New, comfortable and clean hotel”

Baan Pasuk is a relatively new hotel run by an Australian man and his Thai wife. They have built a series of bungalows on their beautifully and uniquely decorated property. The reception was warm and friendly, the rooms the most spacious and thoughtfully appointed that we experienced on our three week trip. The only issues were - poor internet reception in the more distant bungalows and hesitant even in reception and miscommunicated dietary needs. We had one vegetarian in our party and requested a vegetarian breakfast. The breakfast, I should say, was a remarkably varied and well cooked spread. However, they interpreted vegetarian to mean "did not eat processed meats" and there was meat in every dish leaving our vegetarian to eat eggs and salad.

Fresh, Comfortable, large room, beautiful garden”

The best experience we had got in Pai, as the mountain burning all days along, air is terrible, night market didn't as fun as we expected before. We were very disappoint till we find this hotel. The best hotel I lived in Thailand. I would come back later. Though it's a little far from the urban area, it takes only 15 minutes by motobike. By the way, ride the motobike is fantastic.

The perfect place to stay in Pai”

It was perfect. John picked us up from town as soon as we arrived, helped us to rent motor bikes (a must when you stay in Pai) and showed us the way to the lodge. After we checked in, he suggested we take the scenic route back to town and that's when we fell in love with this place. On our way back into downtown we came across a group of elephants and witnessed the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. If you like nature and scenic views then this is the place to stay. To those looking for a quiet stay”

We were a bit taken by surprise - the hotel was further from Pai than we had anticipated. There are 100s of good hotels around, and you really need a car to enjoy your stay here. Perfect for families I guess

A good two days in PAI”

The environment from the garden house is very good，quiet through day and night .The bed is tasted very clean，provide like shampoo, soaps, hair conditioner and 2 bottles of water everyday. Hotel owner could go to the station to ferry.But , from the hotel to the town for a drive, if you want go to the night market or kill time in a bar，you must take a taxi back to the hotel for about 150~200 baht.Special remind：does not provide meals and there is no store and 7-11 near , you must go to the town solve your meals. In addition to traffic is a little inconvenience, other are all very good .It's a high cost performance's choice!

Fantastic Views, lovely environment”

Even though the hotel is a distance away from the little town of Pai, it makes up for it with its view. It is however located very near memorial bridge. Early morning breakfast in the cold with a lovely mountain view. The only minor gripe I have in the cold is just a better shower head. Other than that, I'd come back to this place again

Nice Feeling Location”

Late Feb. arrival so the gardens were perhaps not at peak appearance. The bungalow is decent size inside, the bathroom was larger and clean. The overall TH hotel rating I'd give is more like 7.2, but if the gardens are important and they are maintained, then perhaps hi-7's. Peace and serenity factor, okay an 8. Food was the standard Farang breakfast served everywhere. Great for the early-arriving or late-departing traveler, the hotel has views of the agricultural Pai Valley and is ~100m off the highway, and ~8 km from central Pai.

Pretty alright”

It was really good. My only problem was that it was kind of far from the city centre, but that's OK and I knew this before coming in. It just makes going in to town and coming back to the hotel difficult because large stretches of the road into town are incredibly dark.

A place to relax”

Very nice room, poor wifi, kinda remote”

Really nice people running this place, but there are so many similar places a little closer to town for the same or less money. It's nice to be outside of the main city but this place, at 12km, feels pretty remote if you want to get a snack or anything in the evening.

Schöner Garten, ruhige Lage, Frühstück auf Gartenterrasse ist super. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, Shuttleservice nach Pai verfügbar. Ein paar Kleiderhaken im Zimmer wären nett. Bett sehr bequem.

北海道のカムイワッカの様に川そのものが温泉になっている国立公園に近いので選びました（バイクで５分くらい）良いお湯で水着でゆっくりしてきました。 公園の中の店には飲み物くらいしか売っていないので、何か食べたかったら道すがら買っていかないと食べられません。 バイクで小一時間くらい離れたところにも、お湯が吹き上げている国立公園があり、そこの川も温泉で浸かれますよ。 このコテージは入り口側一面ガラス戸ですので、部屋の中からパイの風景が楽しめますし、ベランダの椅子で焼き鳥を食べながらビールを飲むのも良かったです。 早朝とても冷え込む季節なので、エキストラの掛け布団を事前にもらっておけば良かったと思いました。

メモリアルブリッジに近く、パイの町には遠く交通が不便な新しいきれいな家族経営と思われる小さなホテル。 部屋は豪華ではないが不自由はなかった。虫・蚊等もいなくシャワーのみであったがお湯は熱く量も十分であった。 朝食は、ABFをチョイスしたがレストランのベランダから美しい庭を見ながらの食事はおいしかった。 スタッフは、いつも笑顔でサービスがよくいつでも町まで車で送迎してくれたので不便は感じなかった。 美しい山並み・川の流れ・鳥の声等を楽しむにはおすすめのホテルかな？ただパイの町の観光が目的の人には物足りないかもしれません。 近くの国立公園の温泉（ホテルから徒歩で３０分ほど）は６０歳以上の人は入場料・入湯料ともに無料なのでのんびりするといいかもしれません。
