beautiful cosy room, I like the theme and feel.”
We loved our room, it was beautiful. We stayed in the plunge pool villa and it was perfect. Our daughter could not get enough of the plunge pool. We enjoyed the room very much. The outdoor shower and the pool both overlooking the beach was great. The bed was comfy. The feel of the room was awesome. I did experience some dissatisfaction in regards to the laundry service. It was written on the laundry form that laundry for washing or pressing will be picked up everyday before 8.30am(to ensure you get them back the same day) just have to leave the laundry bag outside the room and that's what I did but my clothes were never picked until we came back from breakfast and I called them to come. I filled up the form accordingly, only wanting my clothes to be pressed but they came back the next evening, washed instead. The staff clearly did not quite understand me but they never lack a smile on their face and always polite. Which kinda made it not so bad, kinda. The manager( I guess) called to comprehend the matter and I finally got my pressed clothes, except they weren't properly pressed. The armpit areas were still crinkly, and so were the hems, just goes to show that they didn't really put much effort and care into it. Part of my skirt was still very crinkly. To be charged to get my clothes pressed of course I expect perfection or at least like how I press my clothes. I didn't really bother about it anymore since it was my last night. I would much rather have the resort provide an iron in the room like all resorts i have been to than rather to have to wait a very long time just to get my clothes pressed and for them to come back still crinkly and the fact we had to pay for it, sucked. Food was not great at all but just ok. Lacked flavour and substances. Breakfast was good.we spent two weeks in koh yao noi, the paradise was our last stop before returning to Phuket. The food on the island, that we've had were much better, restaurant in 2 other resorts were better.

A private paradise”
We originally were booked to stay in Patong beach Phuket, but we arrived there and were overwhelmed by the hussle and bussle of the crowded beach and market strips that were packed with tourists. We decided to go to the small island of Koh Yao Noi, and it was the best decision we could have made. The resort has a stunning private beach as well as a beautiful pool - perfect for lazing around in the sun reading a book or sipping cocktails. The Buffet breakfast caters for all tastes. Staff are flawless in the way they run the resort. This is not a place for people who want to be loud and party. This is a resort for people who want to relax and enjoy peace and serenity in an untouched peace of island paradise. A geat romantic get away for couples - we intend to return there for our honeymoon.

Great Resort”
if you want to escape, koh yao noi is the place to go and paradise resort is a great way to do it. it is a big resort, but you can carve out your own slice very quickly and hide away in a well done (and air conditioned!) room or find a spot on the well organized and manicured beach front. they have plenty of activities, a great pool and of course, a very friendly staff. it caters to both families and couples and the variety of room styles reflects this. some nice touches are the ac, spa tubs, variety of beach sitting areas with sun or shade and the remarkable food. they have a european chef on staff and his team's skill and variety of fare are the best on the island for sure - everything from local dishes to 5 star western meals can be had, and for a very resonable price as well, considering the remote location!

Absolutely stunning in every way”
Everything was 1st class. The staff couldn't do enough to help you. 80% of the resort staff are locals and give replace a gorgeous feel. We went on the most isolated and gorgeous kayak trips, swing in padded hammocks, did yoga, had amazing massages, enjoyed breathtaking views and ate great food. Breakfast was included in our room and was deliciois! It is and extra stop from phuket or krabi but if you're prepared to take the boat ride across to Koh Yao Noi you will be rewarded with one of the most indulgent and remote places I've ever enjoyed staying at. Loved every second.

Sawasdee Krab Sarah, thanks for writing such a great review about your stay in Paradise. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hopefully we get to see you again.
Lovely relaxing stay”
Had a great stay - resort is lovely with excellent facilities and friendly staff. We enjoyed the food very much and the swing seat by the beachside bar! So peaceful. The complimentary yoga class, massage and snorkelling trip were all great - thought the spa was overpriced and would have liked to have more massages but they were more than five times the price of a massage outside of the resort so we did not. We also did the cycling tour of koh Yao noi which was lovely but our guide did not speak English which was a shame as he could not answer our questions. Overall thought it was a great place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone! (I was travelling with a friend - there is no selection box for this)

Beautiful location with clean comfortable rooms”
We had a lovely stay at The Paradise Koh Yao. We chose the location as the resort was located within walking distance of some magnificent rock climbing walls. The beach, sunsets and sunrises were simply breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and the beds have mosquito nets. There was a lemongrass candle lit for us each evening to repel mosquitoes and I thought this was a very nice touch. The staff were lovely. In particular, the restaurant staff were so nice to talk to and it was great that they recognised us each morning and even remembered our drinks preferences. We stayed in room 452. It was quite a walk to get from the restaurant to the room, but I'm sure they would have provided transport for anyone who was not able to manage the stairs and hilly terrain. In all, we would recommend staying at The Paradise. It is quite isolated though, and this means that transport to other restaurants and attractions will add significantly to the cost of your holiday. Our recommendation to the resort would be to provide a complimentary shuttle to the village several times per day so that people can explore the island more. We hired a motorbike from Tha Khao and was very happy to have the freedom to move around a bit more. The road to The Paradise Resort is VERY rough, though. It is not safe in wet weather and becomes very slippery, but for those who have experience in off-road biking, it will be no problem. In all a great stay and we will be back.

