I like the room design with Thai style,Starr of here very helpful,this location go to jungceylon by walk about 10 min,near to patong beach too,l like walk to those place,and the taxi here no cheap,up to car price from 200batt,if destination far price will higher,near siralanna have a good restaurant name is merlarn,Tom yam,pork rice with soup,fried rice and other,and have a family mart near from siralanna,my 6 days holiday also stay in siralanna,so all of you can try this hotel if you to patong Phuket.

Comfortable and Cheap”
Siralanna Phuket Hotel is a very nice hotel. I really recommend this hotel because: - Clean and safe - Close to city center (10 minutes' walk to Bangla Street) - Hotel staffs are very kind - Delicious free breakfast - Free Internet access (Free PC access to the Net at lobby) - Free Tuk-tuk service - Hotel transportation (Only 150 bahts for mini bus) - Japanese TV program available - Some massage shops and a convenience store around However, one thing: - Noisy at mignight (street performance on the street until 4 am because of the day of Christmas????)

Wonderful hotel”
I had been stayed in Siralanna Phuket Hotel with my friend for 6days, the hotel is not in Patong beach area, but we could reach Patong beach in walking distance. It is near to shopping mall and Thai Boxing. The experience stayed in Siralanna Phuket was great, it had upgraded our room from standard balcony to Premium Thai room, it has good room service, friendly staff. The environment of the room is great, comfortable and clean. Besides,it is very convenient as 24hours minimarket, massage service shop are near to the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel”
After a horrible night in a guesthouse in Phuket we left early and found an internet cafe which led us to the Siralanna Hotel, we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely helpful, walking into the lobby the interior design is beautiful, it follows throughout the hotel including the rooms. The perfect Thai boutique hotel! The rooms were clean, air-conditioned and very comfortable. The only downfall was that the hotel itself is quite a walk from the beach, but a free tuktuk service from the hotel is provided which was very useful! Also although there is not a swimming pool at the Siralanna itself, there is one in partner hotel next door which guests at the Siralanna can use for free! Overall a wonderful stay, would definitely come back here!

we had a great stay at siralanna phuket hotel! the service and the rooms were excellent! the only thing that could be a little improved is the breakfast variety... everything else was perfect! on our next trip to phuket we will definitely be staying again at the siralanna phuket hotel.

Exceeded expectations”
Given the price paid for the room, the whole package exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff who attended to my friends and I was very friendly and went all out to help us settle down despite it being late at night. The buffet breakfast in the morning, in my opinion, had quite a number of selections albeit being a small hotel. And I could tell that they made effort to vary the dishes daily, which impressed me. The room I stayed in was of reasonable size, bed was comfortable and most importantly, clean bathroom. However, one con was that the in-room Wifi is inconsistent, sometimes I can connect to it and other times I cannot. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Siralanna Phuket Hotel.

Authentic Thai Style Hotel with Friendly Staff”
The interior design was nice with authentic Thai style decoration. All the staff were very friendly and they were willing to solve all our inquiries. The room was clean and comfortable. Safety deposit box and hair dryer were provided in the room. Password was given to access to their free wifi. The connection was not very strong and it got disconnected sometimes, but overall it is still satisfactory. The location of this hotel is a little bit far from the shopping mall and beach, but they provide free tuk tuk service to send you to Jungceylon Shopping Mall, Patong Night Market, Patong Beach, etc. This free tuk tuk does not send you back. To go back to the hotel, you can either walk or by tuk tuk. It was about 10 minutes walk from Jungceylon. While for tuk tuk, it costs 200 Baht for each trip. It is the standard price, no matter how far is the distance. The breakfast provided by this hotel was good but the choices were limited and the menu was almost the same everyday. As a whole, it was a pleasant stay in this lovely hotel and I will stay here again for the future trip to Phuket.

Booked Siralanna Phuket Hotel from Agoda after reading several mixed reviews from Travel Advisor. Would say that the hotel exceed our expectations in terms of interior design for a budget hotel, the cleanliness and the friendly staff! :)

Clean hotel at a good location”
The stay at Siralanna Phuket Hotel was pleasant. Rooms were clean and well kept. Hotel staffs were generally friendly. Good recommendation from hotel staffs with regards to massage place, shopping areas and dinner place. Near to family mart (2mins walk away).

