We have a good time anniversary at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. All Staff set up a romantic dinner with good service in my room, bathroom ana balcony. We stayed in pool villa suite type. Especially K.Bow Front staff she knew all information about anniversary. She is very nice and good service mind. But on the day our anniversary i contacted with front desk for order food dinner before they come to set up my room. One of staff (not K.Bow) She said like "It'll be good if you guys come to restaurant and easy for them to service." This is not good service mind for this staff. (I tried to be calm and told her I already inform hotel before I check-in and confirm again on check-in day for set up our anniversary dinner in my room) and then K.Bow came to talk with us after finished her conversation. Thank you so much K.Bow and staff for good service.

Relaxing, Refreshing and surrounded by beauty.”

I enjoyed the Radisson very much. After exploring Bangkok and ChaingMai I was ready for peace, quiet, comfort I knew I would get from a Radisson. I wanted sun, and an amazing view. Check and Check. If you are looking for wild night life Panwa Beach is probably not for you. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional, and our room was very comfortable. Our view as amazing. The room was large with plenty of drawers, closet space, a small refrigerator, coffee/tea/complimentary water daily, a safe, robes,slippers,comfortable beds, a large flat screen TV with plenty of channels to catch up with news. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best but I could live with that. The internet in the room was weak but strong in the common area and even the beach. The resort offered daily activities, food and drink specials during the day and happy hour (5-7 in one bar) (10-midnight in another bar). The beach is not a swim beach but the pools are refreshing. The food was good but expensive. After having amazing meals in Bangkok and ChaingMai for unbelievable prices I was caught off guard when the bill came. My dinner was good but not amazing. The breakfast was included and I was not disappointed. A large selections of food: eggs to order, make your own waffles, pastries, fresh fruit, Thai dishes, juices, coffee and teas. There is a small village, Cape Panwa, a short walk from the hotel. There you can find a few vendors, a good selection of restaurants, and plenty of places to get a massage. We had dinner there the second night at an Indain restaurant a third of the price. There is a 7-11 type store across the street for snacks, beverages, personal items and such. I would go back again.

A Great honeymoon at a tranquil area!”

It was our honeymoon trip and first time for me in Phuket. Check-in was easy even though we arrived at almost midnight. The room was very nice, clean, and very comfortable. It was very straightforward room and had everything I expect from a hotel resort. Believe me, I am a property reviewer myself and I have entered almost every hotel rooms in Bali, from the expensive villas to the much cheaper condotels. This one, surpassed my expectation! The Panwa area ia a relatively quiet area, so we think it was perfect for us. However, this may not suit people expecting the crowded Patong-like area with busy bars and restaurants. Me and my wife had the romantic dinner at the beach with Thai set menu. Some entrees were great, but one or two main dishes were not so special. Maybe next time we'll try the western set menu. The experience when flying the lantern (after dinner) was really nice! The stay was great, breakfast was really good with a lot of options (even though they said it was a low season). The front office staffs were very helpful, from arranging excursion booking to helping out to print an online ticket. The pool was good, and the cocktail happy hours were great! But I have to say, the best feature of the resort was the existence of a 24-hour mini market directly in front of the resort. This had made everything easier, from getting a cold beer, to a cup-noodle at midnight. We also tried the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, they served good food with reasonable price. The outside minimart & restaurant allow guests to mix between hotel restaurants and cheaper outside food. Overall, the experience at Radisson was great!! It was a great hotel resort, great staffs. Everything you need and everything you'd expect from a 4-5 star hotel resort complex!

Loved the Radisson Blu!”

As has been mentioned in other reviews, one major disadvantage of this location on the Panwa Cape is the low tide in the middle of the day, but it is not so bad in the morning or late afternoon. For me, its not a big deal because you can just hang out in the pool during the low tide. They also offer free water activities, which is nice during high tide. Others have also said that the food is too expensive, and I agree that it is expensive, but not exceedingly so for a 5-star hotel, and the food is gourmet, very delicious. For more affordable, but still high quality options, I recommend Sawasdee restaurant across the street and a bit to the left. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, and clean. The pool areas were the same. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. Besides the beautiful hotel itself, and the beach front location, I think the best thing about the Radisson Blu is the great service of every single staff member. They are so kind, warm, and welcoming!

