Lovely room but less security”
Stayed in Beijing jinlongtan Hotel is really great. I asked for the room service and they respond me very fast. Peoples are warm greets. However, during the night i get a namecard inside my room, which is slipped by someone under my room door. I looked and its a prostitude namecard. This hotel supposed to be clean and make customer feel this hotel is a propper hotel services.

Sound room but not near to public train station”
Spent two nights here before moving to the down town. This hotel is at the third ring road on the west of the Beijing city but Agoda website showed the second ring road which confused the taxi driver from airport. Room is quite nice and worth the money. Generally clean and have transparencies between the bathtub and the room. TV not clear, signal not good. A bit far from most sightseeing places, but very easy to catch taxi at front of the hotel.

Good hotel in the Haidian district”
Comfortable hotel in the middle of Haidian district of Beijing. The business King bed room we experienced was very comfortable and clean for a reasonable price. The hotel seems to target more a domestic clientele than international, and the hotel staff can hardly speak English. The breakfast is OK. The "fitness center" that is shown on the website is actually a miserable dusty room on the 15th floor, only accessible by stairs from the 14th... ridiculous !

OK hotel but dark rooms”
Hotel is alright but the lighting in the room is insufficient. The toilet is clean but there is a crack in the shower tile (not a big problem for us though). The hotel staff did not speak much English but it is not a problem for us as we can speak Mandarin. Judging from the hotel guests that we saw during breakfast, it seemed like this hotel is usually for Chinese people from other cities. We did not see any other nationalities during breakfast or at the lobby.

Best hotel next to Shangrila”
Had a client stay at the Shangrila, and decided to save a little money by staying at this hotel. Only negative thing was the weak internet signal in the rooms. The rooms were very clean and a good size. Restaurant was really busy but I wasn't able to try it. There is a gas station next to the hotel that has a great selection of imported snacks.

Good location, mediocre cleaning”
My stay was generally good. WiFi is slow but available for free in the room. No English language TV channels with the exemption of one local channel with news in English. Cleaning was quite poor and the bathroom in my room was never cleaned during my stay.

Affordable hotel but toilet not good”
The hotel is quite clean but the toilet flush is not strong enough. The crowd at the hotel is more of the local and during meals we have to share tables with other guests. Overall, the experience is quite comfortable but the toilet flush needs to be stronger. I did not complain as it is already the last day of my stay.

The air condition in the conference room was not strong enough. I was sweeting whole day when doing a training presentation. The elevator was slow and there was no fan inside the elevator to blow away the cigarette smoke.

Not bad, although not much English at reception. Room large, however could have been cleaner in the bahtroom. Had to ask twice for extra bed for our son , that had been paid for and did not have our booking at first.

Expected more”
The biggest problem with this hotel is that nobody speaks English. They all use translators - slow communication. The counter staff lacks basic understanding of math and accounting. They all smile a lot and are very pleasant, but useless.

Staff dont speak English, 10ms from subway”
Fisrt of all, there is no staff can speak and understand English!! It was really unconfortable to me. And this hotel prohibited SMOKING inside, but somepeople smoked in hall. They provided free-wifi, but it didnt work in the room at suit room. There are a lot of taxies just in front of hotel. It was nice. Very close to convenience store.

Reception is a bit too slow. I have to wait till 25 min for her to do my check out. They charge me twice for the room while i only stay for one day. Therefore they try to do my cancellation booking. and the credit card machine havinf a trouble that time.

good. problems:breakfast is supposed to close at 9:30 but some food items are stopped to be refilled before 9:00. Funny smell in the lobby, proberbly because the tools used to clean the floor is dirty and gives bad smell. staff for house-keeping very good.
