Centrally located superb clean budget hotel”

From the airport, turn left as you exit the arrival hall and walk about 50m to catch the new Airport-Patong Express Bus @ 120 baht/pax.(Shared vans @ 180 baht/pax & taxis @ 600-700 baht/car). After a smooth 1hr 15min journey, the bus stopped in front of JungCeylon Mall in central Patong. Walk approx 200m down the road and opposite Christin Massage (a big pink colored building) you will see a small sign pointing towards a small lane on the left to PL House. At the end of this lane is Patong Heritage resort. PL House is a newly refurbished 5-storey guesthouse with lift and over 20 rooms. The rooms are adequately sized with king size beds ( actually 2 single beds joined together to make a double bed), beautifully decorated & furnished with LCD (good English/Chinese movie channels), air-cond, fridge, Table & Chair, Cupboard, Kettle (No coffee/tea though) & 2 bottles of water. Housekeeping is provided daily when you go out, but if you are in the room, you have to request for housekeeping. The premises are clean & fairly new. A breakfast menu is available. The bathroom is new, big and with good hot/cold water pressure. Shampoo, showel gel & 2 towels are provided. Bed is very comfortable. The neighbourhood is clean, very safe and centrally located. It's 5 mins walk to JungCeylon Mall & Bangla Road and 10mins to beach. Opposite JungCeylon across the road is the new Promenade Food Court. The fried rice here is cheap & good. 30m past Jungceylon mall & bangla road, along Rad u-Thit 200 pee road is a restaurant called No 6 with good food at reasonable prices. You may see a queue for tables here though. In short, I will stay in PL house again if in Patong. Real value for money.

I'm satisfied with my care”

We spent our one-week vacation in 4 different places in Thailand. PL House was not the highest we paid for but the one that fulfilled us the most. Very central location (walking distance to Patong Beach, Junceylon and Banglaroad), clean room with adaquate facility. The hotel also had motorbikes for rent at 300b/day. Staff perfomance was absolutely amazing. Anna was so friendly and helpful showing us the way around and recommending local dinner places (although it appeared the hotel itself served foods). She also helped us book boat ticket to Phiphi with the best rate you can get in Patong. Thanks Anna, PL House will always be our first choice in Phuket

The hotel is located near to the beach. The staff are very nice particularly one Ms Anna (receptionist) who welcomed us late in the night and also arranged our tours to James bond island and Phi Phi island. The hotel location is near perfect, close to bangla road and patong beach but in a very quite area. Room is quite comfortable with wonderful aircon, large bed with comfortable quilt and pillows. This place is close to two good Indian hotels namely Madras cafe and Indian curry club and Jungceylon mall. I would recommend PL House to anyone who wishes to stay in Patong area. In summary this hotel is very good value for money. The reception staff were outstanding and I will recommend this place 100 %.

Clean & Hospitable Hotel”

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PL House. The room is spacious and clean. And the receptionists were extremely helpful and hospitable though we are not the kind of people who frequently visit the reception and ask various questions. And it is centrally located with easily accessibility to popular places in Phuket such as Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and Jungceylon Shopping Center. And so many types of food to choose from. We will definitely come back!

Comfortable, clean, new hotel”

PL House was a lovely surprise; the new hotel is beautifully decorated, and small enough to feel cosy. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms clean and modern. Within walking distance is all the busyness of Patong as well as the beach (and bus stop should you wish to explore the other quieter island that Phuket has to offer). It is down a small side road, so remains quiet at night. All staff are very friendly.

I booked in to this hotel as I was not impressed by my earlier hotel and read good reviews about PL House. Anna was very welcoming on the front desk and along with the other girl gave great service. They always had a smile unlike my earlier hotel. The room was in traditional Thai decor which was nice, new and clean. Bathroom simple but clean. It could probably do with a shower curtain though. Nice storage area plus a good safe that would take a laptop or large SLR camera and lenses in my case. The bed was firm. I stayed in October and payed the fantastic price of 615 baht a night! Probably the best value stay iv'e ever had in Thailand

Great and friendly staff, good location!”

Me and my friend stayed in PL House while we were in Patong. Staff was very friendly and made our stay there like at home. Room was clean, nice and modern. We did not have any problems at all. The location of the hotell is good-basically you can walk to the Beach, nice plaes to have dinner, shopping centre and Pangla road. Round the corner of the hotell you can find massage, places to eat, some shopping-everything is just there. Although being not too far from the road, we did not have any problem with the noise. Sefenitely would recommend to stay there!

