I was a bit worried because of the bad reviews about this place, but it was actually great! I will definitely be coming back! It's very close to Exit 4 of Station 3 (with elevator and escalator), and there's a fairly large 7-Eleven next door. There are plenty of cafes around, with Oriyan, Starbucks, and BILLS nearby. The location is perfect, as you can walk to Gangnam in about 10 minutes on a gentle downhill slope. The facilities are generally good, although the card key for the entrance door is a bit unresponsive. It does look like a converted love hotel, but the room and bathroom are spacious enough for three people to dance in (though we didn’t dance, haha). There’s a bathtub, a washlet, no smell from the sewer, and no issues with the shower pressure. You can watch Netflix on a large screen. The overall lighting in the room is a bit dim, but there’s a bright light at the mirror for makeup. There’s a DeLonghi coffee machine, water, hot water, and a microwave at the front desk. There's a smoking area with seats outside the entrance. They cleaned the room while I was out and replaced towels, took out the trash, and replenished the water. I wonder if there will be bugs during warm weather; they did have insect repellent available. The only complaints I have, as others have mentioned, are that the bed is too hard, the pillows are too soft, and the fridge is small. However, this is my first time staying in the Gangnam area for beauty treatments and the prices are cheaper for consecutive nights, so I don’t have any issues so far. It seems like I can spend the long DT comfortably and slowly.
