Great place to stay and good value for money”

I only stayed here a couple of nights, but wish I'd stayed longer. The staff were super friendly and gave me a free room upgrade on check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure if that was due to some renovation work being carried out near reception. But either way I never asked for it, nor was I too bothered by the noise, so that was very kind of them! The rooms are spacious, very modern, fresh and clean. The gardens are lush and well kept and there are four separate swimming pools. The whole resort has a peaceful, laid back feel to it, yet it's just across the road from the shops, restaurants and bars in Nai Yang. The area is next to a National Park and is not as developed as other parts of Phuket. I liked it because it had just enough going on, but without being a loud, full on party 'til dawn! The beach is relatively clean and great for a long walk. Breakfast is served at the Italian restaurant a short hop from reception. It's sufficient. Nothing too amazing, but then neither is my appetite at that time of the day. I would definitely recommend both Nai Yang and the Nai Yang Beach Resort to any first timers in Phuket looking for somewhere relatively quiet and friendly to stay.

Great Hotel, great resort.”

I loved this place, both the hotel and the resort. The hotel is quite large and spread out but feels small and personal. The room was comfortable and provided all the comforts I needed. It was clean, as was all the hotel. It was plain but at the end of the day it was what I paid for and have paid far more for rooms less equipped. I stayed there for 4 nights. Most other guests appeared to be stop-overs before going to the Airport. Next time I will stay longer. Nai Yang, itself, is small, friendly and very peaceful. I went off season, so maybe busier in the peak season, but it was just what I wanted. No hustle, no hassling, just a few good restaurants and bars, a lovely beach and peace and quiet. The hotel is just 1 minute, if that, from the beach, as are the shops and the bars. I ate at the hotel once and found the food very good and very reasonably priced, on a par with the restaurants on the beach. The breakfast was very good. A wide selection on offer and they had an egg station where they would happily make your eggs how you would like them. The staff always smiled and were very polite and helpful. The place is only 10 minutes from the airport yet there is minimal, if any noise from it. All excursions are available from various places along the beach. In summary, if you want peace and quiet and a lovely place to stay then Nai Yang Beach Resort is for you.

Nai Yang is our favourite place to stay in Phuket”

We have been to Nai Yang Beach Resort several times and love the hotel and the area. While Phuket can be a hectic, busy place, Nai Yang is a lovely quiet area close to the airport and within a National Park so it is very beautiful. The resort is very well priced and the rooms are comfortable and many of them open onto the pool areas. The staff are friendly and happy. The restaurant is good and there are many other restaurants along the beach road - the Royal Indian definitely worth a visit. If you get a chance to visit the local produce market up near the temple it is a wonderful experience, and the temple grounds are a beautiful place to visit and contemplate.

Excellent”

Our only problem with Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa is that when we arrived they told us that they had overbooked and we would have to stay at another hotel they had booked for us. We asked to see this hotel and sure enough it was not so great, so we refused. They took us to another hotel that was OK but totally isolated and far from the beach, so we refused again and suggested a hotel we felt was comparable. Finally, after driving around to hotels for 40-mins they offered to let us stay at their hotel in an upgraded room that was available. This should have been the first solution they offered and it's a bit annoying that they put us through so much extra hassle because they wanted to be cheap over their own mistake. However, in the end we ended up with a Turtle Pool Villa, which was really huge and had it's own private outdoor area complete with private swimming pool. As a result we will stay with Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa when we are back in Phuket.

Great Location, friendly staff”

my sister and i stayed at nai yang beach resort for 2 nights at the end of our phuket holiday so we would be near the airport for our early flight. tropical wing room was basic but clean and good value for the price we paid. excellent location right across the road from the beach and surrounded by the beachside restaurants. we loved the quaint little village feel of nai yang and would consider staying there next time for a longer period. staff at nai yang beach resort were very friendly and helpful. would recommend.