Truly Paradise!!!!”
I am visited this beautifull place with my husband..we are coming for honeymoon. To reach this resort it's very far from phuket you must go by speedboat..when you arrived at Koh yao island you must go by car and the road is very bad. BUT WHEN YOU ARRIVED it will worth it..this resort like hidden paradise...The view is very romantic...Room is very clean and nice...Whirpool is worked so good (no damage)..all staf is very kind...This place will make you falling in love..This place fit for honeymooners because the beach is very silent because they had their own beach (not public beach)...This place make me want come back and come back again...

Truly a Paradise”
Paradise Koh Yao Resort is exceptional in many regards. It's location on a beautiful island is only the beginning. The accommodations are roomy, private, clean, and comfortable. The staff is accommodating, friendly, caring and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent. The activity center is extremely helpful and friendly. The spa was amazing! I could not have asked for anything more at this one of a kind resort. Exceptional in every way and exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend this resort to anyone who appreciates the beautiful natural surroundings of a tropical island paradise.

Literal paradise”
I came to Paradise Koh Yao entirely burnt out and in need of a good rest. I initially intended to stay for three days however ended up staying for two weeks - I didn't want to leave. I wouldn't come here if I wanted an action-filled holiday - it is very difficult to access from other areas of the island (and expensive). But once you do arrive, it is such a beautiful place, an incredible beach (at high tide), and the whole resort is set within beautiful gardens and tall jungle trees. My favourite thing about this place was the staff. Though communication is a little tricky times and requires a little bit of patience, the staff were so wonderfully kind. One word of advice however - the prices are extravagant and for some reason the cocktails are incredibly weak. Very cheap Australian and Chilean wines were being sold for much more than what they are actually worth. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Truly the most secluded location”
The most secluded location you can imagine. Nestled into its own small bay with divine beach overlooking the limestone outcrops of Phrang Nga Bay. Lounging on hammocks under the trees staff bring plates of fruit for afternoon tea - just one of the simple luxuries. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all superb served under the stars on the sand. At low tide you cannot swim in the sea although the hotel provides a boat out to an island nearby. A shuttle boat tkes you to the main jetty on Koh Yao Noi and scooters can be hired here to explore the island which is great fun. Our teenage kids hired bikes for the duration and rode out to the hotel but this is a very difficult unmarked dirt track for experienced riders only but for the rest riding on the one road through local villages is a great idea. This is a great adventure for those who like to explore and travel to remote locals with just those extr luxuries. we will be back

Beautiful bubble ”
The resort was very secluded in the north of the (beautiful) island of Koh Yao Noi. The pros being that we were in a peaceful haven that could be only reached by Paradise's customers. The beach is veeery nice and the resort is decorated with great taste. It was overall an amazing experience. The downside would be that the place is expensive to reach. Their own transfer services are pricy (800THB/pax), but alternative taxi services are available (800THB/car).

A Peaceful Retreat”
I've stayed here several times now, usually for a weekend or a three day vacation as I live near by in Phuket. Compared to Phuket, the island is peaceful and quiet even during the high season. The resort is quite remote but still not too distant from the rest of what Koh Yao has to offer but to be honest, you might never want to leave the resort. The beach is the best I've found on the island (and I've been to nearly every one.) The staff is highly trained and the service is impeccable. The spa is reasonably priced although the thai massage is not really up to par as I prefer not to be able to fall asleep while experiencing it which happened last time I was there. The restaurants are nice and the cuisine varied. The pool is a welcome place to relax when the tide is too low to swim in the sea. Altogether a perfect relaxing place to recover and recharge.