Great Stay - definitely coming back again! ”
Very pleasant with my stay with Siralanna! the staff are very friendly and the house keeping did a good job everyday! Room is spacious and clean, no doubt, toilet is very clean the same too. one thing to comment perharps, no hanging hooks for clothes inside the bathroom which i feel this can be improved. Talking about location, its walkable distance to Patong beach and the shopping centre, but if you do know how to ride a bike, you can just rent the bike at a nominal fee, but do ask early cause the hotel has limited bikes. don't worry if you do not know how to ride, you can just take their free "tuk tuk" services to the destination. and you need to pay for your own tuk tuk back... oh! and if you don't want to travel far, you can also head along the streets nearby hotel to dine and chill... just below the hotels, there are massage services too! but i prefer those in bkk.. :)

lovely hotel”
my friend and i spent three nights at siralanna phuket hotel. we feel the hotel comfortable and clean. And the receptionist is also helpful. There is a free shuttle to patong beach, but only one way. And the hotel is far away from the airport. It took almost 2h to get to the hotel by the minibus. In all, the hotel is worthy of the reasonable price.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
Siralanna Phuket Hotel is really well located , 5 minutes' walk to jiangxileng, and about 10 minutes' walk to the luxury bar street . The hotel is really nice , Very Thai style, and the food there in the morning was also delicious. Also the hotel receptionists are very enthusiastic and patient and helpful. I will choose this hotel again if I go to phuket next time .

Top service hotel with beatiful interior”
My husband & i had a 4 Days & 3 Nights stay at Siralanna Phuket Hotel.The first thing the amazed me when i stepped into the hotel is the beautiful Thai-theme interior at the hotel lobby.The staff were nice & helpful.In fact, our sea tour & Simon Cabaret show bookings were done by them. We got to enjoy free tuk-tuk ferry service from the hotel to Discovery Mall & Hard Rock Cafe.

One of the best deals in Patong”
We loved our stay at Siralanna. The hotel was gorgeous, particularly for the price range, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it is not beach-facing and because of construction you need to walk a few blocks to the beach front. We didn't mind this as the beach facing hotels charge a great deal more and do not always offer quality. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place and sweet staff but bad location”
if not for the location, the siralanna would be a "ten." great price, beautiful property, nice rooms, very sweet staff but... it's a good 20+ minute walk to the beach. they have a tuk-tuk to take you to the beach but getting back you're on your own. they have nice big towels for the beach too. take this with a grain of salt... i am an air conditioning junkie -- no air in the lobby which is where the restaurant is. seems nuts to me to build a beautiful hotel in phuket (um, it gets hot there folks!) and not put air in the lobby. ok... finished with my a/c rant. :)

The review from agoda was spot on about staff friendliness... Fantastic staff team. Very friendly reception. Clean rooms. Love the thai deco at the reception. Really sets the mood for the holiday. Room size was generous, despite adding the extra bed. We had our room upgraded to the suite. There were only 6 suites on level 6. Quiet... Breakfast options were not many but were sufficient. Excellent eggs preparation - sunny side up and plain omelette perfectly done. For those with heavier appetite in the morning, there is noodle or sometimes rice, with a few buffet dish choices. 24 hour family mart located just beside the hotel. Excellent for basic needs. A few Massage parlor located along side. Best deal is the 1 located right opposite the reception area. Yes, the tuk tuk service is free if traveling out of the hotel to Patong, shopping malls etc... Do note that it's a standard 200 bath for the ride back on any commercial tuk tuk. Truly enjoy my stay at this hotel..

I have stayed for three nights at Siralanna Phuket Hotel, the room is clean and beautiful, and the design is excellent. It just takes 10 minutes to walk to Shopping mall, but the road is full of cars. I cannot find many restaurant nearby and the breakfast has few choice of food.

Great Hotel in perfect location”
when i arrived i was suprised how i found such a great hotel for the price i paid, its very stylish and modern, clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. the location is perfect, it takes about ten minutes on foot to get to the shopping mall and is also not to far from the beach. when i visit patong again in the future i will without a doubt be staying at siralanna. i highly recommend it to all.

Lovely traditional hotel and with great services”
i feel i get a quite good services, when i reach to siralanna, hotel reception automatically upgrade one of my room to their premium deluxe, although it take 20 min time to fit in one extra bed for us, we take our time for little dinner. some of hotel stuff really bad with english communication, but it not a big deal for us. Hotel room is comfortable to fit in 3 ppl in one bed. Only the design of bathtub is a mess, water will flow to floor, make floor become wet. Breakfast lack of variety.
