Nice little gem in busy Patong”

Very nice and cosy room. The bed is comfy, the fridge is big, good hot shower. The place was very clean. The balconies are facing directly to the hill, so you can enjoy the nature. Not many mosquitoes though. The staff is very smily, they were always very helpful. The only thing is that the aircon is little bit loud, not too bad but still, and also some noise from the traffic can be heard, but honestly it wasn't very disturbing altough we are a bit sensitive to noise. Overall it was a very nice experience. We were by car and it was not a big deal at all to drive up on the steep road.

Excellent Value For Money”

Very nice massive rooms with a small kitchen. Great big balcony overlooking pool and the jungle. Very clean, WIFI pretty good. Would definitely be staying there again next time and recommend this place to anyone. You need a motorbike though, it’s up a small hill 1km or so away form central Patong.

Peaceful, Huge, Clean hotel”

WE stayed at Ratana Hill for a couple of days and we got surprised to see the room. It was huge (yes huge) with a kitchen and a balcony. Toilet was clean with a nice water pressure. Hotel is situated on a small hill which makes it different from rest of the world. Its about 2km from Patong beach and you can walk down to the beach in 25 minutes. 7-Eleven store is just a 2 min away. I would recommend to stay at this hotel rather than finding expensive hotels on the beach which provide pathetic services. Also if you hire a car or a bike, it would be the best decision. Would stay here again for sure.

Clean, quiet, newly renovated hotel with small kitchen in every room. All rooms with balcony facing a medium zice pool. Good wifi and helpful staff. A good 45min walk from the beach and located right outside center of Patong up a small steap hillside. Stayed for 10 days and we love to come back

Great, large & comfortable rooms! We paid $80AUD per night which I thought was great value for money. The rooms are pretty clean but beds are a little hard. Cons are, the hotel is on a steep hill so if your walking it's a pain getting back, seven eleven is down the hill there are no shops next to the hotel. The hotel is also to far to walk to Patong main Streets you need a scooter as the taxi service to Patong (through the hotel) is quite pricey 300baht for not even a 10 min drive. Not all Staff speak English well so there is a bit of a language barrier. All in all the hotel is great but location was a bit crappy

Good hotel, great service”

The rooms are nice and spacious with a great balcony overlooking the rainforest. Swimming pool is good to relax after the madness of town. It is located on the hill with good views over Patong and is a great location if you want to be close but away from the madness of town. You need transport if you stay here but bikes can be rented for 200 baht a day, so this is no problem if you can brave the traffic!! Staff at the front desk were very helpful.

nice little place away from the madness of patong . 5 min motorbike ride to bangla road and great shopping . the finishing isn't 5 star in the rooms but more than reasonable . proper mattresses as opposed to standard thai rock hard ones . i will defiantly return on my next trip to phuket .

Big rooms, good value for money”

My sister and I stayed in Rattana hill for 5 days. The rooms very clean although the bathroom could use an upgrade. This hotel is located on top of a very very steep hill, and considering the fact that we did not have a motorbike, climbing this hill many times per day was a little annoying (but good exercise!:)) the staff was pretty friendly. they offer wi-fi but I am not sure about the price. Overall it was a good hotel, located in a quiet area. Great if you plan on staying here for more than 1-2 weeks.

rooms are big clean, pool side rooms with balcony you get hill view.. you can enjoy nature & greenery... quite area not much happening near hotel... no lift in hotel... hotel little far from beach you need bike to travel... overall had good stay would love to stay next time