Remote luxury”
The Paradise is a beautifully situated hotel on the remote northern tip of Koh Yao. We didn't consider quite how remote it is and declined the hotel's transfer instead catching the public boat from Phuket (extremely good value at £4 per person instead of the hotel's exorbitant £40 a head transfer). Once at the public pier you have a hairy 45 minute ride on the back of a truck up and down steep dirt tracks to the hotel. I very much enjoyed the ride and was extremely smug about the money we managed to save by arriving this way but in future would without doubt take the financial hit and pay for the Paradise transfer to arrive directly onto the Paradise beach. Our room was in a large thatched hut at the top of the resort with a sea view obstructed by the resort's many trees. The room had a lot of character with extremely high ceiling and a large outdoor bathroom including jacuzzi bath. The bed is covered by a mosquito net and you are presented with mosquito repellent as a welcome gift on arrival at the hotel but, although there clearly are some mosquitoes I wasn't especially bothered by them. I did get bitten three or four times in the room's outdoor jacuzzi at dusk but that was only to be expected. The beach is beautiful backed at the northern end with a large karst cliff where many guests go rock climbing. When the tide is in the sea is great for swimming, completely still. Swimming is impossible at low tide but if low tide falls between 10 and 3 the hotel lays on a free boat to a beach on one of the islands where it provides free water and towels. The view from the beach out across Phang Nga Bay is incredible and kayaks can be taken from the beach out around the islands if you are feeling brave. Breakfast is pretty good with a huge range of hot and cold food together with an omelette station. The restaurants are good and reasonably priced given that you are effectively captive on the resort. The restaurants are open sided and you can eat with your feet in the

fab boutique hôtel”
a wonderful hotel. we decided to take a break from the traveller route and visit koh yao - such a good idea. the paradise is just that - paradise. great food, good service, not overpriced western food but great quality and priced thai fayre. really enjoyed it, and the pool was idyllic. the extra few euros for the private jacuzzi was well worth it

Literally Paradise in Koh Yao Noi”
The resort is nestled in the nature with amazing facilities and top notch service worth the extra charges. The only downside is that you can’t really have freedom of moving around the island at your own choice and pace. They do not have vehicles for rent. Staff is very friendly, restaurant is pricey but with generous portion and taste. Highly recommended, thank you Paradise Koh Yao !

Beautiful surroundings”
A beautiful island and a beautiful spot. The hotel is located in a gorgeous area with great views of some interesting rocks. The food was good, but slightly overpriced in comparison to some of the simpler resorts we stayed in whose food was cheaper but also better. Having said that though the food was very nice. The rooms were very nicely decorated once inside but from the outside it felt more like a corporate hotel rather than a boutique hotel and for the amount they charged I would expect a more personal touches. The location was stunning though and we felt very relaxed here. Koh Yao Noi is a lovely island.

Paradise, but with a couple of glitches”
Loved almost everything about the Paradise. We had beautiful rooms and got what we wanted - beauty, beach and relaxation. The food was not as good as we expected for a 4 star place, but was good enough. We were a bit dismayed by the high prices for the Mediterrean restaurant and stayed away from that. Overall, food prices were higher than we expected given the low prices in most of Thailand. However, our major complaint was with the difficulty getting to and from the resort. Due to a strange misunderstanding, we ended up with a $770 bill for an hour long speedboat ride from Koh Phi Phi Don, when we were told it would be $86. That's a big difference and two of us had verified the price over the phone in three separate conversations. When we complained, there was no help or even apology for the mistaken quote. Reading the negative reviews on another site convinced me not to bother complaining more. I'm still not sure what went wrong and can only chalk it up to a language problem. We ended up leaving by a different route - truck to boat to minivan for a total of $61. This was such a small part of 4 fabulous days, but it did leave us with a bad taste.

Paradise!”
We stayed at Paradise Koh Yao before our stay in Phuket. We would have stayed longer at this hotel if we had not had a booking in Phuket for the following evenings. I recommend this hotel to those who love natures and a quiet holiday.

Best of the best hotel and staff.”
This is my first time at Yao Noi island, I didn't expect anything from stay at this hotel at first. But once I arrived Paradise Hotel everything is the best; Food is good, staff is so nice, lot of activity there and how lucky am I that I got the best room with the best view at room 281. I hope I can be there once again really soon.

Great ”
Pros: the room was nicely designed and cleaned. The hotel's beach is great and big enough for everyone as it's only used by the hotel customer (there's nothing around the hotel). Cons: activity/transfer prices are high. Transfer is expensive and not easy (1 or 2 scheduled ferries per day between Phuket and koh Yao Noi, and if your plane is not at the right time you'll have to wait several hours). We got to the hotel on our own for twice cheaper (jeep taxi service in Koh Yao Jungle). The staff was nice but communication may be complicated sometimes. Food was expensive and not good (except breakfast). We organized our activities on our own as the activities offered are expensive too