Greatly relieved to have switched to this hotel”

This was my first trip to Phuket and I originally booked four nights through Agoda in another hotel. It was a disaster and I moved out after just two nights. Selected PL House on the basis of good reviews, location and a last minute Agoda discount. After moving to this hotel my holiday was far more enjoyable. As other reviewers have stated: the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is excellent with just a five minute walk to Jungceloyn mall, and another five minutes or so to the beach. This hotel is right in the heart of the Patong tourist area. They arranged an airport transfer which worked perfectly. A nice comfortable double room with only six rooms per floor. Would be happy to stay here again.

Outstanding customer service”

First off I have to say the staff at PL house are outstanding. I don't think we could of gotten better service anywhere else. Always taking care of any problems or questions we had. I stayed here with my 71 year old mother for 2 weeks.The house keepers where outstanding every day giving us a clean room and nicely made bed. The room is large and clean. You are close to everything! I would stay here again when I come back to Phuket

Comfy Quiet Hotel- Highly Recommended”

PL is located 5 min walk from the beach and Jungceylon Mall.It is close to all the main attractions, yet is a quiet haven from the madness of Patong. Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Anna the hotel receptionist is always very welcoming. We bookeed a tour through PL, we got the best price we could from other agents then went back to PL, Anna happily quoted an even lower price. Highly recommended.

Friendly Staff ”

I booked this hotel a month prior to our trip as a couple, been exchanging emails with Anna their receptionist and she replies to me in a timely manner. All of our requests was given by the hotel. Their staff named Coco for the night shift welcomed us at 1 am, so warm and friendly too! We suddenly felt we are not away from home, because PL House is a home to us! We will definitely book on to this hotel again! Thank you PL House for making my birthday and our 1st anniversary a very memorable one! We truly enjoyed our stay! And Anna, thank you for the friendship and chats! you guys will be missed!

Amazing Location and Awesome Customer Service ”

The hotel is located in Patong area where it is the center of all the entertainments (night life, restaurants, massages etc) and it is very convenient to rent a motorcycle from the hotel to travel to other areas in Phuket (Phuket Town, Karon, Kata, Rawai etc). The customer services provided is perfect! I would recommend purchasing the tour packages from Miss Anna (receptionist) cause she gave us really well rounded recommendations on tour packages including checking the weather for you to see if it is suitable to go for the islands tours. Our room is clean, and the bed is huge! Totally worth the price you are paying!

Everything go Fun, good service, strategic location, lot of shoplot nearby(convenient store,massage,shopping) , Near Patong beach! Motorcycle rental available in PL House, got a good service from Morning shift Reception (forgot to ask her name), She provide lot of brochure,Map and intro the place to go At Patong Town ;) Btw,Patong Beach is Noisy All day long, never stop until midnight, For who wish to hv a relax trip(less ppl) i would suggest go to Kata Beach ;)

Awesome place, friendly staffs”

Me and my boyfriend choose to stay in PL house in Phuket. It's so close to everything you'll need, but aslo quiet during the night, so you can get a good sleep for the next day. The reception girls are so sweet and friendly. Definitely will stay in PL again if we're back to Phuket.

Great location, great price, great staff”

It was really a great stay. We didn't realize how near it is to landmarks like Jungceylon, Banzaan Market and Bangla Road until we reach the hotel itself. The staff are friendly, especially the one working on morning to evening shift (didn't get her name). We even took the tour packages from them as the price is almost the same with what we have researched online. Didn't bother checking out other tour agents as we are quite happy with their service. For the price I've paid, I have nothing to say but praises, praises and praises. Bear in mind this hotel does not provide taxi transfer. Definitely will return to this hotel if we travel to Patong, Phuket again.

Excellent value hotel in a good location”

As I arrived in Phuket on November, I was greeting to this reception lady and she was very welcoming, knows what she's doing and gives us good advice and very friendly. The rooms were nice and big size for the price and very pretty, not like a modern hotel but it has charm. It is also walking distance to beach, bars, shopping, etc. Only downside is if you pay extra for the included breakfast, it is very simple and not worth it for most people I guess. When I come back to Phuket i will be staying at this guest house again. Amazing work for the hotel staff :)

Great time in Paton”

Just finished 2 weeks in Patong and had a wonderful time in the PL House. Great location right in the heart of town surrounded by so much to do and only a short walk to the beach. Staff were wonderful, happy, friendly and very helpful. The place is clean and tidy, very good value for money, and I would have no hesitation in recommending it fully to any type of traveler. I look forward to returning in the near future.

pl house is in the best possible location,5min. from the beach and 5min.from bangla rd.in a alley of the main rd.the hotel was recently renovated,the rooms are big enough with air condition and very helpfull and friendly stuff.there is no balcony and in our room was a little bit dump smell.