The hotel is in great location and friendly staff”

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It always given best in everything possible. Best customer service, room, food, relaxation, beautiful view, great pool and beautiful beach. I enjoyed every single day in this hotel. I was upgraded to pool villa with free of charge and that was plus point for me too. This hotel is best for all type of traveler. Best resort. Amazing Resort!”

The views are simply beautiful, the food is excellent and the staff is as nice as can be! We also utilized the drivers through the hotel and enjoyed them as well. We loved our weekend getaway to the Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in”

We've definitely enjoyed staying at Radisson Blu, Panwa, Phuket. I booked for a radisson suite, and had a free upgrade to a pool villa, which is amazing. The villa is spacious (150sqm) and it's well-maintained. This hotel has a great kids club and my kids enjoy staying at the hotel and not going anywhere. I had no worries leaving the kids in the kids club, under the care of the staff there, while i took a free shuttle bus to phuket town and central festival for shopping! Since i booked room only, the hotel manager offered a discounted price for breakfast, and the food was great. On the last day, we had to check out early in the morning (4.30am), the hotel kindly prepared free American Breakfast for us in boxes (how thoughtful!). The last thing that i really appreciated was that morning, the taxi that we booked outside the hotel didn't show up, and we had to rush to the airport. Then the staff of the hotel quickly helped us call the taxi service from the hotel. He came in less than 10minutes time, and the charge is reasonable. We really loved staying in this hotel and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a serene area of Phuket. The only tips that i would suggest to the hotel is that the lights along the way to the villa are not enough.

Breakfast, Nice Room, Great Pool”

We've just been at this hotel and it is wonderful. The room we stayed in number 3108 and number 3109 are next to Inside pool (there is another one on front side). Kingsize bed was comfortable and clean. The pools has many sunbeds (no need to fight to find a good one) and the staff all round were very friendly. The hotel had a great view on Panwa Cape, at high tide. At low tide (from 1PM till 6PM)the beach is not the best. So we do beach in the morning after breakfast, and pools in the afternoon. Anyway if you find a good promotion, this is the place to be in Naiharn Beach and Panwa Cape !

Excellent stay at Pullman Phuket Panawa Beach”

Just returned from my stay at the Pullman Phuket Panawa Beach Resort. Had a great time, location is a little out of the way but this doesn't really matter as it's only a short ride by taxi (very cheap) into Phuket old town. We only ate breakfast at the resort which was very good with a lot of variety and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and tidy and amenities good. Drinks are expensive at the bars but there is an alternative, there is a little family Mart across the road from the entrance where you can purchase alcohol and soft drinks at more than half the price get more for your money and you can put them into the mini bar in the room to keep them cold. There is a lovely little Thai restaurant just along from the entrance to the hotel called Sawadee, it's food is excellent and costs are very very reasonable and has a great atmosphere, it's a must visit but does get very busy from 7.30 pm onwards. Hope you enjoy your stay.

An unforgotten hotel experienced”

I came to phuket for 5 days and 4 nights vacation. And due to mostly all my time spent for islands visited then I decided to stayed at Radisson Blu Panwa cape at the end of my trip as I've been stayed before at Radisson Blu Dubai for my business trip. When I was arrived at the room I can't stop to admire and stare for the fresh air, beach, comfort and as well as cleanliness. For sure sometimes I'll get back to this Hotel for another vacation.

my partner and i stayed at the radisson blu hotel at panwa beach, phuket for 4 nights in august 2012. it was the third stop on our three week holiday in asia. from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we never once wanted for anything. the customer service in this hotel was of a 5 star standard. we were greeted upon our arrival by the front desk attendant who showed us to some comfy seating to wait. she took all our paperwork away and checked us in whilst we enjoyed our complimentary drinks and very soothing chilled face towel. once check in was complete we were shown to our rooms. we had booked a deluxe room with a sea view with breakfast included for 4 nights at a cost of usd. the hotel rooms are contained in a separate building from the main lobby building so you have to walk outside along the path to get to your room. the hotel is of a very good standard but in some areas i found it to be a little rough around the edges. the room itself was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed and large bathroom including bath tub and separate shower. there was a modern flat panel tv on the wall and a superb sea view as promised with a lovely balcony to sit outside. there was also free wifi available in the rooms which i thought was very useful. overall we left the hotel feeling that we had been very well looked after. although the hotel has a few pitfalls, for the money we thought it was well worth the visit and would definitely come again. the staff particularly were very efficient and friendly and always eager to do their best for us.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities”