Great location, beautiful beach, lovely hotel”

we loved both our stays at nai yang beach resort. we received a poolside room initially which we were not expecting and was a pleasant surprise. the staff were all friendly and helpful. transport was arranged for us when needed at very reasonable rates and it was good to have a taxi waiting for us at the airport when we arrived back from samui for our second stay at the end of our trip. the rooms are a reasonable size and everything you could need for a few nights stopover. nai yang is very close to the airport and a very beautiful beach. the planes don't fly overhead though and so don't detract from the relaxing experience. we highly recommend this resort and this peaceful part of busy phuket.

Very relaxing place to stay and great staff”

i booked the nai yang beach resort as a one night stop over on my way to visit friends in australia and felt immediately relaxed from the second i got to the reception. check in was very quick and was shown to my room straight away by one of the many friendly staff working there. my room was spacious and clean, a much higher standard than i am used to. i had a room over looking the one of the swimming pools and was very pleased to find how peaceful it was. the resort is right on the beach and there are many great family friendly seafood restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. i will be staying in nai yang beach resort on my return from australia and for all future stop overs in phucket and have told many people about the resort, and will continue to spread the word.

We have stayed at Naiyang beach resort a number of times and it is always a pleasure and a fabulous place to stay after a long flight, being only 10 minutes from the airport. The staff are lovely, the rooms comfortable, the gardens lush and spectacular, across the road from a beautiful beach. We stayed at 4 different places on this holiday and the breakfast at Naiyang was definitely the best. Sometimes the organised transfer driver doesnt show up at the airport but a simple phonecall and they're there is 10 minutes. Naiyang beach resort is certainly excellent value for money. The cost comes if you are staying for a longer period and need transport for shopping or visiting other tourist attractions on the island. Naiyang beach along with all others on Phuket is changing with the removal of beachside stalls, shops, vendors etc which was happening while we were there so it's unclear how this will change the dining and shopping opportunities. Nevertheless it is a beautiful and quiet location and a great place to stay going to or from the aiport.

Much more then expected”

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel - great reception and attitude - were upgraded without asking to a bigger room (pleasent surprise). The room was big and comfartable - huge shower ,big bed big LCD tv ,great clean design. Hotel is just a minute walk from the nai yang beach which is a long strip of a relative secluded beach - if you prefer the quite on the hectic sounds of the southern beaches this is a great pick - there is a relative small selection of bars and resturants near by but they were just enough - the main tourists beachs are 30 minutes drive so if you really need it it's not that far away. Hotel is also located very close to the airport (no noise whatsoever) - so if you arrive on a late flight or would like to get located quickly it's a great solution. We have a great time in a great hotel which gave us more then we expected in a relative low price - would definitly return when visiting Phuket.

Great Hotel - well priced”

Not many airport hotels are located across the road from a beautiful beach in a peaceful little village . We stayed here on two occassions when seeing our son off and then a week later when we were departing Phuket . We have travelled to Phuket 12 or more times and only just discovered Nai Yang beach. Depending on when our flight departs , this will be q regular spot for us to stay either on arrival or more likely on departure . The room was great , the breakfast good and the village and beach had everything we needed . Some great eateries . It is such a relaxing way to end your holiday at a great price . It would have been the perfect hotel had it provided free in room wifi .

Great resort with excellent service”

my friend and i transferred to nai yang beach resort for our last night in phuket as it was near to the airport and we had wanted to check out different beaches in phuket, besides patong beach and phi phi island. to my disappointment, nai yang beach was no different from patong beach, i had expected crystal clear water.. that aside, the resort was fantastic, felt like we're in a world of our own, very quiet and serene. the hotel staff are really friendly and their service was great. we spent our day relaxing in the swimming pool and had dinner at the resort's restaurant, food was quite good and service great as well. it was the best day of our 5-day trip.

best option in Nai Yang!”

