"This hotel is near Zermatt train station, around 10-15 minute walk, and 3 minute walk to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station. Room is spacious and comfortable. The terrace has very beautiful view. The room has no aircon, but zermatt in night is below 20C, so it's ok."

"We are a family of 8 adults & 2 small toddlers. Booked a total of 4 rooms. The hotel is quite far from the train station. We have a total of 12 luggage and a stroller. It’s quiet tiring to walk all the way into the middle of the village to the hotel. Check in was a bit of a hassle. Google map lead us to a building with rooms. The reception is in another building. We had to cross a bridge, go up the lift and cross the bridge above to enter to the main entrance of the hotel. Couples who have the toddlers do not even have much space to place all the luggage. But if you are a light traveler with little luggage it’s fine... My uncle left his wallet in his backpack in the room. Locked the door and we went for dinner... After we were back the money in his wallet were all gone. There was no sign of forced entry. Hence we suspected it could be the work of the hotel staff. Told the reception about it. However she insisted that her staff are honest. Breakfast was simple but good."
