As I've been to phuket many times, this time is a bit different. I usually planned well before my trip, but not this time. I just chose this patong pearl as agoda suggested. (8.1 or what, not sure). Good location, nice room, daily room services, breakfast, swimming pool, wifi -- all are simply perfect just like other hotels (But this one is really cheap) (750 baht per night for a superior room) Especially, I would like to say thanks to Ms. Amolwat (her nick name is Nitty and i think she's filipino), the guest service agent from hotel. She helped us a lot with valuable suggestions for our island tour, must-see attractions, hidden unknown area and even helping to get the cheap option for airport tranport. (as you know, everything is Xo Xo expensive in Phuket) Weak points Breakfast is boring. As we stayed 4 days there, first 2 days is okay with breakfast, but for next 2 more days, it's boring. The menu was the same. No pool as they advertised in agoda. Overall. Nice, satisfied and worth to pay for the service.

we had a fabulous stay. the hotel was much better than we expected for the price. rooms were great except the bathroom became very wet when showering.the service was prompt and staff were terrific and really cared for us paticularly after our sunstroke/sunburn and sea urchin injuries. i would really recommend this hotel to travellers who are not wanting a glam resort and like the a personal touch. thank you patong pearl for making our time in phuket enjoyable!!

Great location and friendly staff”

Our stay at Patong pearl resortel was a very pleasant one. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The spa in our room was just the bomb! It made our stay even more relaxing. I will definently be back to Phuket and if the deals are again just as attracting then Patong Pearl may just get my vote again. It is also in the right spot, just 1 block away from the bustling Bangla road! Just 1 little issue....the beds were like boards to sleep on!!!!

Very nice hotel with very nice staff”

From the front desk on arrival I was treated with care and made to feel that my presence was appreciated. No query was too small or too big and expedited with a smile and efficiency. Room sizes were fantastic, including the balcony, and well furnished with bedside tables & lamps, a tasteful wooden table and chairs as well as a stool for the desk. The bed was enormous and comfortable enough for me and air con was more than cold enough. I quite often had to turn it down. This was my second stay in Phuket and it was made all the better for having stayed at The Patong Pearl. Thanks to all.

Superb Hotel. Very friendly staff”

our stay @ the patong pearl resortel was excellent. we stayed here for 6nts & 7 days & we enjoyed our stay. we checked in at 9:30 am. the rooms were really good & met our expectations. the hotel staff were really friendly through out our stay. the hotel is just 2min walk from the "patong beach" and just a street away from the night life hub. there are plenty of restaurants where one can try different thai cuisines close by. over all, a very pleasant experience.

NIce Budget Hotel”

I book Deluxe room. This hotel is very near to the activity area i.e bangla street and patong beach. The only problem is that it does not have in room safe. You have to take a locker at reception for your money and passport. Charges for lost key is also very high as i have told. Breakfast also has limited options. pool lovers stay away as the pool size is very small. Compare to its price a nice hotel in phuket. I stayed here only for 1 nights and other 3 nights i was in blue ocean resort and spa. I feel this hotel was much better than blue ocean. i definately stay here again if i goes to phuket.I like its location very much.

Close to the beach”

patong pearl resortel is close to the beach. my room was quiet and clean but quite a walk to it. breakfast was very nice and the restaurant staff were friendly and the food good for lunch. in the vening it is best to go out and the hotel is close to many other eateries and nightlife. at christmas the tarriff was quite high but i imagine at other times of the year this would be a good place to stay at a more reasonable price. the hotel was by no means full at christmas so i think they had probably overcharged expecting higher demand.

very good stay”

stayed 1 week will certainly book this hotel next time visiting Patong beach. very good location 3 mins walk to beach and about 5 mins walk to major shopping centre with lots of restaurants and local shops nearby. the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. the tour desk booked us 4 tours and got a good price on all and gave us a good price on the shuttle to the airport. we ate at the restaurant 4 times in the evening and the food was good with a good choice, the cocktails were excellent. one downer was the breakfast, limited choice of American breakfast with cereal, toast and jam and fresh fruit. no choice of thai food for my wife and family. the room was comfortable and clean with good air conditioning and hot water. the pool was smallish but ok and was empty everyday. some building work nearby but did not disturb us at all. over all 9 out of 10 if breakfast improved 10 out of 10

every time i go to patong i stay at patong pearl. i like to stay there. is a nice please whit a very nice staff and a good breakfast.the hotell is nearly the beach. the hotel are nearly centrum and the are very very kvaiet there, and i love to be there

Centrally located and good value for money”

The Patong Pearl Resortel is centrally located in Patong, Phuket. It's only a ten minute walk to the beach, shopping or the nightlife area. I found my room (standard room) to be very clean and spacious. The standard room has a shower, but no bath. Room lighting could be improved (too dim). The breakfast buffet is about average. Overall, the hotel is clean, centrally located, and good value for money.

The Patong Pearl Resortel in centrally located in the Patong area of Phuket. It's a convenient and safe 5-minute walk from the hotel to the beach. There are good restaurants close by, including the restaurants that offer dining on the beach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the shopping mall and nightlife area. The rooms are starting to show some age, but the hotel appears to be well-maintained.

Cheap hotel good for budget travells”

We enjoyed our stay at Patong pearl resortel - we booked it for a very cheap rate so def weren't dissapointed. The room was clean but it was a bit dated, I think the rooms at the back of the hotel (behind the pool) are a bit more modern, so try and book them if you can. Good pool, nice restaurant with cheap food and drink. It's not a flashy hotel but good for young people and those who don't want anything too fancy for a couple of nights. Def value for money. Good location, within walking distance of everything but far enough away not to hear it.

Great location, good size rooms”

all night reception, great breakfast buffet style til 10am, security boxes at reception for passports & valuables, friendly staff, great pool. very small shower space but we managed ok. however, when we were checking out, two different guests were hit up for mini bar costs which they did not incur and we were charged for a broken ash tray which did not happen, therefore we did not pay. we break, we pay, no problem but 3 out of 3 guests being asked to pay for something they did not use or break seems a bit too much of a racket. sorry patong pearl, just saying it as it was. i would stay again but would let them know of previous experience and tell them "no nonsense".

"Great & Good Location Hotel"”

I come with 7 friends arrive hotel around 1000am but the hotel staff asked to come check in at 1400pm. So we have another four hours before check-in, we talk to walk and survey the area of Patong. We take a superior room with breakfast for 4day 3night stay there. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast for three days and very tasty even same everyday. Swimming pool for bathing although not large, but very in until about five feet and above. Very comfortable and quiet hotel to relax. Very good worker and a bit to help us when needed. Outside the hotel near the restaurant, rent a motor, massage place, 24hour mart and walk to the beach in 5 minutes and 10 minutes to banglaroad. We will recommended this hotel to other friends and family also we will come and stay here.