Great stay, whenever I stay in Nai Yang I will stay here. IMHO probably the best option in all of Nai Yang and very affordable. If you are an avid kiteboarder like me, you will meet lots of kiters at the hotel. For those that dont know. Nai yang is a small beach very close to the aiport - not much to do here other and kiteboard, getting massaged or eating seafood on the beacb.. so this could be good or bad. Also not a bad spot to chill in before your flight as its only 5 mis from the airport and next to a national park. A few tips on the hote: dont book a breakfast included room on agoda. its too expensive. book a room with no breakfast and opt to add breakfast for only 300 /p a day upon check in. this is only a good deal for those travelling solo. also they offer an airport pickup. but still charge 200b, so save yourself time and take a taxi from the airport at the same price.

Fantastic location”

Definitely recommend! We loved our time at Nai Yang Beach resort. The rooms are very spacious, the pool is lovely, the gardens are a gorgeous tropical oasis and the resort is located directly across the road from the beach in the centre of Naiyang beach village. it's a fantastic spot, with heaps of great bars and restaurants right on the beach and only 10 mins drive to the airport. Definitely spend more than 1 night.

A great hotel”

The rooms (we booked 2 rooms) were excellent, clean and plenty of space. The bathroom was also spacious with a large shower enclosure. Our daughter and grandmother luckily had a suite with separate sitting area. I saw 3 attractive pools on the resort unless you count the pool villas which have their own private pool! The buffet breakfast with the separate cooked eggs station was very good. I would stay here again and I would recommend Nai Yang beach if you want a quieter stay in Phuket, only 5 mins from airport. You can rent a car in the resort then the whole island is available to you.

Great place to wait for a flight”

Stay was excellent. We had to check out of our hotel, further south on Phuket, at noon and we didn't fly out until after midnight. We decided to book a room at Naiyang for the afternoon/evening, because of the proximity to the airport and the very reasonable price. Couldn't have been happier. Resort has a pool with a bar, as well as a restaurant and other shops but the beach is directly across a small road from the beach. Bars, restaurants, and other shops/businesses are located on the road. Restaurants were good, with dining on the beach. Very nice. We will be staying at Naiyang Beach Resort again.

Fantastic Stay”

The Nai Yang Beach Resort , is a fantastic Resort . Good Location only 15 Minutes from the Airport . Very clean Resort , nice Gardens , All the Staff there very friendly and helpful . The Room was very clean and direct by the Pool . Great Pool for swimming . Outside the Resort , small good Food Shop's and good Restaurants at the Beach . For us was our stay at Nai Yang Beach Resort fantastic ! We , come again and want recommend it to 100% Good Value for Money

we are always happy to stay at nai yang beach resort, the rooms are great, the staff friendly and proactive and the facilities (3 swimming pools and bars) are in great shape. the gardens are kept beautiful and they even have pet tortoises. we love nai yang beach and highly recommend it as a stop in phuket island and also recommend nai yang beach resort highly

Great location, Tropical Wing had spacious rooms.”

Nai Yang Beach Resort is very close to the airport, in fact it is only about ten minutes away. We love the rooms that we booked on the Tropical Wing, they were very nice and spacious. The hotel staff were kind enough to put us in connecting rooms when they saw our children. Buffet breakfast was very good. Wifi isn't free though...we hope management would reconsider and offer this to hotel guests for free. The hotel is far from the city center but if you needed some supplies, there are some motorbikes for rent across the road and you can make a quick trip to some convenience stores along the highway. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Great location and good value”

This is about our third time staying at Nai Yang Beach Resort. It is so handy for the airport but you also feel away from it as well. There is not the noise that you would expect to hear. We like Nai Yang itself as it is a chilled place with a few bars and a very good Indian restaurant called 'The Royal'. The bars are close to the hotel, just off off the beach and have a really nice atmosphere plus good music. There is a choice of room types but we have always been happy with the 'tropical' wing. It is a good few minutes walk from reception but most of it is passing the nice gardens and also the turtles!

Great Resort ”

The resort staff were very responsive to our needs when we requested a room change. They also came to see me to see if i was ok because i became ill due to an ongoing health issue and I needed the services of a doctor. They put us throught to Phuket hospital and a Doctor was dispatch immediately. Within a hour the doctor arrived and attended my needs. Thankfully all ok now. A big thankyou to Nai Yang Beach Resort and the Thailand Medical services.
