Heaven!!”
Booked for two nights but stayed for 10! I hate to even review this guesthouse because I want it to keep a secret! BEAUTIFUL rooms. Huge! Soft comfy bed like at home with modern decor and a little kitchen type amenities. Staff is wonderful. So close to 24 hours store, ATM, pharmacy, amazing Indian restaurant, local food stands, secluded beaches and gorgeous views of the water down a three minute walk away. If you are on the fence about booking, do not hesitate and book it. You will be in love. Cape Panwa is a sleepy little area of Phuket and we wanted quiet-not the loud touristy spots. Bike rentals everywhere and at night there are merchants that set up in town (about a dozen or so). The Tree Top Restaurant two doors down has amazing local food. Try the chicken green curry with steamed rice. Wifi worked great in the room and were even able to stream Netflix without many hiccups. Also do not Miss the Beach bar if you rent a scooter. Right on the beach (we got deep fried fish with pepper and garlic). Incredible!! All in all-we will be back and likely for a one month rental which is about $900. Worth every penny.

Large clean studios and smily service! Recommended”
The bed was very large and comfortable. The studio was cleaned everyday. Ours was on the street so a bit noisy but it was OK since there is not much traffic in Panwa. Our family was staying at the Radisson blu just opposite the street so it was very convenient for us. The guesthouse is within 10 minutes walking from Panwa Cape promenade. The owner has been extremely helpful, and always with smile. We have appreciated our stay here and definitely recommend it!

100% satisfaction - best price/value ratio”
I've choosen this Hotel because of its prices first. Everything was true they wrote about them: good location in a peaceful, silent area of Phuket, but very close to shops, restaurants and services (massage, taxi, tourist agents.) Beach is very close, ~300 meters towards Cape Panwa, and left side 50m across in a little forest on a narrow pathway. (Forest is like a lonely land with trees). Beach is sandy and silent. Very nice! Wifi is very fast and trusty. Coffee is excellent. There are excellent indian and thai restaurants nearby. Staff speaks well english, and they are very polite. Room is big (studio) and always clean.

A relax place”
I almost missed this place, when I was looking for an affordable (yet comfortable) place to stay in the area. The guesthouse belongs to the Panwa Cafe & Restaurant, which also serves the guest house lobby. The rooms are studio type, stylish and very well maintained. Plenty of restaurants, mini marts, bars, beauty and massage places nearby, A 10-15 minutes stroll down the hill gets you to the ocean with even more restaurants, some kind of "night market" along the beach road and of course the Phuket Aquarium. I couldn't ask for more.

A home from home experience”
We were made to feel so very welcome by the owner and were delighted when we were shown our very spacious room. There are no real views from any part of the small complex but a short scooter ride will have you quickly in a variety of beautiful locations where you can relax with a chilled beer and watch the sun set. Panwa is mainly given over to 5* hotels and the beaches are situated in these hotels and are not a patch on the beaches on the west coast of the island. there are lots of great restaurants about however and the people are very hospitable.

Beautiful apartment style rooms”
We found the Panwa area to be very quiet. It is a short walk to the Phuket Aquarium and about 20 minutes to a nice bay (Ao Yon) for beach/swimming. Not many restaurants or much shopping close by. Even though it is southern Phuket, they got us to the airport in only 45 minutes. The lobby is in the cafe and there is a indian curry place and a family mart right next door. Beautifully decorated and large suites that offer monthly rates too.

Large room, but far away”
We stayed for two nights, our fifth trip to Phuket. It is a short walk to a sandy beach- not nearly as nice as the more popular beaches in the north or central part of Phuket. Getting taxis to take you to and from Panwa can be difficult and expensive. There are some quiet restaurants and night stalls, but I wouldn't recommend staying in the area again as there is little to do. The hotel was basic. It is a large space, with a small kitchen area and fast internet. The bathrooms were very poor, think bad drain, old moody shower curtain, blackened tiles. There was no safe, no soap of any kind and we even had to ask for towels. The being said, it was a cheaper hotel than the nearby Radisson and others, so in many ways it balanced. The hotel owns the small coffee shop below which is nice for a quick bite or cup before heading out for the day. No room service and no check in- we landed late and spent almost 30 minutes looking for it, as there is no sign or lights on at night.

