Excellent Staff, Excellent Rooms and Excellent Service!”
We checked in late and were very happy to be given a room upgrade. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful in ensuring no guests cut our queue. But the highlight for my stay is a guy who is an intern named Ye Jian Fei who was sometimes based in Level 1 concierge. He helped us to check bus schedule, ordered a Didi (China budget taxi) for us and made sure that the driver picked us up with all our luggage. He did more than required because if it was not for him and his excellent service, we would have missed our last bus to Cheng De. We also ordered food delivery and he offered to call our room when the delivery man comes with our food. Thank you Jian Fei and I hope you get an offer to remain working in this fantastic hotel after your studies!!

Outstanding Concierge Service”
I found a good deal to go Happy Valley Amusement Park for around 1/3 of the price instead of usual CNY195 for evening entry. Went to the place, but was told the special rate only applicable for online purchases. Tried to find a way to pay online but couldn't because I do not have a local bank credit/debit card. We decided to go back to the hotel and see if anyone can help us with paying for us with their Wechat Pay. Indeed Simmon from the concierge helped us to buy 2 tickets with the QR code we generated. I wanted to give him more as tips as I have no small notes and he had no change, but he declined and said it was too much. He then trusted me to give the balance to any of the staff when I have smaller notes. Simmon helped us save money, and really made our holiday worth it and enjoyable. A simple thing like this makes customers like me happy and I highly recommend everyone to stay here. Will definitely come here to stay again if I'm in Beijing.

Excellent Short Stay in December ”
Spent 4 nights here in December just traveling on my own after seeing family elsewhere. Great location and right next to GuiJie so loads of food options available! Staff were super friendly and very helpful but I do speak mandarin so your mileage may vary. Always got them to book me a taxi and helped me bind up my luggage when I left too. Only one downside is taxi drivers are not a fan of the area as it gets congested but nobody refused to take me there so not a big issue! Stayed in a non smoking room and there was actually no smell of smoke whatsoever which can be rare in China! Deposit was only 300 yuan and got this back no issues whatsoever. Check in and check out took a total of about 5 mins so really convenient. Never ate at the restaurant so can't comment there but with so much food nearby why would you want to? Would definitely stay here again next time.

A Room with Everything you Need”
The housekeeping staff are fantastic in keeping the room replenished all the time. You'll have to request if you want the linen changed as ours wasn't changed for 3 nights until we requested as we stayed 4 consecutive nights. You may not get the same room you booked however ensure it is a room that you're happy with. Our room had everything like other rooms however, the mattress in this room is a bit soft, and not flat, may need to turn or flip it around or get a new mattress. Pillows were a bit soft, would be good if they can have a combination of both firmer and softer pillows on the bed since there are 4 pillows. As for the bath tub, a little more tough scrubbing with the right chemicals can remove the black stains in it. But overall I'm happy with the room because I know the staff there are doing their best to meet and exceed our expectations.

I've stayed here before and it is always great! Located in a vibrant neighborhood, this hotel is also convenient to the airport and local transportation. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the entire place is clean and welcoming. This is a great place to stay for both tourists and business travelers.

Comfortable Room & Friendly Staff ”
I stayed here for six days with my daughter as we explored many sites in Beijing. The location was fantastic for the areas we wanted to explore. We had a manageable walk to the subway and once we arrived, we could easily navigate many cultural sites. I think this neighborhood is also great for informal exploring and walking around. It is quite close to one of the cultural temples and traditional style/historic housing. We found a very nice vegetarian Chinese restaurant just diagonal to the hotel that was pretty delicious. The street life in the neighborhood is also very lively in the evenings with outdoor cafes and KTV sites. The breakfast at the hotel provided several options and I would highly recommend it as well. If I were visiting Beijing, I'd certainly stay here again.

Huge room with bathtub”
The room is huge. Toilet has a separate bathtub. Very pretty and impressive. Staff is friendly and eager to help in any way. Subway is 800m walk but the comfort of the room compensated the distance.

Great Location”
Very good value for money. Rooms were spacious, staff could speak English and were very helpful whenever needed. Located about 10 walk from Dongzhimen station where the airport express drops you off. Supermarkets are scattered around the area for those needing snacks. Short Taxi ride to Sanlitun Bar street.

Location of hotel was conveniently between 2 subway stations. Its near the famous ghost street eateries with at least 3 halal restaurant around the hotel. Room was big enough for 2 and the bathroom is huge. Staff was very polite. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was new, and the decoration was nice. The room is equipped with all the needed facilities. The staffs were nice. Some can speak English well, but some could not. Some restaurants were near the hotel.The only drawbacks was that it was not very near to the subway, talking us more than 5 minutes to walk from and to subway.