WE found the Radisson Plaza Resort Phuket Panwa Beach to be a great hotel. It is a new hotel with a private beach and many facilities for a couple and the family. The rooms are large and comfortable and the hotel crew service is very good. We recommand the hotel and will come back again.

Great hotel in a beautiful location.”

The Radisson Blu is a great hotel, in a secluded location with beautiful sea views. We were upgraded to a corner Junior Suite which was very spacious with a comfortable king bed and sofa. Our bathroom and terrace/balcony were huge and overlooked an infinity pool with jacuzzi and views out to the islands. Buffet breakfast was excellent with variations throughout the week. There were plenty of sun loungers servicing the pools and beach, although the cabanas were a nice touch. Both infinity pools were large and clean and not too crowded when we were there. A must, is the 2 for 1 drinks/cocktails at the poolside bar between 5 and 7pm and also the pizzas and chicken satay were very good. We found the staff and service overall to be excellent but some could benefit from some extra English lessons. Would also recommend the hotel transportation to the airport, one way is 1100 Thai Baht. The food we had in the hotel was good but if you fancy a change, there are some bars and restaurants within short walking distance.....Treetops, Sawadee, and a great Indian in Cape Panwa to name a few.

Great hotel, quiet scenic location”

Spacious very well appointed room, great view of the bay. The pools are great, the kids club was quiet when we were there but our child still had a great time (6 yr old) and let the parents get away and explore on their own at times! Panwa beach is well out of town and a fairly quiet location, so depends on what you want - if you want chaos and busy busy and don't have young kids then you might enjoy Patong more :) In any case, there are hotel shuttle busses and the usual alternatives to Phuket Town and Central Festival if you do want to get around. For us, enough to say that no-one wanted to go home :)

Fantastic hotel great veiws”

What an absolutely magnificant place to stay the room was great with a gorgeous view. Staff were most helpful. Happy hour by the pool great value.Enough shops across the road to eat and buy necessities and just a short walk to Panwa Beach where there is a great little and cheap restaurant on the corner. The free shuttle bus to Phuket town and Central Shopping Centre was convenient. For a small fee there was a shuttle bus to Patong at night so you could make the most of the night life. Would highly recommend the Radisson Blu to anyone. The buffet breakfast was fantastic value also!

We rented a car from the airport and drove approximately 1 hour (heavy traffic) to reach panwa beach as it is located the furthest from the airport. I was enlightened when we got upgraded to two villa with private pool (4 adults) for the rest of our stay (3D2N). The thai food which we ordered was up to the local standard which we initially doubted and not to forget the international breakfast was amazing. Beach was amazingly clean and not overly crowded , definitely a good choice to stay if you opt for relaxation purposes. Definitely an ideal place to stay for couples, families .

Excellent, quiet getaway”

A short 3 night stay in Phuket. Cape Panwa is a fabulous little area on the southern tip of Phuket - there is very little in the way of standard Thailand tourism; bar a couple of nice local restaurants. We were upgraded on arrival to the Pool Villa, a very enjoyable perk! Good, modern hotel, excellent staff, fantastic beach, great location if you want away from the Phuket party. An hours drive from the airport but worth the effort. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, beautiful beach, memorable stay!”

The hotel is located in Panwa beach. It was my first time in this area of Phuket and I did not regret. The hotel is beautiful, cozzy, with an amazing swimming pool. The room is spacious. There are many activities during the day. Food is a little overpriced but quite good. You can also walk about 15 mins, to the beach walk, and you will find many options of small cafes and restaurants. I strongly recommend.