Clean, large, modern room, not near Phuket town”
This guesthouse is not near Phuket town, so don't book here if that is your primary destination. (Unless you don't mind a bit of travel.) At our time of visit (summer 2011), there was still some reconstruction going on in the area, and not many choices for food/restaurants within walking distance. Decent Thai grub just up the street at one restaurant. Located across the street from the beach, and the large Radisson resort. We snuck through the Radisson to use the beach. Staff were very friendly. Very spacious room, modern, ceramic tile floor, TV, very clean, free WiFi. Kitchenette was handy, with plates, cutlery, etc.. Pictures on their website don't lie. Would recommend if looking to stay outside of craziness of Phuket proper.

nice guesthouse with big rooms and nice cafe”
This is a great little guesthouse in the middle of the Panwa Cape. Good value, with big, clean, modern rooms, a great little cafe below, and near the beach. if you want to explore the Panwa area, this is a good place to do it from.

Super sized and comfortable studio at budget price”
I enjoyed my stay here. I was pleasantly suprised when I reached the room, it was very large studio with kitchen area and separate bathroom. I had lots of room and even a small balcony. The guesthouse is above a lovely coffee shop and immediately next to two supermarkets, various spa facilities, a small fun bar and taxi services. The staff were great and even liaised over the phone with airline staff when I missed my flight and had to re-book etc. Definitely worth every penny and would stay there again!

Nice little guest house just opened this year”
The hotel was not complete when I stayed but the completed parts were great. This guesthouse is value for money, clean and all the appliances were brand new from the electronics tv,dvd, microwave etc. Its a great place for a base as I went on to stay in other Islands but if you were to stay for a wk holiday then you might want to think about a hotel with a pool as the beaches can get messy and Panwa beach is not the greatest looking one around!

Worth for money and excellent thai food. ”
It was my relax weekend. I spent not much but I got a nice and clean room, good service, and good food they have there in the hotel. I forget that would be called "guesthouse" because I thought I would get a smaller room and stinky, it is opposite from what i thought. Great one!

great value for the size of room. owner was superb”
rooms were large, everything looked new and fresh. short walk away from the main cape panawa stretch and the beach. it was however a quiet area - the exact opposite to patong (which can be a good thing!). the owner was very friendly, could arrange transport and will try her best to help on all occasions. we would stay again, and plan to in the coming months...

Amazing value for money”
Wasn't expecting the room to be as nice as it was for the price. It was just as nice/clean as the hotel we stayed at after for 4 times the price. Would definitely stay there again, the owners were also super friendly.

New Room, decent price, good location for activities in Cape Panwa”
Stayed here during Phuket Race Week. As another reviewer stated a few months ago, during the 5 days, my linens were not changed once. Not a huge issue for me, and I didn't complain to them so I don't know how they would have responded. But certainly this would be an issue for some. They did at least come in and make the bed and I think clean the floor of the bathroom, but I can't be sure about that part. Otherwise, the location is good, right on the road, entrance to larger rooms is up a stairway on southern side. Very quiet, although daytimes they were building a shop next to my room, likely to be completed in a few more weeks. The attached and co-owned cafe has good breakfast, but doesn't start early morning. Indian restuarant 30 meters away is excellent. Small Bar 70m away to the south is fun if you like rasta-style chilling. Both of the massage places I went to, one 30m away, and the other maybe 100m, were good. There were 3 or 4 others as well. Family Mart located very close as well, but no 7-11. Very limited off-street parking, 2 cars max, but plenty of on street parking most of the time. Taxi company located right next to Small Bar if you don't have wheels to get around.

Spacious room, clean and nice staff”
The hotel is situated in quiet area, the room is very big, so it is good for family travellers. There are tea pot, microwave and confortable bed in the room, the room is also very nice. Minimart iis next door. There is only a few restaurant around the area, but over all Every is great.

Very nice rooms & staff, far from main Phuket town”
the room was spacious and well decorated. there was a small beach nearby, accessed through the radisson, but this area is far from the main phuket town, if this is your primary destination. a little remote, and not too many choices of restaurant within walking distance, although we ate well enough. seemed like the neighbourhood was still in rebuilding phase. good value.
