel”

We had to spend 1 day/night in Phuket before traveling back home. It's very close to Kata beach which is beautiful. The best thing about this hotel is the value for money. Didn't spend time at the hotel, only to sleep. So if you have a day to pass by and you've done Patong area, I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel”

The hotel is great located near the beach and the night market. Very clean hotel. Sheets and towels were changed everyday. However bring own toiletries as it was not provided by the hotel. No elevator so you’ll have to carry you luggage up the room. Hotel is only until 5th floor. Make sure to keep your deposite receipt it will be asked during your check out. Overall the hotel was great and our stay here was wonderful.

Average”

The stay was pleasant . We needed parking , though wasnt exactly under or around the hotel . Was about 200 meters away but was OK to get parking as majority of Phuket hotels done have it . The bagagge drag was imminent to the hotel hence had to ask for hotel staff help, and they were more than helpful . No Lifts but again the staff was helpful . Only disappointment was the tour recommended to us by the hotel staff dint lived upto the expectation we took a tour to PhiPhi where we were told that Maya Bay Halt will be there , but when we were there the boat guys told their boat is big enough ti not to be taken inside the bay . Hence I wud suggest people to take a drop to Phi Phi then take a smaller boat if want to explore the Maya bay upclose . Again to the hotel , nice ambience and colorful rooms with nice themes .

Best location, near to everything ”

The hotel is located just 5-10 Mins walk to the beach. The room was clean and have everything basic facilities you need. Reasonable price, you get more compared to what you paid. Only con for me is there is no elevator. But overall is perfect.

Awesome”

Rooms are perfect. Well designed spaces. 4th stays so far, so glad to have chosen this hotel. Location is perfect, only 30 meters from main road, night bars close by.

customer service is not important here”

I LOVED the decor, with the colors, surfing theme, and decorations. It has a nice location being close the beach, bars, and restaurants. I was disappointed with: 1. not a lot of hot water in the shower 2. condition of the bathroom 3. the bed pillows are too big and hard, it gives me a headache. I asked for a smaller kind and was told that is all they have. All of that is not a big deal and can be overlooked for the price I paid. But I was really upset with their lack of concern for their customers and customer service. The first night I was told they would separate the beds the next day since I ended up bringing a friend to stay in my room. It took two days to get done; when I noticed it had not been separated after my room was cleaned, they said it was too late since the room had been cleaned already and it would have to be done the next day. The most outrageous thing was the roof was coming apart, and with the strong winds, it was banging VERY loudly and made it impossible to sleep for three nights. The first night we mentioned it to the front desk, the person was very rude and only commented that others had already complained about it, and that they were already aware of it. No apologies, nothing. The disturbance continued for 2 more nights, and you could hear it until early afternoon. No apologies ever. I also hired a hotel van to take me to the airport. When I arrived in the lobby 15 minutes early to run to the ATM, I was rudely told by the rude front desk person and the driver that the driver was ready NOW. Again, no customer service since I was the one who hired him and paying for it. I'm not sure if I would recommend this place; if you can overlook these things and don't care about them, there are some good qualities about this place.

I want to say it was a great stay.. But dont get a room on the street side as there are taxis and tuk tuks that blare there music right in street right in front of the hotel me and my mom had no sleep......was not fun..... The tuk tuks here play loud music to draw costumers...and they were infront of our hotel all night and the people on motorcycles and scooters beef up there scoot scoots here and they rev wayyy to loud ! No sleep here....

it's a value for money hotel. But the thing is that the washroom door wasn't working. There is no lift. In washroom, there is no soap, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, rather they provide shampoo only.

Good deal, good location”

I was a little skeptical when I booked this online but the price was pretty low. This place definitely lived up to my expectations and even exceeded them! It's only a five minute walk to the beach, food and bars only a 1-2min walk away, a bus stop across the street and a nice view on the roof. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever happen to go back to this part of the world.

Nice little hostel like hotel”

Good for a couple nights, definitely not a 3 or 4 star. It's hostel like, has some ants, not a great view. But the staff are super friendly, lovely people.

Absolutely terrible ”

We paid for five nights this hotel and left after the first night. The room with the additional bed was ridiculously small and barely enough room to walk around. The toilet did not work and we had to have housekeeping come to fix it. The nearby beach has trash in the water and you have to walk past a cesspool to get to the beach. I highly suggest staying at a different hotel in a different area. The pictures for this hotel are deceiving and the staff was not very helpful.
