The hotel is located near Saturday night walking street. It's good for traveler who would like to visit the walking street. There are also few famous attraction near hotel. There is only few parking.

Small hotel has big room”
We arrived in the hotel before lunch time and its so lucky that they already have room ready for us. The lady at the receptionist desk was spoke English fluently and she helping us to rent a motorbike as well as giving some informations about the city.

Worst hotel for me”
The aircon was freaking hot. It took forever to cool up the room. I had to sleep naked all night because it was too hot to fall asleep. The aircon was situated above my head, so the wind just blew right into my nostrils. Stay away if you have allergic rhinitis. And in the next morning, the room was so hot that you could almost feel the sunlight that could probably shine through the wall in any minute. I set the aircon temperature to 16 degrees Celsius and the fan on high speed, and it didn’t help. And this is the first hotel of which keycards don’t have room numbers on them. Crazy. Lol And your staff should know they should give guests the wifi username and password. You shouldn’t have them ask for such a thing. 😄

Clean premises”
Absolutely no amenities at this hotel, or in the rooms. Had to walk about 300 meters to find a coffee in the morning. The staff spoke almost no English whatsoever. Very difficult to communicate our wishes.

I messaged multiple times through AGODA as well as to the email given, but I got no response. I was trying to do an early check in. The toilet broke after the first time I used it and would not flush. Rooms are shabby.

Do not recommend!!”
Not recommended. Walls are very thin and you can hear other room's slamming doors, walking steps on hallways, people's voices. Booked two nights but decided to check out only for one night as soon as realized these and we couldn't even sleep well due to bed, pillows too hard. We didn't get our one day refund money back. They said they can't give back one day price to us. I regret for choosing this hotel. No hair dryer supported. There are many other good hotels with that price in chiang mai. And one last thing, staff here can't speak English. Bad communication. 👎

Impolite of B2 Call center”
Due to Covid situation of Thailand, Health Ministry has measurement of 14 day Quarantine. I have to postpone my booking. At first I contacted officer at B2 Thippanate but officer there suggested me to contact B2 call center. The manager of B2 call center is not keen to help and proceed my postpone. She said something to avoid overall responsibilities. She had no attempt at all to help in this uncontrollable factor. She said something like she did not care and my postpone was not possible in all cases even Agoda support team tried to help me. B2 hotel call center manager is very disgusting to talk with as my husband was very patient to talk with her. All I wrote here is the truth that I just confronted this situation in 2021 Songkran booking of hotel at B2 Thippanate in Chiang Mai.

Terrible experience. Rude staff”
Never again! The check-in staff put us in the wrong type of rooms. We didn't know this problem until we were already out. Another staff called us and said they would move our stuff to another room unless we must get back to the hotel room right away to move our stuff by ourselves. The staff rudely said that she was not responsible for the check-in staff's mistake. Long story short, terrible problem-solving skill, no apology for their mistake. Rude staff. Worst experience ever :(

Spent 3 nights here for the first time @Chiang Mai, Hotel is easy-decorate feel warm and quiet. Room is clean and well-care than expected. Hotel locate near Wua-Lai Saturday walking street, otherwise you may need a car for traveling.

Very good value and pretty near the airport.”
Our flight arrived late in Chiang Mai, so we had decided in advance to stay somewhere near the airport. It cost us 100 bhat to get a taxi to this hotel. We were very satisfied with the level of comfort and service for a relatively low cost. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean and modern. It is not particularly near any tourist areas, but it is a comfortable choice to stay when first arriving in Chiang Mai.

The B2 hotels are great for their reliability. You know what you are going to get and I have stayed in many different B2 locations. I like this one best because of its location. If you are wanting to stay there on the weekend you better book early. They are usually booked full.
